The equipment worked perfectly. The associate was great to work with and very knowledgeable about the equipment and hooking it up. To my truck.ERIC J.
The manager had an attitude. I would ask basic questions and it seemed as though she wanted to argue. She even lied about company policy stating a credit card is required to rent a vehicle. I had intended to use my debit, and was prepared for the $100 hold on my account. Instead she pretty much forced me to use my credit card. Quite frankly I've been using this location Regularly, for over 5 years and never had a bad experience. I've never been spoken to that way, and the fact that it was the new manager is sad. Neither I, or my family will be going back to that location if we have a choice. 2 stars because the equipment was good.THALIA C.
Nina was awesome. She saved the day. I was supposed to pick up a truck at a different location on Shallowford Rd and there was no one there to assist in spite of the fact that I went to location 2 x prior to pick up to make sure rental was in order. Great employees, but you had a single person working all Saturday morning with a line out the door. She was incredibly helpful, managed the crowd, and wooed hard, but it took me over 45 minutes to get a truck because your online check out wasn't working for me. That woman deserves a big raise and you should adequately staff the location to serve customers on weekends.JONATHAN M.

Not enough staff. I made appointment and filled out pre-registration online. I had to wait in line (only 4 people) for 30 minutes to find out that over 1/2 of the pre-registration information did not go through and I had to provide it again. Then I was informed that mileage over 89 miles would be charged at $.40 per mile. I was not told this when I reserved by truck. I pulled out my phone and showed that from the U-haul location to my home address was 98 miles with no allowance for me to detour to pick up my furniture (10 miles) or take the truck back to U-haul drop off (another 10 miles). When I showed the shortest route from pick-up to my home was 98 miles on Google Maps, the attendant said he has to go by the U-haul computer, not google maps. So, I had to pay an additional $9,88 for extra miles which I can afford but I feel I was misled. I will never rent another Uhaul again because I can not trust what your representatives tell me.Paul R.

We have used Uhaul many times over the last few years helping our kids move. This location needs help. We waited in line for 45 min. just to get our truck. We completed the online pre check-in, thinking that would have sped up the process. That is a huge delay when you are trying to complete a move in a day. The equipment was fine and the staff was nice, just extremely slow.Pamela G.

Dale works hard (and everytime I be been there he works alone...double hard) to do a good job every rental. Thank God for hard working Americans like Dale. And thanks uhaul for always being there with the best equipment for the job. I've spent many thousands of dollars on rentals from 4x8 open trailers top the big 26ft truck. Work on the mobile pick up and drop off flows... I wasn't able to get pass the location requirement, even though my location service was enable for my browser. Then on drop off, I wasn't able to upload any pictures, this not being able to finish the flow.O I.

Agents were great in taling care of my requests and trailer needs. Only issue with U haul is time required for a person to answer the phone. Holding for 15+ minutes each time is was very frustrating. Can't pre-check in before pick up cause on hold for too long so agent checked as nec upon arrival.Richard M.

after only 3 days of having the truck some one from the location threaten to have the authority's come to my house because i had not contacted the location come to find out they were looking for the wrong person. i find it extremely unprofessional. and not comfortable feeling. after apologizing he then proceeded to ask when i was gonna return the truck i was renting. which shouldn't matter as long as they are charging my card daily and after only 3 days ...Austin U.

Better customer service and do not chastise your customers because they did not pull up the truck were it should be when returning. The person in the morning never gave me any information. They never said anything about additional charge after I brought truck back due to the mileage. This was a really poor experience.chris K.
