The gentleman who helped when we picked up the truck was polite, courteous and professional. The staff in the afternoon was not so much. I understand they're understaffed and possibly overwhelmed but polite customer service should be a must.

I was able to make an online reservation to pick up a van in Bloomfield. When I got to the address I was told it was no longer a Uhaul pick up location so I had to drive 25 minutes further to pick up a van. Really annoying.

So first, I call to complain about my bill, and I Cannot get through to a human being, which is infuriating in and of itself. I looked at my bill this morning after I drop the truck off last night and there is a crap charge for fuel. Last night, I put $49.99 worth of unleaded in at like $3.49 a gallon, or about 14.32 gallons. The average fuel usage for a 17 foot truck, according to UHaul, is 10 miles per gallon. I drove 118 miles. I have the gas receipt on my credit card. So tell me how I left the truck with less gas than I got it, and UHaul dares charge me a $30 fill up fee and $5.30 per gallon, meaning they still had to put 5 gallons in. No way. I should have taken a picture of the gauge before I left, but I am soooo 1000 percent certain I left the gauge in the proper place because I did not want the fuel charge. I am willing to bet that UHaul does this to many customers who return overnight. I'm not there to check, so they whack me with a $50-plus charge because I cannot fight it? No way. No way. No way. Take this charge off my account or I am calling AMEX and putting a hold on it and contesting it. This is garbage corporate profiteering. Please communicate with me promptly.

The truck was not well maintained. It did not drive well and it was burning oil. You could smell the fumes in the truck.

Horrible experience. Have used UHaul before but this store added to complicated process. I asked them for clarification on my reservation, they gave me wrong answers, and now I have to deal with the bill at the end. Not a “hands on” store if you're looking for high class customer service.

The employee lied saying there wasn't any more $19.95 trucks available but they were 5 there don't know what was the issue if racism was a factor we brought back the truck 2and a half hours later the 5 10'trucks were still there then we put back gas in the truck she charged us $27 talking about it was almost full she say we was to take a picture when she didn't she only told us to check if there was any damages to the truck which there wasn't i'm disappointed in u haul i don't think I'm doing any business or recommend any one i think because we're not Hispanic we were treated differently

Other staff members were great at first then there was the moodiness to other customers as well as myself and another staff member just really rude to me ...but that is not going to stop me from doing to business with uhaul and other uhaul places the staff are great and would point my friends into the direction of a happy staff.......Thanks again uhaul you have made my day, please be well and safe and as well as your faimlies and staff

I would say that the mobile system should show up on phones at least one hour prior to rental time. I did not get a message so wound up going inside and asking for help. Fortunately the person at the desk was an excellent employee who had me in a car in 5 minutes.

When I received my first truck, the Ac was not circulating air inside the cabin it was only directed at the windshield. When I showed it to female employee of the Uhaul. She brushed me of saying Ac will kick in after a while. She was over confident and didn't try to look at the issue at all. She was rude and was assuming answers. Then I showed it to the other employee of the Uhaul and he realized that the ac was not circulating the air inside the cabin. So he gave me a new truck. Many times the gas volume is not what it says on the paper.

Anthony was very helpful and professional. He definently knew how to handle the customers in a calm manner. It was nice to see someone that actually knew how to do their job. He was quick and efficient. I would use this location to rent from again.The lady I spoke to was helpful as well. When I couldnt get the equipment returned in time she was able to extend my rental another day without a problem.

People are dumping their furniture in front of the main access way. Not only does it make it inconvenient but it also make the storage look like a local dump. Your staff do a great job making it clean but that recycling idea that you guys got have to go because it simply turned into the local dump. 95% of the things that the people left is straight up GARBAGE that can not be salvage. Fix this problem immediately. Your staff do a great job of keeping the place clean.
