Franklin G.It was one of my best experiences at Uhaul. Had gone to 2 other locations on Sunday and they were closed or closing. The owner of E-Z Smokes Plus Vapor - actually got me over to this location and he had closed about 10 min before I arrived. I only needed the van for a quick move of an appliance. He got me a reservation and sent me to the team on Bolder Highway. If I could change 1 thing it would be ample parking on the lot for day rentals.
DAVID C.When an order is placed. That order should stay under that name no matter what. We had a pick-up at 3am but it was switched ro 7am because a driver was turned into the account holder after their license was scanned first. Uhaul sucks for this and we are going to tell everybody on social media.

Shanaza P. | First ImpressionsI went in for a simple Dolly rental To tow another vehicle... put in all specifications on online exactly as it was asked went into the location paid for said reservation. After everything was said and done they came and looked at my truck and said that they couldn't hook the Dolly up to my truck because I didn't have a receiver hitch but a ball On the end of my bumper I have a full size Bronco where the bumper is attached to the frame And the low capacity is more than what Was required... There is nothing that says that you have to have that before you headed for your rental... Mind you I have rented Dolly's and trailers using this exact same truck and that exact same hook up at least 10 times from you all

salvador H.As I booked my reservation I indicated where I would drop off the truck which is a walking distance from my house. However when I arrived to pick the truck. I was told otherwise that the location that I could return is 15 miles away from my house. So with gas price it's just not right to tell a customer sorry, you can only drop it off here but not the closest to your house. So I was disappointed.

Karen J.I only have one complain here. The lady said ti bring the vehicle back full tank if I don't wanna buy ur gas for $7+ a gallon which I denied. But when I put gas on the vehicle because I have to fill it full tank, I filled like almost 7 gallons of gas for a 54 mile trip? Maybe because when the lady said the vehicle is full tank but actually it's not. Maybe u have to be specific about this thing especially that gas is so expensive right now! Anyway I have a little bit of discount but for future customers it needs to be fixed. Gracias
Antonio N.Please fix your online verification 24/7 truck share pick up option. Your agents constantly send me inside to the counter to talk to uhaul representative. When i ask for clarification they rudely end the chat with no explanation. I rent from Uhaul 3-4 times a week and its abhorrent to be treated like this. If your system cant do a mobile checkin then please stop wasting our time in offering the option at all locations.
Zachary D.The gentleman who disconnected and checked in the trailer was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and remarkably sympathetic despite the high possibility that he deals with completely pooped and mentally wrecked (from moving stress) people on a daily basis. I can't say enough good things about him! You are lucky to have such a great worker representing you.
Katelyn C.Make sure if it is being picked up after hours that the items that were rented with the truck are in the truck and that the cargo area doesnt have a lock that the customer cant open. I got my rental at 8 pm and couldnt get the cargo door open until 11:30 pm.

Keala H. | Overall ExperienceI was told to expect a call from the manager today, but I'm not holding my breath. I showed up later than expected, so I was unable to chat with anyone in the office, but it was still during access hours. Not a problem, I believed, as my email clearly said that my free lock had been left in my unlocked unit. This was a lie. After figuring out the check-in process that required two separate card readers (why?) using the access code from the email, I walked in and found my unit still locked. This is where bad turned horrific. I called the managers number multiple times (using multiple phones) for self service help. The phone was simply off, it went straight to voicemail every time. Calling customer service, I asked if it was within my rights to use bolt cutters to gain access. They said no. I even offered to pay for the lock. I had driven hours from home and planned to return home in the late evening. As hotels were in high demand due to a conference, my options were another full day of driving the following day, or wait until the morning. The phone representatives basically told me "too bad, try tomorrow." Desperate, I tried sleeping in the car. If you have the ability, please look at the tape of the parking lot. We were chased out of there by a man who tried breaking into the car repeatedly and kept yelling at us. He also tried to break in to every truck in the parking lot, banging on them and causing a ruckus. Given the violence often shown by police, I felt that my best bet was to take my husband and belongings and park overnight somewhere safer. The person working in the office the following morning listened to this story, was sympathetic, and helped us promptly. Sadly, she was unable to provide us with a good explanation for why our unit wasn't ready, nor any way to make this experience less terrible. She said that she took note and promised to pass it to the manager.

It seemed as though there was a mix up with the ladies rental at another uhaul place and they sent here to this location. Ronda handle that lady so well I was very impressed. She stayed professional and polite the entire time. Ronda needs a bonus or raise after dealing with that lady!
Quannishia B. | Overall ExperienceMy experience using U-Haul spreads to about 40-50 years. 20+ years in Las Vegas and at this location, 5316 Boulder Hwy, Las Vegas, NV. I have also used other U-Haul and other non-U-Haul storage facilities, in Nevada and other states. U-Haul is NOT without problems. Problems do occur during normal business transactions. In fact, many. The important thing is, that U-Haul or at least all of the locations I have dealt with, especially 5316 Boulder Highway ALWAYS solved any problems to a satisfactory conclusion before the end of the day. There are many things I do NOT like at U-Haul; they are mostly at corporate level. At the end of the day, U-Haul is a One-stop-provides-all-in-moving-and-storage-needs. I will continue doing business with U-Haul as long as the safety, satisfaction, customer service, and convenience continues.
