No one wore a mask at the facility during the peak of the 2020 pandemic and there was miscommunication on extended use of the truck but I haven't contracted COVID yet and the extension was cleared up, so it was all good.

Signage on the lot was lacking. Neither the vehicle pick-up area nor the office area were clearly marked. The attendants in the office area seemed to be disgruntled and unprofessional. The packing blankets that I had ordered and paid for were not in the vehicle, requiring a return to the office and a wait in line to get them. There was a lot attendant that I encountered upon vehicle return that was great- he recognized that I was returning a vehicle and was helpful in bridging the gap between the UHaul app instructions and dismal lot signage.

On the first point; the location is great and the staff is helpful. However, it was the last at UHaul home office that went above and beyond to find us a last-minute equipment change to meet our needs. Can't thank her enough. The truck we ended up with, however, was not in good shape. While it ran fine and successfully made the 2500+ mile trip, it had been in an accident and was pretty badly beat up. The doors did not seal, the truck pulled to the right and it had not been cleaned. I don't want to complain much tho, because it was such a last minute find. Still, if the equipment is that rough I would not keep it in service until repaired. It made for a really tough drive for my wife and I.

The website is very flawed. I had trouble with picking up my order (the whole reason I did mobile was so the process could be contactless) yet due to a recurring error message I still had to go into the building. None of the staff inside of the location were wearing masks meanwhile we're in the middle of a pandemic. Returning the vehicle was even more of a hassle because so many pictures were required then the site froze 3x so I had to repeatedly start from the beginning. At 3 am. When it's 30 degrees outside.

The Uhaul 24/7 contact-less feature was completely horrible. I was sent to the wrong location, having to drive to another location 11 miles away. I had so many issues once I arrived to the new location. The online check in process was slow and filled with errors. I'm inputted SIX different numbers for the alternate phone number portion just so the online AI could give me an error and ask for me to input another phone number. The vehicle had new dents all over that were not depicted in the pictures, so I took new pictures when printed to and kept some for my records just in case. The inside had a terrible smell. I could tell the previous renter smoked in it and tried to mask it with something. Upon returning the vehicle the following day I couldn't simply drop it off like the online 24/7 website said. I plugged in the final mileage but kept getting a message telling “the mileage you entered is less that why I started with”. That did t make any sense. So I had to speak to one of the workers. NOT A SINGLE EMPLOYEE WAS WEARING A MASK. This is totally unacceptable. My wife is high risk and this location and it's employees were just doing what ever they wanted. Some customers were walking in with no mask either. No one was enforcing anything. Someone who is reading this needs to take action and not simply disregard this.

I don't always inspect the vehicle as much as I should . I mostly look for dents and things but I have call and complained and the back cab not being cleaned. I don't realize this until I put something in the back. I am a stager and when I put my nice new furniture in the back there is a problem. Like I said I've called on this before but it needs to be addressed again.

I was charged 3 times my total amount was 123.59 . At pickup I was charged 148$ When it was supposed to be 73.93 and drop off I was charged another 123.59 a total 272.18 and they say there's nothing they can do to give me my 150$ that was over charged.

Pay your employees more. I was talking with the girl that checked me in and learned she had to work two jobs and had been lacking sleep because of it. This is America and there is no reason why you should not be providing a livable wage to your employees. Especially considering how much you make in profits from these rentals. It is appalling. There is no excuse.

None of the staff was wearing facemasks. When I brought it to their attention, none of them seemed to care. All of the staff were milling around back and forth from the lobby and outside with customers around. None seemed to be taking precautions during the covid pandemic. There is statewide mandate that says we need to wear masks and social distance. The truck had ants in the cab. I counted at least 10 of them.

When a customer is going long distance one way it would be good to have someone inspect the tires and a low mileage truck. I had to drive that truck to another U-Haul affiliate to pick up the truck that would accommodate the mileage that I was driving.

This is the second time I've rented a U-Haul from this company and have been dissatisfied. When I picked up my truck the back door was completely open and rain water had filled the truck. I asked for someone to clean it out or provide me with something to clean it myself because I needed the floor dry before I picked up my belongings so the representative gave me the large furniture clothes. Which set me back quiet some time on my moving process because the floor was covered with water. I also requested a furniture dolly when I did my request online. I had to return inside to pick one up because it wasn't already placed in the trailer at the time. Upon reviewing my receipt I've noticed I've been charged for 6 furniture pads and a utility dolly. I didn't use either one. Only the furniture dolly. My experience with uhaul is always an unpleasant one.

The attendant insisted the trailer was ok for my vehicle to be towed with. When I got to TX the transmission was absolutely shot. The repair guy said it was because it's an All wheel drive vehicle that was towed with two wheels in the ground. I am very upset and out $4000 for the repair.

Great facility. Only complaint is that one of the access doors never worked. I had my card replaced a couple times but it was the card reader that is messed up. The staff always helped me to get in but it was a little bit of a hassle to go to the office each time I needed in.

Renting here and paying my bill was easy. My only issue is this, lighting is needed inside the actual storage room. The hallways are well lit, but to see inside the storage room you need the light from the hallway.
