None of the employees were following social distancing laws at work. I didn’t even want to be in the building as people rubbing shoulder to shoulder behind a counter. Pure stupidity. They tried to hand me a paper contract and refused to even touch it because it was such a violation of the “keep 6 feet apart” rule from the governor.

They gave me the wrong keys to the truck and had to switch my truck and do the contract all over again. I was late for my movers and she almost had me drive off with a truck that the contract wasn’t for!

I didnt appreciate the fact that i gassed up for 12miles of use and the claimed i was below i puti in the exact amount i usedthe charged me $9.50 and i didnt appreciate that staff member taking advantage of social distanting and my disability tiredness to report gas inaccurately. Id this didnr happen i would hv had a great / excellent experience...

The vehicle I had was very clean but hard to start. The key and steering wheel was stuck each time and took long to start. A bit annoying, Staff was very friendly and professional.

A little slow checking out equipment and given us the keys. Because of only one employee doing the work. More help things go faster. Coming back in the check in the equipment Andre check out a trailer the computer wouldn't work right again slow.

I have no complaints no suggestions. My experience was more than satisfactory. Wonderful customer service, fast check in and the employees went above & beyond when I needed to extend my rental mot once but teuce.

The app I used to "speed up" the rental process failed immediately so I had to walk inside to complete the rental but I never got the chance to mark that the truck wasn't necessarily clean or to mark existing damage or anything. The kid behind the counter walked me out to where the truck was parked with the keys hanging out of the door and I just got in and left. The app is not clear at all, especially about where you're supposed to leave the keys for the next person who rents the truck. Other than that, it was an okay experience.

The UHaul was not fully cleaned out. There were these covers in these clear plastic bags in the back of the Uhaul. Also there was this guy Eric who looked like he didnt want to be there. He looked tired and upset about having the Job at Uhaul. I would recommend he look elsewhere for a new job because it is clear to me that he does not belong there.

There was no one in the building to help us for about 15min. The menn working in the back of the building had to call him to come to the store side.we were standing there for about 5min before my son findley found some one. When I first got there I called out if anyone was there at least three times with no answer. As far as I'm concerned there should be someone there at all times to help customers. The place was Dungee and dark the gentleman came outside check the truck. I just got done putting gas in the truck and I was a tiny bit under the line of three eights and he was going to charge me $13 for gas I went back to the gas station and got two dollars worth and put it over the line. That is ridiculous And a waste of my time. It seems to me THAT UHUL should value their customers a little more then they did.

The person who helped me was super helpful. The no response to location clean and inviting was due to it currently being renovated. As a side note, while driving I needed to contact a specific store due to a warning light regarding a tire issue. I was unable to contact the specific store via phone and was left frustrated that I couldn't get a hold of that specific location. I was helped by customer service who transferred me to road side assistance (not what I asked for) and was on hold for so long I just hung up.

I waited 59 minutes to rent a truck. The truck had some dirt in the back that I had to sweep out. There were warnings lights that said the tire pressure sensor needed to be checked and the gas cap needed to be tightened. Other than that, I completed what I needed to completed.

Have staff do the walk around with the customer. Do not rely on the customer to take and upload pictures and dispute the condition of equipment. My generation is used to real old fashioned service, not cell phone based self service.

The location I originally went to on 1650 el Camino, Sacramento ca, it was horrible the staff had no idea what was going on. The car dolly I reserved was not in working order the turn signals would not work. The lady working the lot over there had no clue on how to diagnose the problem so then tried to back up one of the pickup trucks to see if it would work on there truck and could not seem to do so. When I then very irritated at this point tried to remove the trailer off of my vehicle to try and hook it up to there’s I turned around and both imployees that were helping me were gone. I ask what was going on and they said they were taking that car dolly out of service so I had to go somewhere else. Completely unprofessional and rude..

The only thing that while I was making a reservation there was no mention of dropping the keys in the lock box. One of the people who helped me moved noticed the lock box and so the I dropped the keys in there. Fortunately, the next day when I returned to the U-Haul location, I was informed that would only be charged for one day.

The General Manager Elizabeth Washburn was: Rude and Racist. She tried to over charge me and have me sign a promissory note. My card was already charged the $68 and she tried to recharge me and the payment already went through. She yelled at me and my mother. I will be calling corporate to make a complaint about her!!!!!!

I had to go here to get my truck, since U-Haul originally had me going to a location about 2 miles away, where the truck had been vandalized. This Arden location was dirty, with no customer restroom, and a representative whose sense of caring about customers or his job is more in line with DMV employees.

I expressed my concerns and all they said was that they will fix the tow dolly it was probably the screw in the middle and showed me the marks and stated sometimes it sways

It had rained before I rented and when I returned the truck. They told me I had to clean the dirt that was stuck from rain on my shoes. I got in and out from locations where it had paved road. I did not go anywhere where there was dirt. They were planning to charge me cleaning fee from normal use. This is very disappointing and I will never rent from here.

This facility acquired my storage unit from another company. They treated me and my stuff amazingly. Thank you! My stuff was stored for 3 years... Opened box.... Like the day I packed it.
