Communicate better and ensure equipment is available. I made a reservation to pick up a truck and was told the morning of the vehicle had a dead battery which was reported and had a note in the system the day before. I had to travel out of my way for a replacement paying more for mileage and delaying my move. When I arrived at the other location they had the truck, but no dolly or any kind of cart to rent again making my day that much more difficult. Also the truck had engine lights on about 10 minutes after leaving the store.

Overall, it was a good experience. However, there were several days with no access following Hurricane Ian, which added stress and delays to our move. We also noticed a higher than normal amount of roaches and spiders in comparison to other storage facilities we have used.

I would rate uhaul zero stars if the new manager, Chris, didn't solve this issue on his own so quickly. They should be given a raise because I've spent 12+ hours on the phone, mailing and emailing uhaul trying to solve this over the past year and a half and this one guy solved it in less than 30 minutes. Thank you Chris Ortega, and to the people at the Hunter Creek location that wouldn't do shit no matter how much I tried contacting them, please for the love of god learn how to respond.

I went to the storage unit and I could not unload because there was no lock for me to lock my unit. I was expecting a lock waiting for me inside the unit as it said on my order but when I took off the green plastic tab I could not unload.

The facilities are very nice but I found it very difficult getting moves in through the website. There were no links to move in as the support people told me over the phone and no one at the actual facility answered there phone. I had to have a remote support person put me in touch with someone to arrange payment and move in over the phone. This took me 30-45 minutes just to get in contact with the right person which was frustrating.

Facility was clean and nice. Carts were available and in good condition. However, the office is not open at that location and you have to drive into a facility in Kissimmee to gain access. There is a note on the door with an address and the main U-Haul phone number, which nobody knows what is going on with that local facility. The phone number listed on U-Haul website just rings and nobody picks up. I drove the 30 mins farther into Kissimmee in traffic with my truck to get help. There was a long line, however the staff was very friendly and addressed my needs. This would have been a 5 star review if there had been some sort of communication through the website or email that there was no office at that location. Cost me an extra 2 hours of time and a quarter tank of gas.

Unit was ready but it was still under construction and only one elevator on the building and it was not working. My unit was on the 3rd floor. I try to get help. Reach out to the number on the reservation. Explained the situation. Put me on hold for more than 30 minutes. Hang up and call again. Same thing. 3rd time I selected check-in. The guy told me he can't help. Gave me another number. No one answered. Press the button on the "customer service" box. No one answered. By the way it also says "security"  I hope no one have a real emergency. Had to go somewhere else last minute. The positive. They called me next business day and had not issue getting a refund. I would personally avoid unmanned facilities in the future.

we made a reservation for a 1 way trip over 10 hours when we got there we were told the drop off was different than the storage we drove around all flipping day because we couldnt find the place because it was closed then ended up reserving a unit with a totally different company this is the most disorganized and worst reservation and drop off system. then our drop off location was a flea market that was locked then after putting our gas back to where it was at half a tank we were charged an extra 12.50 for gas. this was an awful experience we reserved a truck and a trailer on the front endnon one transaction and were told we had tongo to 2 different locations terrible absolutely awful worst experience ever with
