I only came in cause I needed to rent an appliance dolly. Luckily they had some the employees were very professional and made it really simple brought in back in 3 hours and returning is super easy as well. Overall great experience

The side mirror was messed up and facing the door which was very dangerous and on top of that dropped behind in less than hour and told the cashier and said I would receive email received email next day late and charged fees and miles that was incorrect called to have fix but end having 3 different charges that I have to wait for the refund 3 to 5 days but why charge me again instead of refund the difference

I cant say enough good things about this Uhaul and especially David that helped my elderly folks and myself throughout this moving process. He went above and beyond in customer service and the pricing was very fair. The whole process went smooth and our truck had plenty of power to pull the hills. If you need a rental in the Tulsa area, I would definitely give them a call!

I came in and got the keys to vans early because I had to come back later when I could be dropped off and the keys I had were not the same one that was rented to me. I did buy the insurance but the pictures of the van did they sent me did not look the same. Looking Jennifer was amazing answered all my questions and put me at ease about the whole process. As I am new to Oklahoma moving from Michigan only a little while ago. Also the alignments were pretty bad which is not a big deal but my wife ended up driving and the vehicle just did not feel the safest but I would come back and do business with you again because of people like Jennifer at the front counter

First and foremost the truck I recieved was falling apart. Besides some little things being busted, the door not wanting to close without slamming it, the interior feeling dirty, and the paint falling off, the biggest concern was that the driver's sun visor was broken and was constantly falling down blocking the drivers view of the road ahead which is a huge safety concern. The guy that brought the truck around and took it back didn't seem to care one bit about his job. When I mentioned the flaws in the truck he didn't care at all that there was a safety issue. The only reason I didn't turn around and ask for another truck is because I had a schedule to keep. I have mostly had positive experiences renting from Uhaul, but this was one was pretty bad.

UHaul at 5140 S 103rd E Ave is the best location for any moving needs. The manager David Hayes was friendly, professional and genuinely cared about making this the best moving experience for us. He went above and beyond the typical counter help experience. He gave us good advice about moving supplies, equipment and more. We highly recommend David Hayes and this location! Our truck was far superior to the previous Penske Truck we rented. The Penske was rough and like riding a jack hammer. The UHaul Truck David gave us was top of the line and rode smoothly and handled well. Thank you again to David and his staff for an excellent moving experience!!!!! If we could give this location a 10 star rating we would!

Truck had quite a few miles on it 164,000 but the gentleman explained to me that it stayed in town. I told him that the shifter needed lubricating but other than that the truck did fine for me.

Everything has been great until we received this notice - we HAD NOT MOVED OUT. I cannot tell you how disconcerting it was to receive this notice. We were not sure if our belongings had been stolen or what was going on. It took three phone calls before they could even find our name in the system. Then one guy called us back and said it was a mistake and our stuff was still there. Of course we drove in from out of town ourselves to verify - thankfully the locks were in place and everything still there. I realize mistakes happen but these types cause a lot of stress. I'm glad it was fixed but hope it never happens again.

I had trusted the facility to be secure with cameras and monitored access and placed decades of my irreplaceable photos, documentation of military service, coin collection materials, a small heavy safe with coins, camping items and boxes of office materials and financial records for years plus much more. U-Haul advertises its locks as great security BUT the thieves wiped me out despite this lauded and false security. Came through the locked door with the "great" lock. Cameras were apparently useless..

Cars and trucks blocking drives and exits. Trash and old tires in drive isles When I started my rental the counter woman was rude and short tempered. My unit had trash in it . I set the trash in the drive isle and 3 weeks later it was still in the drive isle . Overhead door very difficult to raise . Slide locking mechanism very difficult to open my wife could not open it. Overall poor facilities.

The only thing I could see that might make the experience 6-star is on the indoor storage entrance. It would help greatly that the ramp to the inside was stretched out further. Making getting inside the storage facility easier when you have heavier things to store.

The Manager David responded well to an issue I had He provided several solutions which I was pleased with He also checked periodically to make sure everything was going good. The staff weather in the store or seeing them working around the facility were friendly some greeted by a hello or wave or friendly gesture smile etc. The facility in or out were kept up and loved the cleaning lady always happy and constantly cleaning whenever I saw her. I liked the extra security measures in addition to your locks, swiping in and out , the lighting , and even the ear piercing alarm when it went off occasionally. It was a bit pricey for me but the cleanliness and security made it worth it. I would recommend this Uhaul facility at 51st and Hwy 169 to family and friends.

Your staff is rude in all three locations I visited. They all acted like they were doing me a big favor just to let me speak with them. I am the client not the tax collector. I am paying you money not collecting money. Your staff needs a lesson in common customer service. The unit I rented had not been cleaned out and there was trash and debris still in the storage room. The only polite person on the site was the courteous young man that accepted the rental van. My son worked at your location many years ago during his sophomore year of college. He told me on many occasions how rude your staff was . I have witnessed this firsthand now. I will not in good consciences recommend your location to anyone.

Any time I went into the office/store, there was always a line and never enough employees to help out. (The last time I left and went to Home Depot to buy boxes.) They were lined up to the door and only one person helping customers. Other three people were trying to find out what was wrong with something. Help your customers first.
