I reserved online with a credit card and added a driver so he could pick it up. He attempted to pick it up but couldn't because they required the credit card on site to process it. That was never mentioned to me. I had to drive and hour to present the card. Once i arrived they were very busy and disorganized. Once i finally spoke with an agent he then told me they would see if they had a truck for me. After i waited over and hour with 3 men on the clock i finally got my truck while the agents joked around with each other and talked on their personal phone to there friends. when i asked one of them what time they closed on Sunday he told it was on the sign at the front! Going to use Hertz or another company next time, never U-haul again!James T.

Ordered half dozen moving pads... only 3 in the bag. Ordered a utility dolly... wasn't on the truck. Truck was out of alignment. If I went above 65 mph it shook. I had to go 20 mins from my house to pick up the truck. Wouldn't be that big of a deal if I wasn't already driving 15 hours for my move.Barbara D.
Every one there was very nice and polite I was especially the man that check me in when I return the truck I did not get his name I wish I did I would thank he would be a valuable employee very nice to me he went out of his way to get me a chair he could see I was hot and tired again I wish I would have gotten his nameLINDA H.

We pulled up to return the item in the return lane and waited several minutes. An employee saw us pull up and pulled a vehicle over and sat in it for several minutes never acknowledging our existence. My husband finally went in (we weren't sure what the Covid restrictions were) and the employee told him to park the trailer in the back. It was as if my husband had inconvenienced them by asking what to do. No one came out to help unhook the trailer or inspect it. We did not receive any paperwork. The trailer was returned one day early. This has to be the worst customer experience at a Uhaul we have ever had. Would not recommend this location!MICHAEL H.

I was very pleased with my entire UHaul renting experience until I received a final bill showing I was charged 25.50 for 8 gallons of gas. Not only did I put gas in the UHaul before returning it, but I only drove it 22 miles while I had it. There is absolutely no way I used 8 gallons of gas that day so I don't know why I was charged that much.MARGARET K.

Vehicle was given with wrong mark on fuel tank. Did mention to representative but unable to fix problem and said call customer service. He did not mention anything about extra charge of $20.00 on vehicle drop off at 7 pm. This location will cheat with pricing and leave headache on customer even it is their mistake. The only issue I had with my truck rental was that the driver's side mirror was loose and kept turning out so I could not see to merge into traffic. I think it just needs to be tightened up.Colleen M.

I was told I would have to pay because the ball came of my vehicle which caused the trailer to unhitch. Maybe telling the people who attach the trailer to verify that the pin is in place. And the nut is tight before the customer leaves. I had that done at a different location so I assumed this location would have done the same. Unfortunately they did not.Felicia H.

First of all, I ordered 3 dolleys. Two of them, they didn't even have. The one that they did have wasn't on the truck. The other one was LUCKILY at a different location, but I had to pay for it separately. We literally placed this reservation almost a month ago, why was none of the equipment we ordered here? And why wasn't it on the truck? We ran behind schedule on our moving day because we had to go pick up the other dolley. He didn't even tell me where the truck was or explain how to find it, I had to ask. He initially charged me for all of the dolleys too, even the one I had to pick up. I was refunded when I dropped the truck off but WTF. Just a bad experience all around.Lauren H.
