Both employees I worked with were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Pickup and drop off were fast snd easy. The only complaint I have is the dolly and move kit in the truck bed. I had no use for either, yet they took away 2' of length I was unable to use on the passenger side. I was told if I removed them, I would have to pay for their use. First time renting from Uhaul I ran into this issue.Stephen B.

Was asked when I picked up truck if I would still be returning it at 4pm. I said no, would most likely be after hours and even asked where the key drop was. After 4pm I got 3 different calls about returning the truck....the last one was not very friendly. I have all the voicemails if you want them. Not my fault the person didn't listen to me.Shawn W.

My reservation was cancelled and rebooked at another location 7 miles in the opposite direction so it added to my overall mileage. The girl who checked me out was u professional and was mishandling my drivers license. The truck was filthy, and I checked no at check in and took pictures. I still got charged for a cleaning fee? Usually I pick uhaul because I don't have to deal with this like I did at Dollar Rent a Car. But this time I was just disappointed and going to call customer service to get my money back for the extra 14 miles and to remove the cleaning fee.Brayan C.

No one came out when I pulled in, even though all the signs indicated this was the expected behavior. So, I waited, and waited, and finally went into the store. They had me turn in the key and I was on my way. Please change the directions on the check-in sign.Steve M.

The wait time for a representative to wait on you is to long, the other thing is on the return of the truck the unsullied representative wanted us to wait until checking the various items on the truck, right & left turning signals, brake lights, head lights, reverse lights, when we originally picked up the truck they didn't do all of that making us spend too much time waiting for them to do their job we feel that was unnecessary for us to have to wait until uhaul went through all those steps,other than that the service was satisfactory I was told if we needed more time with the truck just let them know when calling back to let them know they said the truck we had could only be rented for three days after calling three more times for an extension I finally got a representative to give three more days extension which made us happy met our needs most of the representatives we're find one wasn't so friendlyAl E.

When we picked up truck we were told there were blankets and a dollie in truck, there were None. We hired movers thru Uhaul. Very disappointed ! They did a terrible job where one of the movers was on break or standing around. My son and son in law had to help load to get us moved they were to complete the job and meet us at storage To unload the truck. took them over 1 hour to arrive claimed we didn't give them correct address, but called to get code when they didn't even complete job! By the time 1 of them showed up my son and he ended up unloading. 2nd mover showed up they were done! He said he wouldn't leave without code!! Ended up giving the code to them and told them they weren't worthless, not worthmoney we paid them! We expect a full refund . Awful experience!!Cynthia C.

My return was no handled accurately. When I received the truck it had half a tank which was ok. I was told to bring it back with half a tank which I did. The person checking in the return charged me for not having a full tank. I was also due a $50 credit because the location I reserved to pickup the truck did not have the size I requested and had to go to a location farther away. First of all they send me to this location 25 minutes from where I live and where I originally chose my location because they didn't have a 17 ft truck anywhere near Broomfield so they sent me all the way to Federal heights so I had to pay extra for the mileage obviously it was over a $100 when initially it was supposed to be $49 for the rental plus $0.79 a mile came out to $119 which is totally ridiculous if you all could have just give me a bigger truck close by to Broomfield I wouldn't have to incur all these charges this has been a total nightmare I have been a loyal customer in the past I will no longer use your services if something isn't done about this situation and I'll make sure to tell all my friends about my bad experience please address and contact meDavid M.

You guys changed my pick-up/drop-off location and didn't tell me. I was picking up 30 minutes before closing time, and had to call uHaul to find out the new location after having a "we don't have your reservation on our system" conversation at the first place. Early February I visited Uhaul Boulder. "Can I wait for my hitch install?". "Yes you can". I made an appointment for February 18. When I brought in the car I was told "we'll call you when done". Told them I expected to WAIT. Their answer: "we don't do that here". Cancelled my order and went to Westminster. GREAT people in Westminster, I now have a hitch for my new Ebike. One remark I remember from the great Westminster staff: "don't let the attitude of the staff in Boulder sour your feelings towards UHaul". I told them I had done business with Uhaul before, and no, Boulder would not change how I felt about the company. Thank you Westminster! Thank you Uhaul!Henk V.

Cab of truck was dirty. There were footprints on the dashboard, dried liquid in the cupholders and drink bottles behind the seats. All of which I had to clean before returning the truck. Stated gas amount was incorrect, stated half a tank but was actually a bit less than 3/8. No furniture dolly as reservation requested. Store personnel were helpful enough though. Not a review of the store necessarily but this Uhaul experience has been my worst ever. Called by customer service the night before our move and told that the pick up location we selected didn't have our truck and we were doing to have to drive to another location farther away to get it but couldn't pick up until mid-morning. Not acceptable as I had a firm check out time to make. Another truck was found where I could pick up earlier but they didn't have the tow dolly and I would have to drive across town to another location to pick that up, again at mid-morning essentially making the earlier pick up time of the truck moot. Was basically told oh well, it's all we have. Between having to drive to multiple locations to pick up the truck and tow dolly, then having to go buy a furniture dolly since apparently reserving a dolly for the order means nothing and having to fill up a mostly empty truck with gas I lost over 4 hours of moving time and missed my check-out. I have used Uhaul more times than I can count over the years, including 3 cross country moves and this experience will have me shopping other options next time.Wes B.

The 15ft truck cabin was filthy, the attendant mentioned it was too cold for the cleaning chemicals to work. But the dirt on the windshield was never touched. Also, he only had 18 blankets available not the ordered 24 and initially didn't have the dolly available, but he got one from a different store.Daniel V.

1.)Well your web site first and foremost. It doesnt include that a major credit card is needed and that will be used for the purchase. I got no other option to pay.??? 2.) Your uhaul associate insisted i get insurance, yet was given the cargo van with dirty side mirrors both side windows dirty, NOW THAT SHOULD BE A SAFTEY CONCERN FOR THE CUSTOMER ESPECIALLY WHEN IT WAS INSISTED I GET INSURANCEâ€¼ï¸â€¼ï¸â€¼ï¸â€¼ï¸both seats Were full of animal hair all over them which in turn i had to sit in the driver seat which got all over my clothes. Now SHOULDNT UHAUL TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ME HAVING TO SIT IN ANIMAL HAIR BECAUSE YOUR EMPLOYEES DIDNT DO THEIR JOB AND CLEAN THE VAN🤔🧐🤔🧐 LIKE THEY SHOULD. NOW I GOT TO WASH THOSE CLOTHES SEPARATE FROM MY OTHER CLOTHES BECAUSE OF THE ANIMAL HAIR LEFT IN THE SEATS BY YOUR EMPLOYEES NOT DOING THEIR JOBâ€¼ï¸â€¼ï¸â€¼ï¸â€¼ï¸ 3.) THE APP TO DOWNLOAD MY DRIVERS LICENSE DIDN'T WORK PER YOUR EMPLOYEE IT DIDN'T TAKE MY EXPIRATION DATE AND SOMETHING ELSE, THEREFORE I HAD TO REPRESENT MY DRIVERS LICENSE AGAIN AND HE TOOK ANOTHER PICTURE OF IT. 4.) THE PHONE YOUR EMPLOYEE WAS USING I WASN'T AWARE IT BELONG TO UHAUL SO I HAD A CONCERN WITH THAT. WE AS CUSTOMERS NEED TO BE INFORMED THOSE ARE COMPANY PHONES AND NOT PERSONAL PHONES. 5.) I WAS GETTING ASKED THE SAME QUESTION ABOUT MY PERSONAL INFORMATION I HAD GIVEN ON THURSDAY??? WHY IF I JUST GAVE IT ON THURSDAY🤔🧐🤔🧐, REPETITION ISNT WHAT I WANT TO DO ESPECIALLY IF I JUST GAVE THE INFORMATION THE DAY BEFORE. IM TRYING TO MOVE AND THIS HOLD ME UP ON MY TIME, I DONT LIKE MOVING IN THE DARK. 6.) THE NONCHALANT WAY YOUR EMPLOYEE STATED BESIDES THE VAN NOT BEING CLEAN LIKE THAT IS A MINOR THING, MAYBE TO HIM ITS MINOR BUT NOT TO ME DIRTY WINDOWS , BOTH SIDE MIRRORS DIRTY AND ALL THE PET HAIR IN BOTH SEATS ISNT MINOR TO BE â€¼ï¸â€¼ï¸â€¼ï¸ESPECIALLY SINCE IM PAYING. 7.) I had to show him my contract of the price that was quoted when he seem to not care after trying to charge me a higher price...
