Personnel was uninterested (I had the impression that they were not really happy to have customers and have work to do). I had rented furniture covers which they did not provided. When I asked for the refund for this, they simply said they would do it but would not do it with me (had to trust them). I was under the impression that they would not do it. On the final bill, I was credited 5$ which was correct but the bill mention a credit for oil change, which is very strange. Anyway, like most say, its the result that counts. The move was a success, but I would not recommend other to go there unless they have no other choice.

Fuel was still at 1/4 full when returned (just as it was when I took the truck, I have photos to prove it) but I still get charged 30$ fee plus the gas at a rate 20% above market price. That's ridiculous (and probably illegal!). I wouldn't recommend this location because of fraudulent practices.

Got a rep with attitude cause she could understand that I came in last month to fix a double payment on one of my two lockers that I wanted to pay both for the month a head. Thing is there was a glitch on there own website when I got to pay the second locker it prepaid the same one again! Could undo it and had to waste a couple of hours to drive to, wait and explain everything to the clerk at the counter that she had to remove the late fees do to all this nonsense! Back to square one a month later, Secondly, at first visit my wife found mousetraps on second floor hallways that made us second guess storing all of our valuable belongings here. Now yesterday we installed mousetraps and not 24hrs later we caught one in our locker on the second floor!! Manager gave me one month free on one locker but let's get real here if we get mouse crap  all over, my two 3500$ leather sofas and 1000$ mattresses get mouse wholes all over it's not a one 206$ free month that will cover anything!! Should look elsewhere for storage!! Install LED lighting in lockers, it's pitch dark! Garage door access impossible to back a trailer flush to, with there parking lot layout and multiple levels make moving furniture and appliances difficult even on the first floor! Second floor accessibility by stairs only!

I rented a close trailer to pick up my trailer 1 hour 30 minutes to pick up and 1 hour 30 minutes to return to my place wen wen at 15 minutes from my place there were 3 trailers like mine . The was and erreur on my rental for the return date .I wanted to change the date and the person said do not have to change thay will juste charge you a $10 dollar extras a day . The date was Friday august 12 had I returned Sunday morning 11:00 am and the extrat was $ 30 dollars a day for 3 days extrat do not count 3 days at the most 2 days for $10 dollars a day like he says makes $20.00 dollars not $90 dollars. There answer was call the place we're you picked up the trailer not our problem or call u-haul service .What à great answer so for 2 days I'm trying to get and answer for this

By far the worst location I have ever been too. When you opened at 9am there were over 40 people in line, and 1, frankly incompetent, cashier. I had done auto-check-in, and walked up and down the line helping people do theirs. Keys that SHOULD have been in the boxes were not. Trucks were inaccessible and cramped. Trucks had filthy gloves, papers, and a sandwich (from the prior renter?). Gas a near empty.... that seems to be a new thing at UHaul, the last 3 trucks I rented were empty on receipt. Engine struggled and made a lot of weird noises (I drive UHaul often, this one had problems), no windshield washer fluid and windshield was FILTHY upon receipt, your 'audio in' NEVER works, and of course there is nobody present to help. You are very lucky you have the monopoly, or I would choose another company.

I was very disappointed because I called to make the truck reservation and I asked if I could rent a dolly as well. The person told me: Yes, of course. When I went over to get the truck, they had no trolley/dolly at all! This was a mess as I was relying on this to move my stuff. Had to run after a few neighbours to borrow one. Please make sure we get the RIGHT information when we call. I reserved one so I can't explain why there were none for us when we got the truck.

This was the second time I rented a trailer at this location. When I booked it I asked if they help attach the trailer because I was alone and didn't know how, was told they do it for me. Arrived to get the trailer attached and was told I was missing the bobby pin part of the pin that locks on the hitch. All the equipment I had was bought brand new for the last rental I made with that same location and they were the one's who attached and disconnected the trailer so I said they lost the pin because I put everything I was give back in the original packaging and put it in a plastic bag, tied it and stored it in the back trunk. I hadn't used it since the first time so it was clear that I never got it back. They said I had to buy a new one for $5, so I didn't have a choice. I asked the guy to double check that the light connector was in properly and he did and told me to turn on the truck and put on flasher and checked break lights. He okayed me to go. I arrived at the destination for the fridge pick up and discovered the wires to the lights hanging on ground,so basically I drove 60 plus minutes without any lights because MY connector that I had asked him to double check had fallen off!!! This is now the second time they lost MY equipment!!! The service was VERY POOR AND SLOW!!! I had to pay a friend to follow me back on a 60min drive to be sure I didn't get in an accident driving without lights and it's a miracle I didn't get a ticket. I'm still waiting for complaint department to get back to me about a reimbursement. NEVER AGAIN!!!

My truck was very dusty, like it hasn't been used for a while, when started the AC Lots of dust… cup holders filthy. Didn't ask/wait to have the truck cleaned, because I waited long enough for service…Decrease wait time, needs more employees, office and on the phone.

This was my second time renting & last. I waited outside 30 mins waiting for someone to move the truck that was parked in front of the rental truck that was assigned to me. After waiting 30 mins, I saw a gentleman in the parking. I walked up to him & immediately he started rolling his eyes & giving attitude. I explained to him, I've been waiting 30 mins for someone to move the truck so I can have access to my assigned truck. Again he started screaming very irate leave him alone & have patience. I was in shock!! I informed him I've been standing here 30 mins & I have shown nothing but patience. He said look, “Wait I'm busy” I informed him listen the young lady said to have whoever's out here move the truck. He proceeded to say I said wait or I'll cancel your contract now!! I told him I don't care.. He screams you don't care? I stated no actually I don't!! You're not going to threaten with with canceling just because you are outside & it's hot this is the job you applied for… Do your job!! Another gentleman had to tell him he please help her it's very hot don't be rude

The good: I liked the mobile pick up app (I had used the mobile drop off previously) and it went smoothly. The keys should be placed outside in a box accessed by a dgital code To improve: Air pressure sensor for one tire (back right wheel) could not be cleared, but no issue with the tire Back brake light (passenger side) was not working Dash board needed a quick wipe The visa I used to reserve the van, could not be used to make the initial deposit and final payment (I had to use another one) and that was a major inconvenience.

Délais d'attente au téléphone extrêmement long, plus de 30 minutes. Excellent service du jeune homme au moment de la location. Très mauvais service de la jeune fille qui a attaché la remorque: elle était au téléphone tout le long, je lui ai dis 2 fois que j'avais loué un diable, elle nous l'a jamais remis! Je lui ai nommé ma crainte que les chaînes traînent au sol, elle m'a assuré que non, il a fallu que nous arrêtions pour les modifier car elles traînaient effectivement au sol! Elle n'a pas mis d'attache pour barrer les portes, il a fallu qu'on prenne une corde et fassions des noeuds.

The trailer I rented was 6x12, but the width for the ramp was only 4 1/2 feet wide thus I could not load my side by side and had to return empty handed after a two hour drive there......not very happy! It should be explained in the details of the trailer that the ramp access is not 6 feet wide.

je loue quelques fois a st hubert et toujours tres long ( une fil d attente ) avant de parler a quelqu un au comptoire meme avec reservation , la cabine du camion etait plus ou moins propre et jai due passer le balai dans la boite il y avait poussiere , vis et quelques papier par terre , le retour c est fait numéro 1 et mon credit d essence a ete appliquer car lors de la prise de possession le niveau de carburant etait en bas du 1/4

The date shows I left emptied the storage on April 4. This is INCORRECT. I emptied the storage unit 1077 at 2771 Rue Mance in Saint Hubert on March 11. It was a busy day that day so I did not go to the counter to confirm storage unit1077 was emptied but i did call on march 25 to confirm. I was then told I would receive a confirmation but did not and then I was sent a bill + late charges on April 3. I have called numerous times to receive this confirmation but NO ONE at The 2771 Mance location EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. I have records of my calls on the dates outlined and even audio recordings. i am frustrated with this situation. While the facilities were fine, the management is very irresponsible and the customer service is seriously lacking. I am a good client of U-Haul but have wasted a lot of time with this negligent behavior. All I have requested for weeks now is a confirmation that the unit was emptied on time, which it was and that no further charges would be incurred.

trucks were almost always blocking the access to my storage unit, ok occasion the printer didnt work and the employee made it difficult to receive a copy of my receipt by email, i had complained about trucks blocking the access to my storage unit but this complaint only seemed to make things worse as they were parking the trucks at zero distance from the unit with no room to walk. Overall, was a disappointing experience unfortunately

First of all, Compared to other store places you guys over charge. Second, my credit card expired and i received a new one and it slipped my mind me calling you guys to update. So since your people took down my phone number wrong, I never received any calls regarding my payments. No emails until the final one saying my stuff was gonna be auctioned. Nearly lost all my stuff and then had to pay months worth of late fees. Not Impressed. Will never use your storage nor ever recommend it to anyone. Good day.

The storage unit had holes in the roof and leaked water over all of my belongings for 18 months. When I opened the door everything was covered in black mold. Most of my furniture was priceless antiques, well over 150 years old. I was crushed, I had to get rid of my clothes, linens, furniture, anything that wasn't ceramic or stainless was destroyed completely. Dont ever store your precious belongings at a U-Haul.

Toutes mes choses étaient couvertes d'urine et de crottes de souris. Quand j'ai ouverts mes boîtes, il y avaient des crottes de souris en dedans. Les souris ont mangé mes meubles, chier partout dans les boîtes. Le pire c'est que lorsque j'ai trié mes choses en jetant 1/3 de mes possessions chéris dans la poubelle, et j'ai déménagé ce que j'ai gardé dans mon appartement, il y avait des souris vivant dans mes boîtes!! The rats ate through my furniture and boxes, leaving poop all through my things. I sorted through my stuff to throw out 1/3 the ruined things and most damaged stuff. When I moved my stuff out of the storage into my apartment, their were live rats inside a box!!! Do NOT rent storage in this disgusting facility.

Pire expérience ... Toutes mes boîtes ont été rongées par des souris (ou un autre rongeurs que je ne connaîs pas !?! ) , toutes mes boîtes ont des excrément de ces bestioles. Mon divan blanc en plume d'oie doit être jeter. On ne parle pas du service INTERMINABLE, attendre plus d'une heure en ligne pour du service... Et de plus, j'ai vidé mon local deux jours après le début du mois à payer et u-haul ne rembourse pas au les journées non-utilisées, entre vous et moi, c'est du vol ! Vous devriez faire quelque chose pour améliorer la situation car juste en ligne d'attente TOUS les gens étaient dépassés par le service médiocre. Je ne recommanderai plus jamais u-haul. < Marie-Ève

Access to the storage is often blocked by parked trucks and in the winter he area is unsafe because of the lack of salt being used to de-ice the areas leading to the storage area.
