Just like in the first place, they wanted to do the return process themselves instead of my doing it on the app. The guy pointed out this "damage" that I didn't cause nor did I have any idea about. Ended up making up some random number that I had to pay immediately. I want my damn money back.
Nicholas L.There was only one person working at this location and I waited over an hour to pick up my vehicle. When I return the vehicle the location was closed and there was really no place to park the vehicle it was crowded and complete chaos.
Margaret W.Better customer service the entire staff each day I went was not professional and had to wait In Line for 2 hours each day. I purchased some pad to cover furniture but didn't used them because I had enough and customer service rep would not return nor refund me for them. He stated he could not even though the bag was never opened. He was rude each day I came in and could care less about his customers who were waiting in line. He made me miss my movers and I had to call in some new ones. Worst experience ever

Then it sucks for the person next in line because they have to go out & hook up/ inspect the vehicle or trailer! It's like this at all locations I've been to.
Jerry S.Jonathan Mills is the only reason I am extremely satisfied with my experience. Even though the store seemed short staffed and it was busy and I waited an hour to pick up my reserved truck. Jonathan is extremely dedicated to his position and the customers he served. Jonathan was extremely ill and physically sick. (We could hear him in the bathroom) however, this did not deter him from taking care of his customers even though it took longer than expected. As a company or franchise because of the poor treatment of your manager, I will NOT be recommending this location to ANYONE. Until the treatment of the employees drastically improves.

Marcus M.When renting a trailer, I would recommend that the ordering process online CLEARLY states that a wiring harness for brake lights/turn signals is REQUIRED for a rental. While this may seem obvious to you, I had to reschedule a pickup from ~10 days ago b/c I was not allowed to rent the trailer when I arrived at pickup b/c I didn't have a wiring harness. At no time during the online reservation process was this requirement made clear, though there was information about a 'hitch inspection'. I honestly didn't think about the lights until I came for pickup, and was frustrated that I had to change my reservation due to this lack of communication. The reservation from Sat 6/8 went very well, and the people and equipment were excellent. Gracias.
Jonathan C.The rental agent I worked with, Daniel W., was exceedingly helpful, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He is a credit to both the U-Haul company and this rental location. I wish him the best as he pursues his Engineering degree.

I was booked in early while I still had the vehicle, dropped it off in the proper location (in Windsor) and this made a massive inconvenience and charged me an additional $1000 on top of the $674 I already paid. I'm still waiting for my refund. Very dissatisfied in this process and the added stress caused by U-Haul.

Moving is already stressful and uhaul added so much extra stress and seriously set us behind in our schedule. We had to get a hotel because we were utterly exhausted from driving around picking up equipment uhaul didn't have.

Thomas T.This comment is not for drop off, but for initial pick up. I had reserved a trailer at this location over a week in advance. Upon arrival, there was no trailer present. We found that Uhaul had texted me a change of location to go to Capital Blvd instead, but I had missed it. The employee I was working with also missed this, and it took the other employee noticing to get us on track. Upon arriving at Capital Blvd, the trailer was not available. Why did no one call me to inform me that my reserved trailer is not available? Why make me drive to a second location just to be told I can't get a trailer which was reserved over a week ago? Finally, we found a trailer available in Durham (about 25 minutes away) that I could pick up same day. This experience and my prior experience renting trailers with Uhaul have been extremely poor. Each time, a previously reserved trailer is not available. Each time my reservation was confirmed multiple times by Uhaul. Each time was I able to check in online days before arriving. Neither time was a trailer available. Neither time were the employees pleased about helping me find another trailer. There must be a better way to rent a trailer.

CLARENCE G.I actually dropped my truck off a night before the due date and I left the key. When I woke up the next day they had charged me for an extra day and more gas. I called and had to work through with the sales person but that was not a good experience.

As an IT Director, I would be embarrassed to release this app to production. The checking in of the truck was much smoother.
James P.Was not communicated that the estimated time I gave to use the rental would be used to determine what time I should return the unit. I was surprised to learn that apon my departure that I was expected back before a certain time because it was promised to another customer later that day.
Bradley S.I drove 6 miles,a not to Smart gentleman receiving the return charges me $9 because he claims the gas was MORE THAN 7/8 .I'm arguing with them and they all agree the tank wasn't full.(my contract says so) So I keep on asking what's more than 7/8 it's 8/8 meaning full tank and you agree it wasn't full.and I drove 6 miles why are you charging me $9 for gas.on a truck that's rated 20 miles a gallon? Like nothing was making sense.then he refunded the money after arguing

It took 1.5 hours to get our rental and 1 hour to return our rental. This was the worst experience we have ever had with U-Haul.
