First of all, this is the *FIRST* U-Haul truck that I've ever rented that wasn't a death trap! Kudos to y'all for finally providing usable vehicles! What you could improve: You charged me ~$60 for my rental up front, then when I returned the rental and checked it in, you said that I owed an additional $70. I didn't. This was a well explained, smooth process, for a very important move for my family, I didn't need any extra issues to come up, UHaul made this part of the move as smooth as possible. They were accommodating, professional, and easy to work with. I actually missed my pick up window, and they still took care of me, at the drop off, the gentleman took the keys and said I didn't have to do anything else. Complete chaos, facility was under construction, however, there was nothing to guide you to where you need to go. Self drop off was a nightmare, very little lights, U haul app did not work. Waited a ridiculous amount of time for customer service.Ronald P.

I will start by saying the truck was available on time that was the only positive. Some of the equipment I had reserved (almost a month in advance) was not available. There were no furniture pads and I had reserved 2 dozen. This was extremely disappointing as the movers I hired to help (through uhaul) were coming before any stores opened for me to buy protection for my furniture and due to this some of my items ended up in worse quality/broken. I do not feel I can recommend u-haul due to broken trust and broken furniture as a result.matthew B.

I was moving over 60 miles away, and they told me I had to bring the truck all the way back, and I could not drop it off at another location, even though I was willing to pay an extra charge to do so. When I returned the truck, the lockbox was broke, so I had to sit on hold with customer service for 30 minutes for them to tell me that the best course of action would be to drive the truck 60 miles back home, and then drive 60 miles back again the next day to return the truck during business hours and that I would be responsible to pay the additional miles.
