There is nothing that you can do that I think to improve for the next customer. Everything was wonderfully clean and ready to go when I arrived to pick up the van. The pickup location for the truck that I paid for was changed without ever telling me to a location that was an hour away. I took off work to pick the truck off so having to go to multiple locations was unacceptable. The employees at both locations were rude and they even had a 15' truck like I needed at the first (and promised) location but I was told since I was taking it out of state that I could not use that one. Clearly they should have given me that truck at the first location and if they needed the other truck for local moves later that day (or week from the sound of it) a U-Haul employee should have driven the truck from the 2nd location to the first. This also means that I had to pay for extra miles and gas and I was offered no form of apology or discount for my troubles.Cassandra W.

Had appointment for September 21. Went at 7 am and they didn't have hitch. Didn't call when hitch was in. Very unprofessional. Finally after a month plus it was installed.linda J.

Have the tow hitches available for installation on the appointment day. I arrived and the company had no inventory any where in the state of Ohio. They put in wiring for the hitch but could not do the actual hitch with none available.Kay A.

When my original U-Haul rental (at Expert Auto Collision) failed me, This location came through. Highly recommend this location. Also Jordan at the Lincolnway in Massillon location is fantastic for getting this set up for me when my original truck wouldn't start.Cynthia H.

The people in the UHaul store in Canton and in Gallipolis were wonderful and helpful but contractors for UHaul Roadside Assistance were the worst I've ever had to rely on. Nearly 6 hours with no help to change a flat tire left me and my family stranded over 2 hours from home. That's when the owner of UHaul of Gallipolis came to help... God Bless him!!!John B.

I ordered my trailer thru a Massillon location which is much closer to my home. But had to drive much further to this location to get it and return it. It would be nice to have gotten it where I ordered it from. But the service was great at this place.ROCKY F.

Steering was out of alignment horribly I called store numerous times have the call log to prove so. No answer called roadside they informed me call store cause the truck would jerk to the right and as you came to a stop the brakes would lurchTimothy V.

My reservation got mixed up on U Hauls end, had to go to this location 6.5 miles away. You would think it would standard to reimburse or have that mileage deducted since it was not my fault, it was taken care of but that should be a given. Other than that satisfied with the truck and process .STEPHEN G.

This location saved the day for us. We rented from the Harmony Drive-thru location had a confirmation number for our reservation go to pick the U-Haul up and it wasn't there. The worker had to call the owner he had it and ignored our confirmation for 3 and told us to go to the headquarters on Columbus Ave. They found us a rental. The only downfall was that we were supposed to have it for 6 hours and we had to turn it in after 4 hours. This isn't the first time my online reservation was screwed up. I rented from Columbus Ave July 25th 2020 and they gave 2 of us the same truck. I don't understand how every time I've tried to get a rental things never go as planned.BENJAMIN F.

Terrible experience. Never had this experience with this location before. If you are going to offer a service you need to make sure that everyone in the company knows how to actually enforce it. There is no reason why I should have to sit outside of a uhaul for an hour and a half to finally get some information about how to rent a uhaul just to not get it the day I actually need it. Believe me I will never use uhaul again and I will pass along word of mouth. I'll just use budget next time.WILLIE J.

I arrived Saturday to pick up the truck I reserved and was told that "they had not assigned a vehicle to me" and that there were no trucks available until Sunday. I had people lined up to help my father move and had no truck. Once I was able to get a truck on Saturday everything went fine.Todd C.
We reserved a pickup truck for 8:30am mobil pick up. We arrived at 8:30 and clicked the pick up reservation online and it stated that we had a reservation for in person pick up (even though the reservation said mobil) and that we had to wait until 9am when they opened to get our equipment.CHASE HUNTER R.

Staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a hitch installed for a planned vacation - even when parts didn't come in as expected. They collaborated with other locations to ensure installation that day. Although the experience didn't go as I expected, I felt heard and felt that staff cared - a rarity in customer service these days!David V.

Drop off was extremely easy and took approximately 30 secondsjobe H.
You offered 24/7 mobile pickup. I showed up at 8 am to pick up the truck with my smartphone and the website and the app said my time was automatically switched to be hand delivered at 9 am when they open. There was no explanation for this. Your process needs reviewed. Or if I missed a key part, it needs to be more clear.Daniel B.

The online return system did not work properly. We called uhaul customer service and sent photos of return. This location called two days later to complete return. That's completely unacceptable. We will not be renting from Uhaul in the future.Scott H.
Very unhappy with my booking. While the Columbus rd location staff was excellent, it was 30 minutes out of my way. My initial booking was for the Tallmadge rd location of which I live two minutes away. This booking cost me extra time, has miles and money. I was given 75 extra miles however we still had to pay for gas and drive an hour and half to take care of pick up etc.Melissa L.
