They chargeme one price in the receipt and other different in my credit card.i return the van clean with gas.no scratch at all.all item returned.miles under 5 miles..not good this transaction

The truck was beat up- the visor was broken and it was making a knocking sound. The cabin smelled like Marijuana. But I love this location and found the staff very friendly and easy to work with.

The staff at this location was great with the excellent of one individual whom charged me a extra day because I was 15mins late dropping the truck off despite putting more gas in the vehicle than I rented it with. I think a bit of leniency could of been used seeing that I spent $344 last week with uhaul.

I made a reservations on two occasions for 7am and both times the store location was not closed, as the the store locator and signage on the door stated that the location open at 7am. I experienced a 30-45 min wait on each occasion.

I would hire more staff because the wait time was so long specially if someone is just trying to drop off the vehicle. Also I am not happy with how they charged me for two days when I spoke to a representative over the phone and they told me that I would not get charged for two days if I brought that truck in by 1:00 pm which I did. Yet they still charged me and I wasted almost 2 hours just waiting for them to charge me.

The trailer was hooked up with the low ball position. I was helped by the Uhaul rep. This caused the bottom of the trailer binding constantly grinding the road. I though that my rear bridge will be turn off. Horrible. Had to stop at some random autoshop, pay cash to fix the problem. Moreover, it turns out that my light on the trailer were not working through the whole trip, even though I bought wiring and ball from Uhaul (Plainville location) and had them installed there. Later on in 10415 N Florida Ave Tampa, FL 33612 i was explained that I am missing fuses. How come?! Paid almost 100$ for not working wiring.

When it came time to return truck, had issue with the Android app -- specifically, it would NOT upload the photos I kept taking (and taking, and taking, and...) of the gas guage and odometer. Thankfully my wife was with me and she has an iPhone, so we downloaded the app on her phone and was able to complete the return without issue. Also, while the cabin wasn't all that messy, it did need some airing out on account of the prior renter's cigarette smoking...or so I thought, until I opened up the ashtray and saw that it had NOT been emptied before I took the truck, so not sure how long that had been the case. The truck did the trick, and I wouldn't NOT recommend someone who needs a moving truck to go with U-Haul.

They need to have better control of the rats in the place when I was walking in there was a big fat rat tuning in the floor and I was glad that my niece diet see it she is very scare of rats place work better to control your problem its not good for business

Reservation I made didn't work as expected. The Dolly I reserved was not available, price was not reserved, initial odometer and fuel tank level was stated incorrectly. I was requested to pay extra money on dropping the keys although I had to get refund for unused milage and extra filled fuel

I have had bad business dealings with U-Haul in 2018 of over charging me in late fees,and also the last time I gave my card number to pay my storage bill, a young lady CSR back in Jan 2022, someone try to charge two grub hub charges for $64 and change each and they try to do some shopping online for $189 and some change, the only reason I know it was from someone who worked at U-Haul because it was a new càrd and that CSR was the only one I gave that number to. So no I will not be recommending no one to rent storage space because they hire dishonest employees. It just so happens that I have security protection on the card and all three transaction were declined and a hold was placed on my card until I notified the bank.

Good with storage; no issues. You pay your monthly fee and belongings are safe and secure. Location is convenient but an update of storage facility would be nice.

I requested a first floor storage space because I was storing many heavy boxes after hours. When I got to the facility around 9pm, the storage was on the second floor making it impossible to carry up the boxes. I could not use the storage. After two tries, local staff was able to cancel my reservation and return my payment.

People are dumping their furniture in front of the main access way. Not only does it make it inconvenient but it also make the storage look like a local dump. Your staff do a great job making it clean but that recycling idea that you guys got have to go because it simply turned into the local dump. 95% of the things that the people left is straight up GARBAGE that can not be salvage. Fix this problem immediately. Your staff do a great job of keeping the place clean.

I lost all my belongings because the unit was infested by rats and roaches and I never got my insurance back for the unit after I paid for insurance. I lost years of stuff including my kids baby blankets. I was just so unhappy with the out come of everything.

I saw rat’s dropping on my belongings. I had always paid on time, never missed payments but when I went to my storage unit I saw that they had put a second lock on my unit denying me access.

A little dark inside. I had to find a second unit with higher ceilings for some tall items. There’s not enough parking space for customers. Staff were excellent.

Items had paint chips and white paint spray drops all over it as it seemed they painted above and around unit. Damage to anything that was not in box. Bins covered with paint.
