Used the Centerpoint facility to store mom’s things after she passed away in 2017. The facility was accessible, secure, convenient with online or auto payment. General manager was great during pickup. However upon return, there were 2 ladies behind the counter, one was assisting someone else and the other lady looked at me. No greeting, no May I help you nothing. As I began to hand her the contact and key she said â€œall I need is the keyâ€, which I laid on the counter past the plexiglass shield on her side. She pointed to the key and said I need the key, (which was on the counter). Then she pointed to the key and said I need the key. So, I picked it up and handed it to her. â€œWhere you put itâ€ was the next remark, to which I replied, â€œI parked it back where I got itâ€. The next response was you want to wait or go on about your day. Which was mumbled and unintelligible, so I ask ma'am to which she replied the same. I finally understood what she was saying so I asked wait for what, â€œfor me to check it inâ€. I said I know I went over the miles and she said â€œsoâ€, and I ask will it just be added to my card? It will be added when I check it in. So I said oh I'm sorry to have bothered you, and left. Her response was â€œwhatever â€œ. If there is anytime in the future Uhaul will be my last choice. I was unhappy from the get go because my reservation was supposed to be at the location at Crosston, I never got a call from Uhaul and had to live chat with Uhaul to find out where my reserved van was. It was at Centerpoint, which is 20 miles from my house as a opposed to the Crosston location whicLARRY C.

Have the moving equipment available when picking up a vehicle. Let customers know if their vehicle does not have a ramp. Have more customer service reps available so hold times aren't 30 mins just to be transferred to someone else. Don't allow the website to offer booking vehicles that you know are not available. Your telephone "customer service" center should be renamed the "customer hold" center. I have now called it 3 or 4 times. Each time I have called I have been on hold for 18 to 20 minutes. I assume it is your attempt to force me to go to your website. It is ridiculous to keep customers on hold this long. Hire a few more employees!MARK C.

When I arrived the van was not available.. Luckily customer returned equipment while I was in line. Customer service rep gave me the key immediately without inspecting the van. I noticed the van was filthy when I got in it. However pressed for time because I am caterer and had a wedding I had to just deal with it .. I loaded the van with food for over 100 people including a wedding cake and time sensitive desserts.. in route to the event the front tire blow out and I lost control of the van!!! The roadside had a two hour wait time and I had to be at the wedding in 30mins .. I had no time I had to change the tire myself !!! But to find a huge screw was in the tire and on top of that the jack was broken !!!! This was a horrible experience!!! Uhaul was no help !!!LAMAR L.

The only problem I have is when you try to call no one never answer the phone. They need to put more than one employee working during the day and night for safty and customer time the lines get long and customers are waiting way to long. But over all just fine. when I pick the trailer up that I rented and loaded it one of the back tires on the rear axle was flat took it back to the place where I picked it up and the gentleman said he was too busy to look at it just keep air in it and he'll fix it when I bring it back and he didn't even hook it up to my truck for me I had to a little piss poor if you ask meSTEPHEN K.

I originally rented from a place much closer to the airport, the rental changed to this location which was 20 minutes away and it also changed from a 10' Truck to a 20' Truck. Good customer service. The bathroom was very clean. The truck I rented could have been cleaner but it was ok. My only complaint was that I was not told I needed to either have a passport, some type of proof of residency, or an alternate person they could call before I was able to rent the truck. I just find it crazy when I show up to a place of business and the employees are surprised that customers are even around and don't even know how to help them. The entrance is unclear and we ended up going through a mechanic bay because we didn't know where to go and got yelled at by the employee. And the turn in process was just not simple. And while I'm at a U-Haul charges way too much compared to the competition that's on me for not checking out the competition and seeing who would be the most affordable but I paid a lot to rent my U-Haul. And I don't really feel like getting scammed over like that again sure you guys have the cool little fact on the side and you have the easy rides and make them a little bit better to drive apparently but it's just not worth all the money I could've got in a different box truck for much cheaper only difference is it doesn't have a cool fact about Wyoming on the side and the easy ride whatever that means. Everything was great, I was able to get a box truck instead of the pickup truck I wanted within a short distance. I was told the price was the same, it was for the rental rate but wasn't told that the mileage rate was .20 per mile higher than the pickup truck rate. Very Rude Customer service coming from the Manager! Ms. Rachel could not reach over the box so she kept tossing my Daughters driver license and storage key back to her instead of giving it back to her like how my daughter gave it to her. Ms. Rachel was very non understanding when it came to bad situations leaving me in a financial deficit because she did not stick to her word of the one month free. I WILL NEVER GET STORAGE AGAIN THERE AS LONG AS MS. RACHEL IS THERE! Ms. Ashley was very polite and understanding I rate her a 10/10!
