The truck we received was on â€œEâ€ we were advised we would get a $28 credit. On the receipt it shows a credit on it, but the total amount charged didn't change. The person who had the uhaul before had smoked in it and the smell was almost unbearable.Tyler L.

I booked two weeks in advance and when I arrived at the specified time there was not a truck. I had movers scheduled and they were on an hourly rate. I had to go to another location to get a truck which made me late for my movers. How on earth do you run a business and not deliver a product (truck) when promised? You have lost my business and I will be sure to spread the word that the original pick up spot should be avoided at all times. â€œI'm sorry Mr Boerboon but we don't have a truck, just doesn't cut it. I would really like a response to this. Maybe corporate should handle this. Moving day is awful enough but your people made it a disaster!!FRANK B.

I arrived 2 minutes before opening and the front door was open. A women screemed it is not 7:00 yet in a rude manner. This is not good customer service and would tend to shy me away from this store in the future. They could have simply locked the door until 7 and this would have never been an issue.Wesley B.

I rented a uhaul for the 3rd time in 3 years to move. This is the ONLY Location that over charged me big time!! I sent them the following information within an email to 753068_GM@uhaul.com which is what they asked me to do and ZERO Response!! I will never use this location again and uhaul should be disappointed at their unprofessionalism! Hello, I received your final invoice this morning and it is incorrect. I have Uhaul 3 time in the past 3 years and have never had an issue like this. Please make the following changes and send me the invoice again. 1. When I made the reservation you knew that I would be dropping off after hours since you close on Sunday at 5 PM. I was never quoted a $20 after hour drop off fee and I have never paid that in the past with my rentals. 2. You charged me for two dolly rentals and I was never given to dollies. I wanted two dollies and two dollies would have allowed me to get the job done a lot faster but when I got back to my residence there was only one dolly in the truck. But you have it listed on your final invoice quantity rented 2 and quantity returned 2, which are both not trueâ€¦ Very frustrating!! Cost me additional time and money with movers!! 3. I dropped off the U-Haul last night after hours like I was suppose too. Not this morning. You charge me for a two day rental when it should only be one dayâ€¦ That did not change. You also doubled all of my rental charges of furniture pads and dollyâ€¦ I submitted a review question to you earlier this morning and no reply. Just this an incorrect invoice. U-Haul can stop charging people so much - it's insane. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK BECAUSE OF HOW EXPENSIVE IT IS. This location was fantastic though - also the guy who helped us was so nice - even though the other employees weren't awesomeDanielle H.

Truck had less then 1/4 tank of fuel when I picked it up. This was an issue when I returned with more then a quarter tank and they were charging me a $56 fuel charge. No one informed me that I should go thru easy pass lanes and not cash lanes and pay toll. Everything went fine here at the Seminole location the young man was friendly and helpful. However, it was prior to that that using U-Haul was very stressful with no guaranteeing of my truck size or location the day prior to pick up. The reservation system needs an update. Trucks should know where they're being dropped off and where they're needed and they need to get moved without adding extra stress to an already stressful moment in someone's( customers) life. My mother had passed away and the unorganization of the scheduling and reservation Department the day before my move caused horrible and undue stress. Like I said the truck on the folks at the local branches were fine. In the end, it did get sorted out and I did get the truck in the town that I lived. U-Haul operations may be used to doing it like that but folks that don't rent rental trucks often don't know this. We schedule family help and movers on both ends and rent a truck. Maybe the virus has something to do with them being short-handed, I do not know.ALISA S.

I called and a got a reservation when I went to pick my truck the lady had a bad attitude with me for no reason and said no reservation was done that not my problem its her problem of hiring people dont know what are they doing I also did not use the 6 furniture pads and I wrote her a not that I did not use them did not open the plastic bags and still charge me for it No reason to pop an attitude for no reason Never come back to this locationJames M.

I've been going to this location for many years. Not only have I had hitches installed here, I also have my propane filled at this site. The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly.
