Could not get ignition switch to turn. Very difficult to start truck. The tech I dropped it off to tried it and it would not start for him. Everytime i turned truck off I wasn't sure if i was going to be able to start again.

After a truely terrible experience at the location on E Speedway (Tucson), I left completely aggravated at went to the location on E Golf Links. This location is truly wonderful and set everything up for me. Too bad all locations can't be like this one. I will definitely be posting reviews on google and yelp warning people about the location on Speedway!!!

Was a pretty awesome service for the civilian world. Military movers are in bloody sain! Yes, spelled wrong. Infantry thing. But the service was great, the guys I had help move were awesome! They were the lowest priced on the site and were worth so much more than they were paid. Couldn't have done it without them being an old beaten and near disabled vet. Would suggest this service 100/100.
I made my original reservation online. When I got to the facility using your kiosk was very cumbersome and did not work. When I Call to get assistance I had to repeat everything that I had entered in my online reservation. I was given an access code to enter the property and it did not work. I had to press the call button on the keypad by the gate. He then had to go through another process and give us another code. It seemed very complicated for something that should’ve been very simple.
Nothing needs improvement, the service was awesome, the truck was in good shape. I rate U-Haul a 10+
The customer service was outstanding but the trivk ots self was not in good condition. The cab smelt like cat urine. It was atrocious and hard to bare while I was driving. I have nevertheless experienced this before and after my clothes and belongings smelt like car urine. I am very upset about this.

Have some compassion and patience. The mexican guy was rude and kinda disrespectful toe when I mentioned the fuel gage wasn't the same on paper and got kinda huffy with me. The steering wheel was disgustingly sticky and tires were low presured. I get he has alot of people come in to the store but doesnt have to be rude to the one one who pays his way. They moved my pickup location to farther location then I wanted to pick up. Wasn't happy about that. Truck worked good.

Insurance claim was denied after the gate damaged my vehicle. Major issue for me. Otherwise, everything was fine.
I was on hold with the main UHaul reservation line for 25 minutes. I wish I had gone directly to the location. The person on duty was very competent, helpful, professional and quick. The telephone reservation representative seemed reluctantly helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the representative at the Golf Links location.
Overall the company, not necessarily the location, needs to make it a readily available option to split payments. This location's employees were beyond amazing.
This truck was the best vehicle I have ever rented from U-haul
All my stuff got ruined by water leaks.. I understand my renters insurance will cover my losses but it doesn’t eliminate the fact that I paid for storage that I now realize I didn’t need. I’m giving an excellent because you guys were so kind and took care of me but just a heads up the roofs need to be fixed.. thank goodness my TVs weren’t in there....
Very different experience than my pick up location and the business was staffed and open on Sunday.

1. Offer to show how the truck operates 2. Interior was very clean but the windows and side mirrors were filthy. Several times I was unable to change lanes because the mirrors were so dirty.

There was one young and extremely disrespectful employee on a power trip that was very rude and unhelpful to this 65 year old man that when another customer blocked my vehicle in your employee expected me to wait while that customer conducted his business. Your employee escalated an already unpleasant situation to a screaming match between him and me. I did not wait to get that employee's name I just wanted to get out of there after being treated like I meant nothing to Uhaul after they got all the money they could expect from me. They were acting like they were too busy getting the next customer's card numbers to be bothered with a prior customer who had already parted with his money.
I don't think I'd recommend Uhaul to anyone at this point. Why does no one ever answer the phone at ANY location? And to not have the trailer I reserved? Just a bad experience altogether. Guy that checked me in was great!

Price went up for the unit 4 months into renting. Will definitely look at other storage options in the future.
The storage was small as they didn't have the size I needed but I did either it for the time being. The lady staff there was always rude. They were not in the office the times I went. I always had a tag to see management when my storage was paid for. Bathrooms were not available to customers but staff could use them?? Its a good place but I went to another storage company.

Unit is advertised as a "drive up" unit. It is NOT a "drive up" unit. My wife had to help me carry a 400# piece of furniture. As expected, she dropped it and it's not irreparably damaged.

Service booked via phone representative. Was told 1st month storage would be free if I booked a trailer. When I arrived to storage facility I was charged. Staff member was also rude.
the door handle had exterior bolts which is not secure enough. anyone could have unbolted the handle and opened the storage unit making the lock useless and the security of my property nonexistent.
My unit was broken into twice from two different unit with items stolen. Although, the staff did give me new locks to replace the broken ones, I feel violated and unsafe.

We used u-box to ship furniture from Seattle U-hay to Tucson U-haul. The U-box was placed on a special trailer at the Golf Links Rd U-haul and we drove it to our storage unit to unload. It was a great
There are homeless people living in some of the units and the mgmt. is aware There are homeless people sleeping inside the storage area. There are homeless people sleeping in the locked bathroom. DNR

My experience with U-Haul has been a pleasant one. Between a storage unit and vehicle space... I rented for approx 3 years with no trouble or concerns about the security of my property.
My unit was broken into 2 days after I moved my belongings into the unut. This was an awful experience for me.
The people at the wilmot location I dealt with directly and only wanted to deal with them. They were always terrific!

It would have been nice to have a remote to open the gate. Also could have done without the constant presence of questionable individuals hanging around repairing their (many) bicycles.
Herroine junkies living in the units using the electricty and bathrooms to shoot up. Found several needles the few times we were there. The gate was broke, got locked IN for an hr TWICE. Never again.
Online connection was bad could never set up an account. We were happy with everything else.
