This location was very helpful. We told them what we were moving and they help us on the size of truck and the extra things we needed for the move. We have any surprises. Everyone at 33rd & Yale were very knowledgeable and help us a lot. I would use this location again. On scale of 1-10 I would definitely give them a 10!!!!

I was not informed by the woman working there that there would be a $20 charge for them to check in my vehicle the next day. I did not know that I needed to "check in" the vehicle myself on my phone... if I had known that I absolutely would have done that. I'm sure it says that in the fine print of the contract but, as I'm sure you guys know very well, that when someone is moving they hardly have the awareness to read a contract when they are thinking of a thousand other things. I feel ripped off.

I rented a van @ U Haul for $19.99 per day. I extended rental 3 times, each approved by U haul. I was denied an extension on 4th day and was threatened to report the van as stolen. I was told by "Ron" the van was reserved for 8am next morning and U haul had no other vans. Van was returned @ 2 AM. I received damage report to a "latch" on one of the doors. The report stated incident happened at 2:30 PM,12 hours AFTER I returned van. And what about the new reservation for 8am? Could that customer have damaged the van? I know I didn't . I was charged for pads, dolly, and boxes that I did not order. I also was given the van keys by "Thomas" before I was fully checked in. All the reports were made by "Thomas". I have 2 pending charges $508 & $373. One for rental, the other for damages. These charges are under investigation, and I hope U Haul will correct this to my favor. This situation has caused me financial delay and stress. I cannot speak on other locations, but 33rd and Yale should be avoided.

Dedric at 33rd and Yale location is my hero!! Knowledgeable, friendly, polite, masked, santized everything we had to touch (keys, etc.) and solved a problem for us that wasn't his doing quickly and happily. I've been an HR Manager for 20 years. You need to keep that guy, train him and promote him if he's interested!

What I don't understand is why the staff cannot wear the mask the entire time I am inside their office building. The staff was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable even though two of the people I dealt with were trainees they we're doing well, they won't wear the mask! It's protecting them as well as me and my family and I am going to be very unlikely about using U-Haul in the future because of this.

Still have a hold in bank account for $108 to U-Haul. Paid fir U-Haul with a different card and that charge went through. No one is assisting with the bank hold for a chargeof $109

Upon entering the location, I was immediately scolded " ma'am you can't enter there, go around! I didn't see a "do not enter" sign and why is the door open then? Mark was rude, unapproachable, sarcastic, lacks customer service skills, assumes everyone knows rules, regulations and policies of UHaul. When I asked questions- he'd interrupt, assumed he knew what I was about to say - i said, that's not what I'm asking. And I'd get a crass remark, "well what is it?" I finally had it when he asked how long will I be using the truck. Again, idk the policies. It's his job as a manager to inform the public - I don't work for uhaul. I said 7 days- he stopped typing, gave me the look of death or disgust, couldn't distinguish and says, no way! Why do you need 7 days. We, will actually, nobody in town will rent you a truck for 7 days! I'm telling you right now, we can't do it- snarky, combative and just rude. I finally had it and said, this is YOUR job. Not mine! It is your job to tell me your policies- it is NOT your job to be condescending, undermining and combative. I said, if you didn't feel like working today, you should've done us all a favor and stayed home. I'll never recommend that location to anyone. And to my surprise, Mark is the manager there?!? He shouldn't be working with the public- bad attitude, would rather laugh at you for not knowing than to provide information to the customer, overall condescending and a jerk off! I will be posting negative reviews For that location. Now, the return of the vehicle? Man, what a complete 180. Both the older gentleman and sweet, csr young guy - they were so awesome, understood my initial complain. Ive been in car, operations and construction coordinator field for over 15 years. I'd never and have never encountered such a horrible car experience as I did with MARK AT 33RD AND YALE UHAUL. THANK YOU, CYNTHIA

I attempted to use your app and the automated pick up. After waiting 30 minutes for my reservation to be completed by some person on the other end of the app, the location manager canceled the reservation and did it locally, taking about 5 minutes. I am VERY unhappy with your app and the customer service associated with it. I will NOT recommend that any of my friends use your app or the automated pick up.
