Had reserved a 26' truck at another location and when I showed up to pick it up, it wasn't here. I immediately contacted this location on Dalton avenue and they were able to get me into a 26' truck within 30 minutes. The truck was great, the service was great and the online return process was awesome! Great experience overall with this Dalton Street location.

I think that the facility was beautiful and clean. I love that I can rent a truck and storage at the same time and that I received one month free for storage as a result. However, the staff did not seem like they wanted to wait on me. There were plenty of staff, but it was a long wait for help and even when they helped they would stop and there were long delays. I think customer service is everything and this is the 2nd time i have rented a truck and storage and this is the second time I am disappointed with customer service. In my last experience before this one they were rude and mean. This facility at times seem neglectful. 513-332-8253 is my cell my name is William Mabrey

Rate for overall pick-up experience. Received a call the dy before moving my pick up location which was not a big deal but a few minutes farther away. They also changed my pickup time to 45 minutes later and did not tell me. I noticed on my confirmation when I was getting ready to leave to pick up the truck. When I go to the location they did not have truck for me. Called in to the line and was told due to the high demand they had not been able to secure a truck for me. This was an hour after my original pick up time and had not been contacted at all. Eventually they found another truck and gave me a discount, but this was at another location. Ended up getting my truck two hours late and could have used that time to be packing. Had a few scheduled pickups that evening that had to be canceled and was not able to reschedule. Did receive a $50 discount and the staff at Dalton location were kind and understanding or this rating would have been lower. If I would have been contacted about this problem before I showed up at the pickup location all of this stress could have been avoided. Considering UHaul had my phone number and email they had plenty of ways to contact me.

Every time I use your service I am hit with hidden fees. I was charged $60 on return of the truck and honestly I don't even know why. Your advertised prices are a lie. I went with u haul because the prices are listed as sp much cheaper than your competition but after all of the random over charging I think I'll just go with Penske next time. The service members at this location are not friendly or informative at all. I will absolutely never return to this location and will likely never use uhaul again.

Systems were down and the staff were not helpful with mobile online reservations. Uhaul should do a better job with training staff to assist customers through all mediums.

For the actual hitch installation the staff gets 5 out of 5. They did as good as could be expected. Though I only rated them 2 out of 5 because communication was a nightmare. First, the job took somewhere around 4 hours which was fine, but I got no call once they had finished work and I feel a notification call would have been reasonable. Second, They offered to make an adjustment to my order to save me money but this was after the original payment. The GM had to leave and left a worker in charge of the refund. He couldn’t figure it out in the computer but totaled up the refund on paper. All things considered it should have neared $100. After 2 weeks of no refund I called and it turns out they forgot to do the refund. So they said they’d get on it. A week later I got a refund... it was $8. The first time I needed them it took me 15-20 calls to get anywhere because they don’t answer the phone. The second time when I tried to call about the refunded amount problem, I called 10+ times but not once did they answer. At this point I don’t think I’d get this corrected even if I showed up in store. Nice guys but communication is not where they shine and they didn’t really seem to have it together.

In and out in less than 5 minutes. Told representative about the inadequate strap on tow dolly. He said he would fix it right away for the next person. I would definitely go back there.

I called to set up a reservation and when I got there they didn’t have my reservation and said they didn’t have any trucks that were to go on way. However the staff was very helpful and friendly and got me what I needed for no additional cost! I was worried that I had drove far and wouldn’t be able to get what I had planned.

I called Dale (I believe) at around 6:20 PM to let him know that I would return the truck just before 7PM (closing time). I rushed to finish my delivery and made it there at 6:55 - the doors were already locked. I would think a guy would at least stay open until 7 PM when that is your posted closing time and a customer calls to give you a heads up. I fiddled with the uhaul app for 20 minutes trying to get it to work. This is the poorest example of customer service i've encountered in a long time.

When we got to origin load we opened the truck and noticed that there was a hole in the roof of the truck. We took pictures and can furnish them, if needed. We notified the drop off location about it.

This is the second time I rent from there and they charge me for the dolly i. Called like I did last time and they did not refund my dolly fee. I got the same response as last time..we will have a manager look into it..I am not sure who is keeping the dolly fee as commission

The guy when we return the truck knew nothing about the truck I told him it had to have running lights in order to drive it and he told me the headlights worked and he had not a clue what I was talking about so you have to have running lights when you're driving a truck and that guy there was not helpful and did not know that

The gentlemen at the desk were very helpful. Unfortunately when we hooked up the trailer the lights did not work. Turned out it was a fuse on the wiring that Uhaul had hooked up when they installed the hitch in Indianapolis. A very nice gentleman analyzed the problem and took care of it promptly. Great job!

I got everything all set up for both the pick up and drop off. However the drop off location was changed. When I called they advised me that this can happen. If I set a location I expect that is set and wont be changed and that is not the case. This was very frustrating and confusing. I will not be using uhaul in the future for my needs.

Hire more competent people that can actually remember to check in the equipment. I rented a car hauler, returned it an hour and a half later and checked it in with an employee who messed it up. This morning I was notified that I didn’t return it, unable to actually call that store I had to leave work and drive there only to find the hauler right where I left it ( the people working today were very helpful I would add and corrected the situation) still it was stressful and very inconvenient. I definitely will not use this location ever again and probably won’t use uhaul anymore. Just knowing someone could have rolled off with an expensive piece of equipment that had my name on it sitting in an unsecured lot all night sucks.

Boxes were supposed to be at Northgate. After an hour of searching I was told they might be at Dalton location. Bu this time I've got movers on the clock. So we all caravan over to Dalton only to find two of the three U boxes. Finally located the third one and delivered it Friday afternoon. They eventually got it straight. I rented an auto transport and made reservation for a 30 day storage ,10 by 20 to store a 1927 classic auto and upon arrival I was told my storage area was on the 3rd floor and only a freight elevator

Need access to more than one elevator. People held up the elevator to move their items therefore other people to had to wait until they came down to the main floor, waiting caused me to pay extra!
