Stop charging more than what you tell your customers. Stop charging after hours charges when your employees are there when you return what you rented and your employees checked it back in. I rented a transport trailer for 24 hours, had it back within 7 hours, then get charged an after hours charge, then get a call from one of the employees the following day saying the trailer you rented was due back at 11 am. How much longer are you gonna need, I explained that I returned it the day before that their employees unhooked it and the lady was very rude and hung up on me. The return location was 40 miles away so I had to pay extra mileage.Patricia W.
The whole experience was bad. Not necessarily this store. I made online reservation a month in advance. I had email confirmations of my dates, times, pick up location two minutes from my house. The day before I just had a gut feeling I should call to confirm. I was told my truck would be ready in a town that I had no clue where it was.....over an hour away in opposite direction of where I was moving, and I'd have to return truck there . So they made me call another number and that lady told me they would not have truck for me at my CONFIRMED location from a month ago!! Imagine if I had not called Saturday to check and just showed up Sunday morning when I had five people lined up to help me move! They changed location to somewhere I was familiar with, but still a 43 mile drive. Then I was told I'd get cheapest rate. Now I had already reserved truck and two dollies a month in advance with a flat rate of $142 in my confirmation email. So the new pricing total ended up $177 because I was being charged mileage! I should never have been charged for the mileage from pick up location back to my house because Uhaul failed to honor my confirmed reservation at the original location. Also, I was supposed to have the online check in and drop off. Pick up was at 9am. It was 10:45 when I got the truck! One girl working and a line to the door. I was on your website and app and both were taking me in circles trying to get the online check in. Kept telling me I was already signed up for it, but there was no option to click pick up. By the time I got waited on at the counter, another guy had started working with the girl and the lady behind me said she was there to return her truck and could not access the online/app option either. The whole process was extremely stressful, held up my entire move when I had people, some who took a day off work, at my house waiting on me and almost and hour drive back when I did get the truck. When I saw my final charges, I was sick. I did not get a cheaper rate and should not have paid for the trip to my house when my original confirmation was a mile from my house. I will not use uhaul again and I have been a return customer for 20 years.KIMBERLY R.

Everyone does not have Ways to check in there by their phones . I checked in my equipment before time that the equipment had to be returned and then I get charge $20. I would never recommend U-Haul to anyone and Word of mouth will hurt you in the long run I'm really disgusted in this company would not refer this company to a dog.JOHN L.

This location was great! But the original location in Milford, Ohio which did NOT have the equipment we wanted available was very different. Lead employee very rude to fellow employees. Acted polite to customers but it was obviously fakedâ€¦.which made it very uncomfortable. Also clueless as to where the alternate locations were since we had to drive 45 minutes or more to a location that actually had the 6x12 trailer we rentedPaul B.

I would use this location again. Everyone was friendly and all went smooth. I like that they do the billing online so I didn't have to walk in the building again. The only negative was that it rained and some of the rain leaked in and got a mattress wet. We had a 10 ft. truck. I did an online reservation and that makes all easier.THERESA G.

Not charge an additional 50% of the rental fee for the trailer for dropping off 5 minutes early. What ADDITIONAL work wascreated by the trailer being on location when your employees were finishing their cigarette in their car as opposed to once they were at their post? None. The answer is none. I have never been charged for dropping off after hours and trust me, I wl never pay Uhaul another fee again.JONATHAN P.

This location was able to get me a truck after my 1st reservation had to be cancel because of my 26ft truck not being returned then they didn't have any but a 10ft....The 29 ft truck meant 2trips instead of 1and as it turned out the truck had a leak apparently and my mattress and a few boxes were wet when we went to unload everything. The First time I use U-Haul I was a little skeptical about using their Trucks. However, I have used the services since the 10 Additional times of which were long-distance traveling and did not have any problems.
