The employees have no idea what they are doing, have little understanding of their jobs and can't answer questions about pricing, reservations and other important details. They (being the one employee on the phone and the 2 on location) contradict themselves while re-explaining things or when I wanted to confirm information at the end of my questions, they gave different answers. It was very frustrating and in the end, I wasn't charged accordingly to the last information I received... I have wasted almost an hour of my time with an employee to no avail, at least the same on the phone and now I have to wait for an employee to call me, on my personal time, to rectify the charges on my credit card! Very frustrating. Not worth the cheap rates!!!

Des couvertures ont été laissées dans le camion par le personnel alors qu'elles n'étaient pas demandées dans ma réservation ni dans mon contrat. Elles m'ont été chargées, ce qui est inadmissible.

One thing that could be done is to properly explain to the clients where they can park their vehicule. Otherwise they will stay parked on the street in from of the location and might run the chance to get a ticket while they are gone with the UHaul vehicule.

L'équipe semble être un groupe d'adolescent plus ou moins reconnus dans leur travail - 0 motivation, 0 professionnalisme et 0 vitesse. Le service et la facturation feel comme un racket. Réserver un véhicule et avoir une confirmation de véhicule pour me faire dire qu'il y en a peut-etre pas sur les lieux. Que vos réservations sont pas stables? Bref, c'est dû pour une rencontre votre affaire.

The mobile pickup app is terrible, doesn't associate order number with the truck number so if you have multiple trucks you don't know what to do. You still have to wait in line to get your keys, so why bother, and it takes longer when the app messes it up

The vehicle was clean but 45 minutes to be served were just too long ! A faster service will be useful for a better experiment ! So, don't be hurry !

Service extrêmement lent (tant au téléphone que sur place). Manque d'attention et de courtoisie du personnel envers les clients. Pas de service téléphonique en français pour la ligne de support technique. Difficulté à rejoindre le support technique lors d'une crevaison du pneu d'une remorque. Très déçus de l'expérience générale.

U-haul need to clarify prices when peiple don't take insurance with U-haul. I almost cancel the location. But finally everything was good.

Just a comment that the drop off entrance was not well indicated and there was one lot at the left and one at the right. I mistakenly entered the one in the left with my truck which was towing a trailer and got into a difficult situation to get out of there as it was narrow and dead ended. There was no sign indicating bigger trucks and trucks with trailers should go to the lot in the right.

Great support & customer service at the facility - however had a few challenges, which were corrected but needed to go into the facility. Long wait times if you call, but overall very satisfied!

The service is exceptional - people that I have been in contact with, process, etc. However the 5x5 space I was given has vertical pipes going through it that take away from the actual storage space.

Your storage vs truck areas are not well indicated. I waited in a truck line for 1.5 hours yesterday only to be told that storage was down in another part of the building. Storage attendant helpful.

The elevator could allow more time to enter or exit stuff. The noise is intense and the door can be dangerous when it close. There seem to be a butterfly problem in the building.

Everything worked out great with our sons recent move from Kelowna, BC to Montreal. We used U-boxes and it was really easy, safe and secure, they showed up on time and we picked them up with no issues

First, the ad online is fake and wrong. Should say that the costumer is obligated to buy the locker. Second, the front desk request payment before showing the unit you are buying (which has stairs)!!!
