Have the person that is renting the equipment check that the tail lights work correctly on the equipment being rented after connecting the equipment to the customers truck. Also have the employee explain where to put the rental equipment upon return.Brandon W.

Have more locations like the drop off location and more people like the owner of the location we dropped off the trailer to. Unlike the place I picked up the trailer from. The owner was the only person at that location and every time he had a customer he had to stop, tend to his customer and then come back to help me. I fully understand the owners main business comes first but even though I am renting from Uhaul I am still his customer. He was not rude to me but I could tell he was a bit frustrated. Again he was cordial enough to me but there was too much going on. One place I was really impressed with was a full Uhaul facility. They are located in Westview,MD. They had probably all the product you sell. I bought boxes and a ball hitch receiver and was tempted to buy more. The place was immaculate and the lady I dealt with was very friendly and helped. They also had an impressive yard with many vehicles to choose from. The facility was very impressive.PAUL S.

They charged my day and time, because the customer still had the truck, I was supposed to pick the truck up at 8a.m. But couldn't pick up until 1p.m. The next day. It's not they guy who works there problem but thought he would have done something since I couldn't get the truck 5 hours later. And I booked all this on your website and the truck and location were both wrong! Last but not least the tail lights are broken out on the driver side. Should have that fixed. I asked one of the guys working there he said should be fine. Will not be coming back!Andrew W.

I personally think a u-haul should not be that expensive but it is what it is. Y'all have to make your money somehow but you aren't helping people with their situation. Moving is already stressful and you guys personally charge too much. I would not recommend a u-haul unless in dyer need.Veronica G.

The location I was scheduled to drop off was B and B small engine repair. Before I left to San Antonio I stopped at their location to see if I would be able to drop if they were closed. They said call the after hours number and they would open gate. No answer all day. Thanks to Chris at South Yale uhaul we were able to get the drop location changed and now can use our vehicle again sans trailer. Thank you ChrisWayne A.

There was no dolly in the truck when we picked it up and we were not told that there was supposed to be a dolly in the truck because I had told the person who gave us the keys that I did not want to rent one (we had our own). Then, the next day, after we returned it, I was charged for a dolly which was not in the vehicle to begin with. On top of that, I ordered two packs of moving pads and a tv box. The pads were in the truck and returned, however, there was no tv box in the truck to use when we got to the moving location. When I called the location to ask about the dolly charge, she was rude and not helpful at all. We have told her to go back and look at the cameras because there was no dolly, but I have still been charged.Austin M.

The check engine light in the van was on, the parking break was broken, I purchased insurance and once I got stuck in the mud was told by the employee at this store that it would cover a tow. I wait 20 minuets after filling out an emergency help form online only to find out it actually doesn't cover a tow. The employee was nice initially but it was not a good experience overall.Allison W.
