What is the extra $40 charge?? I tried to return my rental through the app however it said it could not determine the location. When I asked the lady behind the counter what I should do, she said," Oh that's ok just park it with the keys inside in the "return lane" and you are good to go."

The right tail light stopped working 10 minutes into my rental. I paid for the use of a WORKING TRAILER. One that was hauling my expensive motorcycle. This is a known issue by uhaul. Yet you still continue to rent non working trailers …”red tape” indicates a wiring issue, correct? FIX IT. If you're going to charge me full price for a trailer then to should be in SAFE WORKING ORDER! I plan on renting another trailer in October and I will be likely looking into another company.

Return process not the greatest. Had to wait 15 mins for someone to show up behind the counter then was told the person outside should have checked me out but she was of little help as she told me to go inside. Person inside just took the key and told me I was good and to go ahead as I was leaving to catch a flight. Not too sure what my final bill was.

This is a very busy location that could possibly benefit from an additional person on Saturdays. There were at least 3 sets of people waiting to get equipment when I returned my rented trailer. I've now rented 5 trailers and 1 small box truck and dealt with both these locations for ALL my rentals because of their attention to details, cleanliness, availability of equipment, friendliness and expertise of personnel. I've tried renting and obtaining equipment from other locations in the gatlinburg tn area and was snubbed at more than one of those locations, Airport Ministorage is ALWAYS open their posted hours and ALWAYS willing to provide information and help as needed! And has gone beyond what I would consider necessary acommodation at least once by loaning me their PERSONAL moving blankets when they were completely out of company supply.

The online check in takes far too long. You should be able to take and upload all the driver license photos and have them "approved" before you're standing in the parking lot having to use up your data to share photos and wait in the hot, cold, or pouring rain to get approved!

Before driving to pick up your U-Haul, call ahead to make sure they are ready for you. Our truck wasn't available when we reserved it a week ahead of time and they ended up “finding us a truck” that was smaller than what we reserved causing us to spend way more money than expected. They were totally unapologetic and it cost us way more than expected. We will not be using U-Haul again.

I felt sorry for the gentleman returning my equipment, very busy and he was the only one there. This location should NEVER, NEVER have only one person working, it's way to busy And I've returned 4 trailers and 1 truck there over the past 4 weeks! Other than that, excellent experience.

The truck was poorly maintained. Clearly old and heavily used. Worst of all was a tire blow out on the interstate and the lack of compassion from the rental agency. Followed by promises to compensate me for the loss of four hours while doing a local move. Once I got the final receipt emailed to me. No such compensation was there. Gives me the feeling they only care about the next transaction and not the safety of the customer or the reliability of the trucks.

I ordered a truck, spoke to Jeanette. She is an excellent customer service representative for your company. Upon meeting her today, again she is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and well versed. Being that I also work in customer service, and train customer service representatives I was totally impressed with her. She needs a promotion.

Jeannette was the employee who took care of me. She had excellent customer service even after she dealt with a very unpleasant, rude, entitled individual. Elton John had a song about this customer, The B*tch is Back. But, enough about that customer. Just want to emphasize that Jeannette was extremely personable, answered all my questions and made sure that I was good to go with my rental.

Hire a new manager who understands customer service and has a better attitude. We arrived at 8:30 to get our truck we reserved online with 24/7 pick-up. we were having trouble with the app and we asked someone we saw outside for help (who ended up being the manager) since we are were already 1.5 hours behind schedule. She proceeded to say that she had to get all of the trucks checked in and could not help us. If we got to the page we needed, she would give us the key though. I informed her that was the issue. We couldn't get to that page. the webpage seemed to be malfunctioning, because it kept going back to the same page, time and time again, no matter we did. We again asked for help and she said “we open at 9, in 10 minutes. We waited. At 8:58, she appeared to be done with the trucks and went into the store. I followed in behind her (thinking she could help us now). I was told to get out of the store, she wasn't open yet and she would be with me at 9. The app malfunctioning on my smart phone was not out fault. If the online reservation was promised at 7, and the app wasn't working, good customer service would have been to take at least a minute and see if you could help. Not just blow us off. And then wait until 9:01 to open…. I will never rent from that location again

The person that check me out was very friendly and very helpful. The trailer wasn't perfectly clean, but it didn't matter as I was going to get it dirty anyway. When I returned it, it was pretty darn spotless with maybe a few pebbles. I parked it where I picked it up. The person checking me in seemed set on sweeping it out and made a statement there were rocks...whatever. She said in a rude manner that where I parked it “ain't” in the right spot. Since she was rude, I said that's where I picked it up. Again, in a rude manner she said “well that ain't the right spot.” Needless to say, I moved it to the right spot and I was on my way. Pretty disappointed though, I've always had much better service.

I originally rented by phone at Richwood. He neglected to tell me that they were closed on Thursdays when I said I would see him Thursday. I spent over an hour looking for him at Richwood flea market. When I finally was able to talk to a real person she told me they were closed. She was able to change my reservation to Elsmere but up until that point it was one of the mos stressful experiences of my life!!!!

The truck was filthy and sticky inside! At the time they requested me to bring the truck back the facility was not open. The light kept coming saying that the truck was due for an oil change although oil pressure and everything was great it was not properly serviced which caused a lot of anxiety.

I had a better experience with check in and getting the equipment than previously. Needed more help as people were waiting. When I turned in the equipment, I was informed that it was in bad shape including the tires and writing on the trailer. Noticed floor was warped as well. Drop off facility was surprised the equipment was rented out.

There was no one in the office when trying to get my rental. Waited almost 10 minutes and was then told they did not have the 15 foot truck I had reserved because I reserved online and they always overbook. Had to take a 10 foot and was unable to move everything needed as the truck was too small. Will never use again

Worse experience ever. The truck broke down halfway to destination no fault of mine. Mechanic finally show up one hour later stated it was a spark plug easy fix, happens all the time. 7 hours later, i had to let my help go home too late and stay with friends to continue trip next day. Got there and had to unload truck with wife since helpers couldnt stick around. Called and complained about the whole incident and Uhaul is still blowing me off to this day one week later Will never be back

Was told I could fit a washer and dryer in unit, but when I came it was above another unit which was impossible to lift a washer a dryer into. Lower units door wasn't wide enough in 6x8 ft space
