I wish you could have improved this experience for me I rented a dolly too, for &10 and after I told them that the truck was disgusting and filthy all they would do is give me $10 off . I also noted in pretrip that the fuel level was less than the document stated but I was still required to fill it to what they said it was! The worst service and equipment I have ever received there!!!!!I'll go somewhere else next time!!!Lori C.

The staff was rude and didn't listen. I was there to pick up a car transport and was already in a 26 ft uhual truck.When I pulled into the lot it was busy and crowded so I went to ask one of the staff where I should park the truck but he refused to let me ask that simple question. He was obviously doing something but it would have only taken a few seconds to at least here the question. There was a mix-up with the order and I was again treated very rudely trying to fix the situation. As I was there I also witnessed another poor guy that said something seemed to be unsafe with the truck he had and they wouldn't even go out to inspect it and told him the vehicle shaking was because it was empty. The customer service is unacceptable and if I hadn't of been moving out of town I would have cancelled the order and went somewhere else. Eventually after over 30 minutes Andrea finally called support and got the issue fixed. I requested that from the beginning!Richard B.

I was given the truck with less than 1/16 tank of gas which meant I had to unexpectedly try to find a very close-by gas station before I could go anywhere. Also, the app check-in AND check-out didn't work correctly and I had to go into the office or call customer service anyway. The billing was a mess and I'm not sure is still right.Robert H.

This was my second time using this service. Overall 2nd experience was not good compared to first due to U-Haul system and not the local centers. Only given one option to ship to and no delivery by U-Haul available. Turns out the only location option for the destination did not handle U-Boxes. Box was sent to another location for pic up that usually deals with boxes delivered by U-Haul and not customer self delivery. They handled things well but not like the Plainville location did almost 2 years ago. Not the local center's fault. Don't know why the system was so inadequate this time.Allyson N.

Disclose the final cost estimate properly, I would not have rented the equipment for as a long as I did if the final price had been better communicated while booking. The Crew at the Denver location on I-70 and Chambers were Excellent in every way... When I came to drop off the auto transport, Rob Greeted me and welcomed ne as well he informed me that I could rent a storage unit free for the first month included with my Truck and or The Auto transport... Rob was Very Professional and Curtious as well new alot about Uhaul... Hats off to him.. So when I came back the next day I was once again Greeted by Monse and Rob... I had the pleasure of being assisted by Monse who set me up with a Storage unit and Free for the 1st month with an excellent price after the 1st month... she showed me the unit and walked me through the process of how to use the Security card... Excellent Representative for Uhaul... So then 2 days later when I came to drop off my 15' Truck.. I was Greeted by Monse and Saul and another gentleman who was young and thin apologies I do not recall his name they assisted me in closing out my account... Smooth process... Saul was Extremely Helpful and Professional he went above and beyond in helping me in every way... Kudos and Hats off to Saul and the whole Team at The Denver Location... A Wonderful experience I had... Oh OK now for your Customer service Reps on the Phone when one set up the rental... They were all Outstanding Representatives of Your Company... So Helpful in extending my rental especially when I got sick for a week and not able to do much in loading up the truck... The best Phone Representatives that I have dealt with... Excellent excellent excellent...JOSE L.
The trailer I received was old, rusty, dented, missing bolts and extremely difficult to open. There was one bolt missing at the front of the trailer which allows light and possibly water in.JUAN M.

I went in there today to rent a truck and a storage unit. I was helping my move her belongings. I have to admit I was having a very rough day. The gentleman that helped me and my mom (when she arrived in the afternoon after loading the truck) turned what could have been a nightmare situation into-Well let's just say he made my life so easy, dealing with our constant mind change and nitpicking. I want to say a huge huge thank you to him. I hope he gets to read this, I think he will remember. He even walked over and apologized for another customer weird attitude, which was not his responsibility. Thank you so so much. He kept the mood light.CIRIACO V.

I rented a small trucks 19.95 for hour the price when I went to pick up the truck or turned into $41 I didn't go far the truck was supposed to be back at 1145 I returned it at 1138 there was a line the took of another $20 off my daughter's cc so that whole thing $61 how did that work. First, everyone here was very kind and helpfulâ€¦ just we're not prepared. There was no appliance dolly available for me. If this is the case, online it shouldn't allow me to request one. Why is there no inventory for smaller such items for each site? Then the trailer I was renting had a turn signal that didn't work. After over an hour of working on it, it still was not fixed. I ended up just accepting a smaller trailer that did work. Just unprepared for my rental, but again everyone was pleasant.KAMRYN S.

The spaces were smaller than I thought they would be the 10 x10 was shown as a two to three-bedroom apartment which I definitely don't think it is so I felt kind of ripped off by the prices and what you actually got. We were told right Away about waiting and we were informed we couldn't wait in our unit where it was much cooler they told us we couldn't be on property waiting for our house hold goods that said they would kick us out that we had to be moving we said we are and the gentleman said we couldn't do it there idk whats going on at this location but they seemed to think we wanted to like be homeless in a storage unit ok whatever just saying rudeness and assumption are the mother of law suits ....Martin V. | First Impressions
