the only dissapointment i had was i only drove 15 miles and filled gas tank with 3.2 gallons of fuel as required to return i find it hard to believe the van only gets 5 miles to gallon but employees were great and being able to get van on a pretty short notice i was pleased with but 5 miles per gallon does not seem realisticJerome T.

I picked my rental up on Friday March 25th. On Saturday, March 26th the Boulder Colorado U-Haul charged my credit card over $4900. No phone calls or reason for the error. As of today (3/30) I still have no credit to my account. I had to initiate all the calls to find out what's going on. Sorry Mark for the poor review - your location did fine, but if I give a 5 star rating I probably wouldn't hear from anyone.PHILLIP K.

It was easy to pick up, the truck was clean, my only complaint is that the truck did not have a ramp. The truck sits higher, so to have to lift the heavy furniture was actually harder. Next time that will be a must have, in order to rent from uhaul again. Other than that everything was excellent and easy to do.Tanna P.

My truck had just a little over 1/4 tank of gas when I picked it up. It was inconvenient to have to stop and get gas on the way to my move location.Mark W.

The check engine light was on which worried me and something is wrong with the stirring the front of the truck was swaying us all over the road which made our move very nerve racking needs repairs before renting it to the next customerChristine S.
Uhaul should know exactly the gas level in their vehicles. We started with a little less than a full tank (it should have been totally full) and we returned it with the same amount we started out with. Because we didn't take a picture of the gas gage first, we were charged for more gas than we were responsible for refilling. The van also smelled like smoke, so I wish there was a non-smoking policy in place for those of us allergic/averse to cigarette smoke. Finally, the $19.99/base rate (for a 9' van) is ONLY a starting point because you pay mileage, gas refill and taxes, so for a 100 mile usage for a few hours, I paid $150 (I did spend $10 for blanket rental). Not exactly budget friendly. Overall it was an easy and good rental experience, they were cordial and professional, and their rates are lower than most competitors, so I would recommend them keeping that feedback in mind.Natasha D.

The running lights on the trailer did not work. Driving at night to return it, I had to have hazards on so that I was seen. Slowed my speed considerably and wasn't able to get back by my allotted time. Needed to check that before I left.Jeffrey B.

I opted for the contact less pick up via my mobile. When I arrived I had to go to the office to pick up my keys, where I ended up waiting in line 20 minutes because only one person was working the desk. I was very disappointed that this was not as advertised.Shawn A.
Long wait at pick up over 30 min wait, truck was covered in ice and snow with no offer to help get cleaned up to be ready to drive. I also booked a 15' truck to a different location and the day before was told I had to go to this location as the one I booked and confirmed did not have the truck I orderedâ€¦ why was I able to book it if they weren't going to have it? I received a 20' truck and at least it wasn't smaller but in the long run cost more in gas. From booking through pickup was a mess.JOSHUA F.

The truck I rented did not match the one they had set out for me. The truck that matched my keys was covered in snow and ice and parked in the middle of the fleet with its wipers up. It took me about an hour to finally pull out of the parking lot after warming the windows up enough to actually see.Michelle W.
Trailer was frozen shut when I picked it up and arrived to my location to start moving. It took over 30 mins to get it open. Furthermore, trailer door jams often and only opens a quarter of the way.DANNY G.
