Overall, the Big Toy Store/U-Haul was excellent. Rick, the manager has been fantastic. He is extremely helpful and always available to help or answer questions. I was provided a Caring an value of my Rv being stored for over 10 years. I never looked for another facility to move my coach because of the manager Rick Perry provided professional management of any concern I might have had! Rick Perry was a tremendous asset very trustworthy in his overview of the facility a continued on site protection of my coach being stored. Purpose of vacancy was the coach was sold to person that lived in another area. The buyer was very very impressed and it provided the added value of his like because of the type of storage the coach had been kept!! David Wolfe .

RIck is awesome to deal with. I am from Canada and have been renting from Rick from about 2016, if memory serves me correct. We have stored our Motorhome off and on over the years but have decided now to leave it year around in Florida at Big Toy instead of returning it to Canada.

I have no dispute with U Haul. My RV is tied up due to repairs for the next four or five months. That is the only reason I’ve moved out. Hopefully I’ll be able to find a slot when my repairs are completed.

The custodian Rick was helpful, polite and very accommodating to our needs. The site was great, but a little expensive, however your place is the only one of its type in the area. We never had a problem at your storage place unlike the prior place were our rv was burglarized and badly damaged.

We were customers there for 10 years. We enjoyed the large space area making it easy to park and retrieve our 39 feet fifth wheel, the available ability and the convenients of large wash racks and dump tanks, easy and secure entry and exiting the facility. Professional and polite staff. I will seek storage there again if I ever purchase another fifth wheel or RV.

When looking for covered, powered storage, look no further than Big Toys Uhaul! Your investment deserves quality protection and this facility provides it. Rick was very helpful in staying in touch when a slot became available, and even more so when I wanted to upgrade to a 50A slot, which is slightly larger and longer. The storage isn't cheap, but then neither is your RV or boating investment and there isn't another coverage storage facility I could find that is this convenient, right off 301 and Fowler Road, just off I-75. When we are in the need of covered storage in the future, this is where we'll be! Thanks, Rick for an exceptional experience.

If we were not moving out of state we would keep our RV here forever. It is a wonderful sized facility. The parking spots are the perfect size. And Rick is the best, 90% of the time he answers your phone calls right away. When he isn’t available by call he responds quickly to texts. Rick is accommodating, friendly, and just seems to make things work out. He wants to help you with whatever you need. I would recommend this facility to anyone with storage needs.

Cleanliness in the storage areas was not up to what I expected for the price of the rental rates. A lot of cobwebs, dirty walls and frame work, wasps, bees, mud dobbers and the like were always present. I was stung 2 times by wasps. Ceiling lights many times did not work at all.

This is the only storage place I would leave my RV, car or even boat. I have Had 4 storage spaces over the last three years and Rick has been so awesome!
