This is quite possibly one of the worst customer service experiences ever. The female staff member was clueless. The male staff member was trying to help her but seemed as if he didn't want to be bothered. I will definitely never use this place and I have told everyone I know to stay away from this place. I had to let them know they gave me the keys to a different truck than what the paperwork showed. That seemed to bother them more that I showed where they made a mistake.TRACY H.

Fuel was over estimated on pickup so I took a picture of the gas gauge as proof that it was recorded too high. I drove the truck nine miles and put three gallons of gas in before I returned it. They charged me for two gallons of gas because they said it was below the level of when I picked it up. That makes five gallons for a nine mile trip. They are either ripping me off or that truck gets worse gas mileage than the space shuttle.MATTHEWMICHAEL G.

Check the vehicle transporter tire straps. They came loose during my move. Some customers do not know to check them every time they stop to gas or rest. Safety is extremely important during a move with a vehicle in tow!ARTHUR C.

The check in experience was quite odd. Apparently there was a double booking for a cargo van of which they only had one on the lot. My scheduled pick up time when I placed my reservation was for 8:30am. The other reservation was for 7:30am and they had not arrived as of the time I arrived. The clerk called the other person who had a reservation and they said they were still coming. He then asked me if I would be willing to accept the next size up and I agreed. He then called someone else at uhaul and proceeded to argue with them on the phone about my reservation and the other reservation for the cargo van. I was sort of in disbelief. He ended up giving me the cargo van and told the person on the other end of the phone they would have to call the other customer back and explain to them why she would not get the van. I really felt uncomfortable and almost just walked out. Customer service training really needs to be established at this location.Glenn B.

If you ask on the equipment contract to return the trucks with certain amount of gas, try to make sure that the truck has that level. I was asked to filled the truck and when I when I realized of checking the gas level, I saw it was less than 1/4Alejandro P.

Poor customer service. I was given the keys and told that the truck was on the side of the building and the dolly was by the trash can. I preceded to go to the side of the building where I saw multiple trucks that was the size I paid for. After trying the keys in 3 trucks I went back in and ask could someone come show me the truck that I rented. It was a girl and a guy there. The girl was nice and helpful but the guy was unprofessional in verbiage and tone.YINA B.
I understand how it is not UHaul's responsibility, but a nighttime guard would have made me feel better moving from truck, taking pictures, standing in front of the store, and moving to my car would have helped me feel better. Staff at Zimalcrest and your customer service phone staff were so patient and courteous. They made doing business with you easy.ROSE R.
My truck that I ordered online with a dolly wasn't there. I was accommodated with another truck buy no dolly available and we had to push and work fast to get it returned that same night because that truck had a 7am reservation. The big problem is what i reserved not once but twice was messed up. Upon arrival to pick it up they didn't have it. They sent me to another facility and I had to get a box truck instead of a pick up. The lady at this facility was nice and not here fault. I also had an increase in cost which once again wasn't her fault. When trying to call customer you wait for ever to get through. This isn't the first time this has happened to me. I understand mistakes happen but for future rentals I will look elsewherePAUL L.
