I ordered a 20 foot truck at one location near they bumped me to a 26 foot truck without telling me and where I was moving to wouldn't accommodate a 26 foot truck. So they then moved me to a different location which was farther from me and that location didn't give me the appliance dolly I had asked for so I had to go to another location that was close to where I was located to get a dolly because I didn't want to drive all the way back to the other location. It was a disaster from the very beginning. Not a good experience at all.LORA K.

This place is a joke. They keep their phones off the hook so you cant call and talk to them and they picked up my mother's truck after she was arrested and they REFUSE to give me any of her personal belongings from it. So I am taking the Sherriff's office with me to get it backDanita J.
Do not leave inadequately trained employees by themselves. It's not fair to the employee or the customer. We stood there for 40 minutes watching the lady(that was trying to help us) struggle with getting through the rental agreement form process.robert B.

The cab couling was loose on the drivers side and for an hour the cab was filled with engine heat. I couldn't stand the heat blowing on my leg so i had to drive one handed while i pushed on the couling with my right hand to try keep the couling closed. The gas tank was only filled to one quarter full. I had to put gas in it to get to my destination which i left more then half full when i dropped it off. Gas tanks need to be filled before customers drive them so that they only need to return it with a full tank for the amount they used. When i dropped off the truck i was charged a fee because i drove more miles then what was contracted. The issue with that was i had to drive 20 min to the drop off location which put me over the mileage. On my way back to my location i saw several closer locations that i could have dropped of the truck. Between the extras mileage fee and the extra gas i left in the truck should have been a wash.David T.

Reserved a furniture dolly and they did not have one and did not care that it put me in a bad position. Even though the General Manager was at the counter she did not even offer an apology. Only said that they were short and the company was supposed to order some more. When I returned the truck there was only one employee and he said he was busy so he would email me my receipt. That was a mistake. We drove 33 miles and he charged me for 48 miles. What a scam and fraud. Wonder who will get the extra $15 dollars. I will call the manager on Monday morning but I am sure it won't do any good as she did not care about the furniture dolly.Kevin M.

Lower the prices spent 100 for 20â€ truck for two hours and 30 miles. I could of called movers for that much and I wouldn't of had to do the work.Aaron M.

I am being charged for a vehicle I did not use- never left the lot. It never left the lot because the vehicle was too big. She had assured me she closed the bigger vehicle out and opened the cargo van but after calling today i was informed that she did not close it. I also see on the itemized contract where there is a $33 charge plus $19.95. Yesterday April 10th there was three attempts to take out from my bank account $69 after already charging me $124 for the 6 days I had the vehicle. According to my bank and bank statement and bank alerts. This morning around 9am there were 2 attempts to take out $265. My bank alerted me of these attempts and we blocked UHAUL for unauthorized charges and use of my account. I returned the vehicle with 1/4 from a full tank of gas. It was only required that it be 3/4 from empty. I drove a little close to 140 miles. There was no damage to the vehicle. there was m&ms that spilled and a few pieces of paper that I forgot but no damage. IT was my understanding that I would be charged $0.70 a mile.TAMARA W.

The original truck they were going to rent me a employee took the keys home. So they had to give me a truck that was loaded with warning light. And less than a quarter tank. I was nice about it and wish I hadn't now. When I turned it in they charged me for more fuel than it had. I have a storage unit here an was considering keeping it but after yesterday I'm taking my stuff out and going somewhere else from now on. I've used this uhaul for years and this is the worst it's been in a long time. I will not be recommending them ever again nor using them anymore.Vernon G.

Had to wait fir them to sweep out the truck, not where they said it was supposed to be. They would put stickers on all the dents and made us take photos if everything. Took an hour to pick up the truck because I was doing their job.Cari H.

I tried calling first. On hold for over 15 minutes. Hung up and drove there. When I got there, there were two very polite ladies there. No one was in front of me. Someone should have answered the phone? Luckily they had a trailer stock, and I was out of there in about 20 minutes.MARK S.

My last couple rental experiences at uhaul I was given vehicles that did not have full fuel tanks. The most recent rental had 3/8 of a tank. This is frustrating because now I have to play around keeping enough fuel in the tank unless you expect me to return the vehicle with more fuel than when I rented it.SEVERIN S.

Key drop not clearly marked. Once i parked the truck and completed check in protocol i was almost immediately harassed by local sheriff with allegations of stealing things and breaking into rental vehicles. Not worth the hassle i went thru just to return uhaul equipment.Brian B.

The person checking me in had some computer issues and had to use his cellphone to charge me for a dolly. It was dark when we were hitching the trailer to my Jeep and he could have used some sort of lighting to make it easier and safer for him.Mark R.

Missy was awesome! I had my storages about 5yrs and she worked with me on multiple occasions when it came to late payments and payment arrangements. The other staff were ok, but if Missy wasn't there I'd rather wait and talk to her when she came back. My move out however was completely DISGUSTING and ridiculous. I had multiple items I left behind because they were literally COVERED in mice droppings. It's understandable that there could be some issues seeing that the storages aren't sealed off individually, but the fact I had to leave some stuff because of it was unacceptable. There was a giant rodent poison box in my second storage unit (B19) where majority of the mouse droppings were and that was just mind blowing to say the least. I also came across a dead roach in my first unit (B47) which I'm glad was dead and didn't multiply! I just really don't appreciate that fact I paid extra fees for having an indoor storage and from my understanding, the fees were for protection and maintenance against rodents and bugs. After this, I highly doubt I will ever use this storage facility again, and yes I will for sure spread the word.Courtney J. | Overall Experience
