This outfit is unprofessional, unprepared (incl an appliance dolly in your online order but when you arrive there's no equipment?), there's no enthusiasm to help the customers, who are predominantly black. (Keys left in vehicles overnight, etc, this place is a mess!)

I was charged different times. I woke up this morning with notifications that my account was in the negative. I checked my account saw that I had multiple pending charges from UHaul. I called to the location and was put on hold multiple times for the manager to come to the phone however he didn't. He did tell the clerk that it would be 3/5 business days when I would receive my money back. I had other questions but I was just put back on hold because the clerk didn't have the answers to any of my questions. I now have no money, had to borrow money to be able to get to and from work today on top of that I have to pay the negative amount and pay the $30/$40 overdraft fees for something that was not my fault at all. So no I will not be recommending this store nor UHaul for that matter. I've used UHaul before and have never had any experience like this before.

Have the actual rented truck available, have the actual equipment available, have a decent truck available. Truck given me was 15 ft - I rented a 17 ft truck, truck's steering was so bad that i had to constantly fight it to keep it on the road; truck suspension "bounced" all over the road - thought it may collapse; rented 3 dollies, only one available ====> at a minimum, Uhaul should have contacted me prior to coming there that the equipment and truck would be "different". Or, even, found me correct truck and equipment at another location. I have used Uhaul many times and always was served very well - this time was horrible. You have just lost a customer!

We are in times of Covid. Please let the people at this location they have to clean their vans better than they are doing. I got in my van rental and i had to disinfect with Lysol, clean the window(front), clean the rear view mirrors and remove trash. The mileage is some what off. The van I rented was on E! I mean EMPTY! I had to pull over immediately and get gas at the BP. Customer service inside is great, they just need to clean the fleet better.

I had reserved a furniture dolly. When I arrived, there wasn't any dollies available. Had to purchase one for $20.00. When reservations are made for needed equipment, that equipment should be available. As the consumer, I shouldn't have had to spend the extra $13.00 dollars.

We almost had several accidents on I20 due to the poorly maintained truck. The windshield wipers appeared to be the original pair, it was raining heavily and wipers did not remove rain from the windshield. Omg!!! The front headlights….they need to be replaced could not see the road since it was not illuminated. But, it was better on brightâ€"unfair to oncoming traffic. We cancelled the remainder of our move due to this truck being unsafe.

Customer service is very good at this location. Okasi always meets me as soon as I drive in. The Asian lady customer service representative is very thorough in her explanation of everything. The African American young lady is very patient and helpful. I didn't catch his name yesterday, but the young man at the register was very quick to see if I or other customers need assistance as soon as we approached the counter. Customer service like this, is rare in Atlanta from the entire team. I'm impressed.

Poor customer service. I reserved storage unit weeks in advance with a credit card on file. When I got to the storage facility, the unit I requested was not available which cause me to have to take the next size unit at a higher cost. Rep said take it or leave it. How can I leave it if I had a moving company moving my property. No consideration what so ever. I would not recommend anyone to this location or to uhaul if this is the service you render to customers. If you reserve a unit that unit should be held if credit card is on hold to reserve it. They were not trying to resolve the issue. I have this unit, take it or leave it.

Facility refused access for the POD delivery.. Had to (last minute) redirect to another Uhaul facility. The change resulted in the storage cost tripling from the originally agreed upon contract. The entire ordeal was frustrating.
