The check in site did not work. Was in the parking lot for an hour to return the truck! Was very frustrated. Customer service phone line was almost a 20 minute hold time. Would definitely not recommend returning past business hours and this made me not want to rent from uhaul againANASTASIA A.
Might need to check the transmission on DC 2683N. When the RPM was above 2 going downhill, the gears wouldn't downshift, and at times went up a gear even though I'd brake.KEN N.

Check-in and return were very smooth. The staff were all friendly and easy to work with. The truck was clean and ran well. It was especially nice not to have to endure residual cigarette smell from prior renters. We highly recommend this location if you need to rent a U-Haul.BRUCE M.

We had made a reservation online a week ago for a truck and when we get to the U Haul location they let us know not only can they not see our reservation but they don't have any trucks available unless you have a reservation I had the reservation on my phone so I was confused as to why they were unable to see it. But then they change what they said and say that they can see our reservation but the person who rented the truck didn't bring it back. The UHaul employee said they only have a van available which was much smaller than a truck that we initially reserved so we not only had to move our initial plans since we had to make more trips but it inconvenienced us to wait in line for a hour and still couldn't get what we reserved. What made us upset is that we saw people without reservations get trucks that was ahead of us in line so why did we take the time to reserve our truck online if going in person without a reservation gets us a truck maybe faster. Also the amount we paid was way more than the quote giving, because we had to do more trips. We deserve some compensation for this lost time and money.Gnei D.

The movers from Accessible Moving never showed up. I spoke with the owner and he was AWFUL!! He said he would be there in 15 minutes and NEVER SHOWED UP!!! I will never contract movers from UHaul again because clearly no background is done on the vendors you work with.DANIELLE G.

Very rude staff!!! I could not believe the lack of reasonable customer service. Of the three people I dealt with, the only one who was actually polite and pleasant was a trainee, who was in street clothes, both visits. (Pickup and return) the woman (manager) working when I picked up the trailer was having a bad day and made it blatantly obvious to anyone who dared speak to her. The young kid who was sent to pull out the trailer was also very rude. My vehicle only has a 7way trailer plug on it and the trailer they chose to give me had a 4 way plug so they forced me to buy an adapter from them which cost almost as much as my trailer rental!!! I explained that in the past at other facilities they had adapters they would lend out with the trailers and I never had any problems before. I also explained that the price for the adapter was ridiculous and it seemed like a scam. I was then told by the young man that I could either buy the adapter or go somewhere else. So because I didn't have the time to go elsewhere I was forced to buy the $14 adapter, which should be $4. I won't be using this facility again. Zero stars.JOEL T.
When I checked in, they told me that they close at 5 and do not accept after hours drop off. She checked at rudely said I guess 6 will have to do. When I arrived at 545, the guy said pull it by the trees. When I begin to back it in, he got in his car and left. I called Uhaul and they told me to put it under the green tent. Anytime drop off service - I got charged an extra day because I couldn't make it there before that store location closed. For what, the store not being open? there is a key drop off box after hours and no one is there to check the truck out or in, so why charge someone for another day! You're charging for the time the truck was in use, for a whole day and it wasn't being used! Highway Robbery Now!!!! Back in the day just as long you returned the truck before the store opened they didn't charge you for another day. I won't ever use UHaul again! With these prices and rules I paid the same amount if I was to hire some moving people, but I'm the one out of a whole lot of money and physical pain from moving my own stuff, $400 for using a uhaul truck for one day!!!!TUNDALIEYA S.
One of the people working there acted like she absolutely hated her life and was very negative about everything. I called several times and really don't like that it just transfers you to corporate and you have to hold for an average of 20 minutes if they don't answer, which I called a total of 4 times and they never answered. The lot itself is extremely small and awkward for a uhaul port, difficult to navigate, and impossible to follow the pointless yellow arrows because the drop off center blocks off the entire path and you have to drive the wrong way to get around it to the other side of the lot. The manager was very nice and helpful. I bought a mattress bag and it was a total waste, it kept tearing and just fell off before making it into the truck. Would not recommend uhaul or use uhaul again mostly because of inability to get ahold of anyone without driving up there and annoying phone system.PRISCILLA T.

When I arrived for my 9:00 AM appointment, there was no one at the store to give us our equipment. There were 5 other people waiting to get their trucks!! We didn't receive our truck until around 9:40 - 40 minutes after our scheduled time. However, when we finally did go to check out, the employee was very friendly and knowledgeable.DONNA C.
The customer and UHaul rep should go over rental TOGETHER. I rented a trailer with a bad tire. Maybe vehicles are done differently. I didn't notice tire until I got home; my fault. Looking at rental together will save so much time and aggravation down the line.PIERO R.
