Michel L.Bad organisation, staff didnt care, make me wait for ever, 40 mm even i had a reservation. Finally after being serve, i had to wait an extra 30mn because they didnt shovell the parking, the truck was stuck in snow. The van was in poor condition, everything was shaking on the highway over 60km/h when braking. Really bad experience and not recommended. They had the nerve to charge me an extra hour because i brought the van 1h late, not taking in consideration they made me wait and i had to change my planning

david C.I got a surcharge for gas. When I picked up the truck it said that I had 31 miles left with the current gas amount. I executed my run and filled some gas before dropping the truck off. After I added more gas, it said that I hade enough for 35 miles and still got charge a gas fee on my receipt. On top of that the truck was dirty. Cup holders were sticky filled with some stains & old crumbles.

guy-arseneau B.I reserved with 24/7 service that was not available at that place (Laval). It result I was 1h30 late with a truck from another U-Haul 20 min farther. Just got 50$ credit on a 273$ bill, so just 18% for a lot of troubles because I was late. At least employees were really kind… Still very disappointed of my experience.

Mecanique U.This truck was dangerous… Could not go over 40 km/h steering is shaking and it seems to have an issue with the front right wheel. Was not a good experience this time.

They dont Fuel full van . That is cause me à lost of time and money ans énergy. Cause the guys working uhaul pix 9 Montréal no working well and ni give me any information to help me . No van inspection.
Ourak Y.With and under all reserves Stop overcharging clients with hidden fées that you only charge after the return of the equipement and explain in specific details important things such as price of the millage (exagerated)and your late fees we re charged unjustifiably everytime i did buisness with u-haul mtl nord I authorised u-haul to retain 103,à few.cents from my credit card not a penny more you have no right to try to withdrawal any amont whatsoever without my consent/before dicussing the matter/explain....why and how (to the minimum )the law states cleary that this constitutes à fraud and my layer is looking into this actively I admise you to taxe action and make things right or legal action Will be taken hopping your response to be in the style of à settelement Thank you in advance

CARINA D.No changes to do, all they do is for customer satisfaction, good job!! But, due of several small U-Haul business closed on East-Montreal, this location remains only to serve over 1 Mill peoples...the chances to find what you need is small...they need to increase the inventory of trailers for rent...but the service is fast, respectfully and professional!!

Renzo P.I had an appointment for 11a.m. today, but the installer was not there and they wanted me to come back tomorrow. Tomorow I have something else to do. On October 21, I received a bill telling me that I had an appointment on Monday October 31, 2022. On October 22, I received a confirmation telling me how to be ready for my apointment on the 31st, but the installer was not there. The manager had to call him and ask him to come in. He came and did the installation but how come he was not there when I arrived???

jeff F.The only point that I would say was a lacking is when you go to pick up your trailer on a busy hours they should put more personnel, because last Saturday (October 15) I had to wait in line for over45 minutes. I had a reservation for 10:00 hrs and I left the location at 10:47 am. But the rest was ok.

AUCUN EMPLOYÉ ne respecte les réservations en plus de se prendre pour des mandataires de la S.A.A.Q faut s'obstiner pour reprendre LA MÊME RÉSERVATIONS à la 4ieme reprises. Le temps d'attente est incroyable. Ne soyez pas pressé pour autre chose car vous allez etre en retard !!! Un employé demande un montant en dépôt et un autre demande un autre montant. C'est à croire que chacun fait sa loi et sa politique de réservation. Et de demander surtout pas a parler a un gérant ils vous posent 50 questions qui ne les concernent pas du tout. Rien n'est jamais pareil avec eux...! Une plainte à déjà été déposée au bureau mère au USA. Aller au centre-ville ils sont mieux équipé et un peu plus de services clientèle potable.. MONTRÉAL NORD EST UN GROZ ZÉRO !!
