The store clerk called me 3mins before it was time to pick up my vehicle to tell me it was not there, the previous customer hasn't brought it back yet. He also was not trying to find an alternate for me to use. I still drive to the store only to see he was not even attempting to get the truck back on time. Front desk agent didn't inform me about a pre authorization fee and was charged on the back end after the rental was turned in and caused my account to overdraft. They need to be better trained for the customers for the expectations of a better experience. Had I known prior, I would have been better prepared for the cost of the rental and any associated preauthorization fees.Cindy J.

It will be a long time before I deal with UHaul again. I had a reservation for a cargo trailer and when I went to pick it up-of course it was not there. They couldn't locate one within 20 miles of where I was. It is also the 2nd time this happened to me. Not a very good average.This is the 5th and last time I'm dealing with U-Haul .The people in front of me didn't get their truck either even though they had a reservation too. Very disappointed-seems to be a chronic problem with you people!Robert F.
The rate was about $37 per day for 2 days for a 10" truck. I returned the truck with a full tank of gas ( more than what was in it when i received the truck ). I was billed almost $200! Do the math. Actions are all ready in progress.Markel N.

The U-Haul was fine. The customer service was terrible. A woman called me to see about the truck rental but things happened and I needed it longer and she was rude and hung up on me. The gentleman called me back and little while later and was rude as well and he also hung up on me. I will never go back to that location and will not recommend it to anyone if anything I will deter people from going there.Adrienne L.

Need more help the employee there is doing a good job of doing all that he can do in making sure he gets to you in a timely manner ,most of the time I have rented trucks they have been well clean the only problem I had this time was the truck had a problem of someone had smoked in the truck before I gotten it the employee there said he will address the problem of making sure it is addressed better in the future.larry M.

The U-Haul I received had a broken mirror. The door was extremely rusty. I had to through my whole body into it. The door latch was not properly manned. Also, I ordered my U-haul at a nearby location and got sent to another location. The one employee working there was very kind and trying to work as quick as possible with being short staff.Catherine B.

The vehicle sounded like it was going to break down any minute spent alot of money on gas because it was going real slow wouldn't go faster. Also the receptionist did not know what she was doing, where I made the reservation I got quoted for one price when I arrived there she gave me three different prices with the same information she scanned my card 4 times so I need up with a blocked so I had to call fraud to have in unblocked. The vehicle was very old and transmission is a horrible condition (gear jump) (sudden jerks). we were driving home with empty truck but felt as if we are moving a mountain on the road and We didn't had any other choices. On our move out date, there was one employee working and her was overwhelmed with many customers coming in. He was professional but the building was clearly not staffed correctly.
