I was very pleased with this location, the staff were very professional and quick to serve me when I arrived. The truck was perfect. I have used U-Haul over 20 times in the past 20 years for both local and nationwide long distance moving and I only had an issue with a 26 foot truck out of Texas but U-Haul made it right in the end. If I could give it 0 stars I would. When I returned my truck I was met with attitude from all 4 employees there. The one lady continually told me to move my car after I kept telling her my girlfriend was in the car with the keys and she needed to ask her to move it. I was told I needed to return the truck to a different location because â€œthat's what the contact saysâ€ even though on Tuesday when I picked up the truck, the guy who helped me then told me that he would leave the return open so I could decide day of return where I would bring it. I was treated like a liar when I insisted that this is how it went down. I was also met with an incredulous reaction when I told them that I didn't book online (because they assumed once again it was MY mistake) and instead told them I booked in person at the Old Town location. They also tried to charge me for an over mileage charge even though once again they were wrong about what they said the contract said. I was told with a lot of nasty attitude that this is â€œthe first and last timeâ€ that they will clear that charge as in the future I need to â€œread the contact closerâ€ even though it was proven at least twice right then that the contact wasn't accurate. Customer service was awful and I felt like everything I said was challenged and not believed. I work in retail- I know the customer is NOT always right so I'm not claiming that. But these 4 employees really could use a lesson in treating customers like they aren't a bothersome waste of their time.JACOB K.

No one was in the office during my pick up time. Staff were running around toilet crazy not helping customers. Did not provide enough information while processing my pick up rental. And lastly my 26â€ rental uhaul was stuck behind another vehicle and the employees didn't know that and took forever to assist with getting the vehicle out. (They didn't want to provide the vehicle in the front that because it was a lot of work on the computer). There are minor concerns with both rentals, but I feel as though they were properly addressed at the time, and are generally good about customer service - although everything feels very rushed. It is very frustrating to get a truck that is almost empty on fuel. I had to go straight to a gas station so I didn't not run out of gas, then to try and fill to the specified level I got it at (which was lower than 1/8th of a tank), is also very difficult making it so I don't put more gas than needed for a quick move in town. The process was quick and easy but I don't think I would use UHaul again if this is how you rent out trucks, there is literally a gas station across the street from the location...Kevin Z.

I drove the truck less than 20 miles. Immediately prior to returning it I topped of the fuel at the gas station directly across the street from your location (it cost less than $5). Upon returning the truck, the employee informed me that my fuel level was "a little short, my man"...I explained to him that I had just filled it all the way across the street and also offered him the receipt timestamped from 3 minutes ago - nonetheless, he claimed there was nothing that he could do and, as such, I was charged approximately $7 for this "infraction". I can't help but wonder, was this experience unique to this truck/ employee/ location? Or are your trucks intentionally metered in order to reap "bad profits" from one-time customers? I have spent probably close to $2,000 with your company in the last month, I am not worried about the $7, I am worried about the principle of the thing. I own a small business that stores 3 commercial trucks, 4 trailers and also rents a 10x20 storage unit for all 12 months of the year. That $7 for "gas" will be the last $7 I ever spend with you. I am not complaining in order to try to win concessions from you, I am simply informing you - if it were my business I would certainly want to know.BENJAMIN FORAN D.

About half the staff were not wearing masks even when leaving from behind the desk. The storage facility recommended for a 2 bed 2 bath was far too small for what we needed and had to change units. He is very attentive to his customers. Extremely knowledgeable.
