Keep the. reservations for pick up at the same Location you don’t need to be running around from U-Haul to U-Haul to pick up your equipment.

What you can do to improve is make sure all your vehicles are working properly on a one-way trip more than 1500 miles make sure the lights are bright enough to see the dashboard lights and the steering wheel is properly tight enough and the brakes working efficiently that’s what you can do to make your customer happy and satisfied what they can let other client know to use your service, I am very dissatisfied with the service at this point I would not recommend anyone to use your service until you improve it. Take out all your old one-way and put new one in and I guarantee you you will get better reviews going to put this on the Internet because you suck .

I wish I remembered his name! He was amazing! Made my wife laugh the entire time we were there! I really wish I had a better memory! He should be recognized for his amazing efforts in a job that is generally overlooked on the crap yall have to deal with regularly! Thank him for making mine and my wife’s day better and making our rental experience pleasant! He was a young handsome man! Hahaha. He’ll now who you’re talking about! Had a very good experience here renting a small truck, person helping (did not get his name) was awesome in getting us set up, explained everything we needed to know, and just very pleasant. By all means use their service & rentals.

The after hours check in leaves a lot to be desired. I was unable to get the app to work to check the trailer back in. I don't think I should be charged a convenience fee for a faulty process.

Pull your IT Dept's head OUT OF IT'S ASS. Took the guy 4 trys and 45 minutes to get the contract transaction to complete. When the 4th try failed, he finally keyed in some work-around to FINALLY complete the contract. It took me longer to rent the fucking van than actually using it.

No one was in the office; 3 customers were waiting. I had to seek out someone to help us. The check in was too complex when I had already checked in on-line. No one walked me to my rental and walked me through how to operate vehicle. When I returned no one was in office to check me out. Disappointed in the service there.

I was supposed to have a month free and was told repeatedly it was going to be applied and never was. Called 8 times to get it resolved. I called to say i closed my unit and was told it was taken care of and weeks later was told I was supposed to come in person (not needed at the other 2 locations I've used.) I still have not been refunded from January 1st

I was supposed to get my employee discount for the storage but the woman helping me didn’t know how to add it and the other woman there did not have time to do it so she said she would add it later but I was still charged full price. After getting everything set up we were not walked out to our unit and there was a lock on it. We had to go back in and wait for a while until someone could walk us out and unlock it.

Ordered a truck and storage twice over the phone. Only the truck was reserved when I got there to pick it up. Luckily for me there was one storage left, a bigger one than I reserved an was $50 more. I took it. The fella that helped me was very knowledgeable and saved the day

I’ve used several popular storage providers throughout the years. This is my first time electing to use U-haul storage and I’m very impressed with the customer care. A rep even walked me around showing the storage entry and exit options for my convenience. This was the first time in over 15 years I can remember receiving this level of attention from any storage facility, it was such a refreshing experience. And yes, I’m very happy U-Haul!

Keith. He was excellent. Please don't ever let him go. He is a great asset to the company. He went above and beyond father than buzz lightyear could ever go. His attitude, customer service, his whole personna is rare . He made all the customers smile and laugh. Service that you don't normally see at other places. You have one heck of a great employee. I would so recommend this facility and Keith. I didn't get a chance to meet the rest of your store team. If they're anything like him, you are lucky to have a gold team. Treat them good. Because they're treating us good.

Great facility. The manager of the facility is an incredibly nice man - welcoming, helpful, kind, understanding, accommodating. I watched him 40 minutes before closing on a Friday night with 5 customers in the store take care of each with professionalism, calm, patience and humor, while acknowledging the others in line. Great representative of the company. Saw a woman walking the storage area early Saturday morning while we were moving out. I'm sorry I don't remember her name, but she called me later to complete on my move-out. Once again, lovely, professional, kind and grateful for my business.
