again the people at the location were fine but Uhaul dropped the ball again. i was given no info on where i could drop off my truck and to call Uhaul is pointless because you are put on hold forever and then you are talking to someone in New York. Ms. Erica Young was always accommodating, and I appreciate all of her help over the last year. When I was moving out of my storage unit on Friday, May 14th, Kendrick Moody was in the office. Kendrick insisted on ringing up the white guy that came in after us first. Even though the gentleman told Kendrick that my Fiancée and I were there first and Kendrick should help us. Kendrick still helps him before us. My Fiancée and I were still being patient after he rings up the gentleman, but next, Kendrick runs out of the store to help someone else. When Kendrick comes back, he asks us this time if he could help another person. We politely tell him no because we are moving items out of our storage unit today, and we were on a schedule. We want to rent the van so we can get started. Kendrick says "okay" and proceeds to help someone else still. When he comes back to help us finally, I asked him to remove a dolly from the service equipment contract because there were two dollys listed. Kendrick said he did, but when I received the print out both dollys were still there. Again thank you to Ms. Erica Young for fixing it and helping me and my FiancéeVENITA P. | Overall Experience

The entire staff portrays outstanding customer service skills that are both impeccable, and hard to find in many businesses. Ericka however is one of the best I have ever dealt with in my life . I was in the process of losing many of my possessions due to unemployment, also losing my mind . I could hardly communicate let alone describe the services I needed at the time. Ericka took charge,and with patience I would have to compare to a saint silently arranged my moving truck ,and my storage needs leaving me in awe at how fast my worries were resolved. The original place where u was scheduled to return the trailer was closed and run down. I went to this location and it was open and very clean. The lady that helped me could not have been more accommodating or pleasant to deal with.MAX B.

I recently rented a pick up from Uhaul for a small move. I was initially running behind and contacted the store. Erica answered and was extremely helpful. Upon arrival, I met Erica and she was so pleasant, she was the only one on property and was assisting numerous guests with a wonderful and helpful demeanor. I have only rented from Uhaul once before. But her hospitality and genuine want to assist was so needed. Moving can be extremely stressful and she really helped to make the process smooth. I was shuffled to three different locations after every location failed to keep my reservation even though I arrived on time. It took us 3 hours to find new rental vehicles every time we were turned away. We waited over 45 minutes at one location for an attendant to arrive to the office while 10 plus customers waited and were pushed over an hour past their pick up time. This was the most stressful moving day I've ever experienced and almost entirely due to UHauls failure to operate correctly. I hope I never have to move again.Alivia B.

there was a small hiccup where the agent and I discussed a 4 hour window, but my contract said 3 hours, however the agent upon my return kindly took care of the discrepancy. I came to this location after a reservation I had was not able to be honored at another location, the Uhaul agent I reached on the phone was so helpful and quickly found me a truck nearby. The agent who greeted me at the Forest Hills location, knew my name when I came in, she was awesome, even recommended some boxes as she saw me looking, which I purchased, the one hiccup with the hours was small oversight, but she was awesome. The agent on my return was great as well. This will be my preferred location from now on.LISA W.
