Make sure everything the customer ordered is in the truck... I ordered the $19.95 truck for 24hrs In advance for pick up at 12pm she called at 11:15am to tell me the truck wasn't available for 24hrs i had to bring it back at 6:45pm i was a lil stressed at first but then she called back to tell me the 15' truck was available and she'll give it to me the same price for 24hrs soo i felt a lil better thanks for that

Staff is poorly trained, & misinformed. “General Manager” Greg, is rude, unprofessional, & lacks customer service! I also had to eat the cost of $6 in mileage because the location I reserved with doesn’t even carry 10ft trucks (Enterprise doesn’t force the customer to pay an expense when THEY are out of inventory - a business practice uHaul should consider!) Horrible experience, won’t be using uHaul in future moves, will also share my horrible experience online.

Always a problem. Incompetent& RUDE staff. Move out date was the 18th spoke to rep and was told I was ready to go, yet I got calls.U-Haul is a joke. Wouldn’t recommend ot even to my worse enemy.

When I got the truck back with the same amount of fuel they charged me 9.95 even do I put the correct amount of gas. Natalie the customer service had a bad attitude and got mad that she had to go see the truck And Saul it was not filled correctly. I came back with the evidence of the amount of gas and millage that I received and she was on a persona call and eating Cheetos and got mad I came back in and said there is nothing that she can do that her manager said no refunds are authorized and she can’t do anything. Really bad service

Poor costumer service by the girl in the counter. After talking to the other guy who gave me the equipment who was very helpful and polite he then said she had a couple complaints regarding her attitude so then I conclude that her costumer service skills needed training

They did not call to advice that the tech was not going to be there. Then I asked from the person there to reimburse my credit card and she advised the card was not charge. I got home and called American Express and the full charge was on my card. I file a report with American Expess I will not pat for anything.

Only issue I had was that the tank was at half and by the time I drove maybe 4 mins away it had dropped a whole quarter of a tank. That was alot even for that size vehicle.

They gave me a 27’ truck that kept alarm sound due to brakes and the whole truck was scratched from top to bottom . A real piece of junk. Right in front of us was a brand new one GMC 27’ I had to turn off the engine 8 times on the way to stop the alarm from the brakes then the truck would drive After putting it in driveTHE TRANSMISSION KEPT SLEPING and the truck would not move , again had to turn off the truck and then turn it back on. Cant that you UHaul have such equipment like and i paid alot of money and its sucked For every mile i drove it cost me one dollar of gas Old junk gas gozzling beast. Never again

Train staff! Hire people who can provide some sort of customer service. I made online reservations for at 17' truck. When I went to pick up the truck. I was given a 15' truck and was not told that the store did have 17' truck available. The young lady at the 36th st location in Miami, Fl was rude about the entire situation. she did not try to offer any assistance in what would have been a better. She literally said that's all we got so what are you going to do.

Everything was great. They only need a way to return the vans when the office is closed. With some place to leave the key and make the return for the application.

I have rented from this location several times without issue. The woman who gave me the truck was polite and helpful however the person who I turned the truck into, named Alejandro, was extremely rude and arrogant. I kept the truck longer than expected (around an hour) and was told I was going going to have to pay for another day. When I protested he approached me aggressively and told me to chill. He then proceeded to tell me he wouldn't charge for an extra day but still did. This will be the last time I use uhaul.

More people on staff on a Sunday. One person there was delightful and the other no-nonsense efficient and both personalities completely suited what they were doing and were appreciated in that context...They just needed one or two more people on site.
