The woman couldn't even be bothered to give me my final receipt. And this location is the one charging me because the other location gave me a damaged truck. Jose was great. Made check-out easy. I was off to start my move in no time. Check-in upon return was just as easy. Awesome customer service. I did use 2 Guys and a Dolly and 2 Gals and Tape, from the U-haul list of labor. Worse moving experience ever. Owner promised 4-5 movers. This was an inter base move on Kirtland AFB, NM. Owner was advised as to what requirements were need for crew to be provided access to base. Showed up with 3 guys, one of which was not allowed access to base. Of the remaining 2, one guy could not lift over 10 lbs (owner knew this and sent him anyway). Owner was also made aware well in advanced there would be a gun safe and Tempur Pedic bed and premium base that would need to be moved to second floor. Again, owner did not provide enough help and while he was given access to base, he never showed up at job site. Some of my furniture received damage due to improper packing on U-haul by his crew. Owner refused any responsibility for damage and even blamed me for my lack of supervision of crew. Would not recommend this company for your next move in the Albuquerque area.DENNIS S.

Was met in parking lot when we pulled up to return trailer. The only questionable item was there was no paperwork or receipt offered to confirm I indeed dropped the trailer off on time and in clean condition. I even asked if I needed something that confirmed I returned clean equipment. Apparently there is nothing, just a thank you, have a good day. I really wasn't comfortable dropping it off with no confirmation, but did anyway.JAMES S.

Start purchasing trucks with seats that can be raised. The seat options in these vehicles don't allow for seat heights to be raised, making it hard for shorter people to see over the hood of the vehicle. Some Uhaul locations have modern cargo vans with seats that sit high, so drivers can see over the dash. Wish this location had more of those.SARAELIZABETH L.

I know this is most likely a uhaul pricing policy but if the rental gets turned in 1 day+ 4.5 hrs instead of 2 days why isn't there a refund? Pricing is based on a 24hr bases and the company benefits from an early return- not the customer. The after hours return protocol via the app would not allow photos of the mileage and fuel guage to be updated, which is a requirement in order to return the vehicle after hours. Everything worked out fine the next dayADAM E H.
I requested a location close to where I lived and had to drive 90 minutes round trip to retrieve the Uhaul truck, and an additional 60 minutes round trip to return the truck. When I spoke to the customer service representative about the inconvenience this was causing , I was told that Uhaul doesn't have the staff to move trucks and that other customers needed the trucks. I told her that it was way out of our way and was told that other customers are driving even further than what I was having to drive. This type of service is unacceptable!RICHARD H.

However, he did not point out that the estimated number of gallons to return the truck with the same fuel was on the paperwork so I estimated 75% of 40 gallons and over-filled the tank by almost $25. The guy at the other end in Albuquerque is a total ASSHOLE and basically told me to FUCK OFF at 1901 Eubank. Terrible customer service. Terrible.STEPHEN A.

I was charged almost $500 for 3 days of using the truck whenever the add says $38 per day. And in those 3 days of using the truck I only drove it for about an hour with around 90 miles of use. Rip off and definitely not worth nor even considering using againJESSE S.

When I got there the guy put on the ball for the hitch and attached the trailer. I was moving my son the very next day to TX. When I looked at it it was so low to the ground and scraping. I asked if this was right and it would scrape the whole way. He said it was fine. We drove home and it scraped the whole way it was concerning. Thankfully we had someone come and review and learned the whole side had been sidestepped and the tire had a huge gash in it and the hitch was placed upside down. We could not get a hold of anyone at uhaul after several attempts and several hours. We decided to drive to the San mateo/Montgomery location where the hitch was initially installed on our car. Thank God for them, this location has the very best service. They corrected the ball attachment as it was upside down, made a huge difference and indicated it would not have been safe for us to go far on that tire. It was also replaced by them. I would rate that location 5 or more stars for their prompt service and knowledgeable people who helped us. This could have turned out to be so dangerous for us and who knows what may have happened. I'm so thankful someone else who knew about trailer attachments came to look before we started loading it and pointed out the issues. Im also so so thankful for the uhaul location on San Mateo for rectifying the situation so promptly and ensuring our safe travel to our destination.Melisa O.

I reserved a truck, furniture dolly, an appliance dolly, and a bundle of blankets. While the people at this location were friendly and helpful, they didn't mention that the the location didn't have either of the dollys or that the blankets I reserved were not in the truck. I mistakenly assumed that they were, and didn't realize the mistake until we were ready to load. We had to go to another location to get the dollys, and I had to open the package blankets in the "utility dolly" bundle. My suggestions are 1) do not accept an online reservation for a location if all of the equipment is not available and 2) let the customers know when what they ordered is not in the truck. I think that would save time and frustration.Peter B.
I had the truck for under 3 hours, went less than 3 miles and was blamed for damaging truck which never happened. I used professional movers who can attest the truck was never damaged by us.
