This location is horrible. The manager was sitting in his car smoking a blunt, the equipment I reserved was not available, and the truck was full of bugs. I will never go back to this location ever again.

Outside of the location and staff, my experience with U-Haul was unacceptable. My location was changed from one location to another and back without notification. Over-booking reservations cause a great convenience and cost me valuable time.

Ensure trucks are thoroughly cleaned, pest free and have air conditioning. The first truck I was issued had a lot of roaches and had dirt in it. The second truck I was issued didn't have an AC. Both of these issues are completely unacceptable. No one should have to fear taking roaches home due to a truck having pests and no one should be subjected to driving a truck in 90+ degrees without air conditioning. This is the second time I was issued that truck. How hard is it to take the truck out of service until the AC is fixed. The U-Haul rep did discount mileage so I appreciate that, but it shouldn't have even been an issue to deal with.

Brand new van was awesome. Was accidentally charged the 30 bucks for insurance I had declined but that's ok. Guys were good at check in and woman there when I returned van was awesome. Very good experience all around

This was a terrible uhaul experience. The reservation I made was not fulfilled and no one from uhaul contacted me. I wasted my Saturday night looking for a replacement truck. Your franchises don't care, don't follow up and treat customers like they are a nuisance. Corporate uhaul has no clue about where trucks are, who has them and doesn't notify anyone. Go with a competitor if you want reliable truck rental

If I hold a truck and dollies, I expect it. I don't understand why I was unable to pre-pay except you wanted to sell my products to others. Either way I paid to make the reservation and we were unable to move items without the dollies I requested. Disappointed.

Upon arrival two or three staff were standing around and were asked if the drop off location was correct based on the address U-Haul at S Cobb & I-285 5285 S Cobb Dr Smyrna, GA 30080. It is unfortunate that neither staff knew their own address for business and directed us to another location. We returned about 5 minutes later and excuses began to ensue with them not knowing the actual address etc. Not acceptable!

Worst location to rent from for years I dread ever having to walk in there the general manager has the worst attitude ever it feels like u will have to fight her to get her to have any understanding for simple things she's never pleasant lies about owning the place so u can feel intimidated or like there will be no resolve outside of her. I've witnessed so many people be treated horribly here and one guy had to call the cops to try and get help this lady needs to be shut down!!! Pooooor Poooor Piss Pooooor service!!!!!

I had to request a credit. Had a rental for 4hrs was late 15min returning and they wanted to charge me another whole rental. I even called to advise them that due to heavy rain I was running late and they told me not to worry.

Some real BS with the gas tank whoever used it before me didn't fill up all the way fullâ€" just to where it barely hits F. You know how the gauge goes past F when it's actually full. So by the time I realized that it was too late to go back and say something. So I filled it up with 9 gallons yet I only did 57 miles. Unless the van gets 6mpg, then I got screwed on a few gallons. Hope someone actually checks and confirms it's actually full next time

The check engine light was on when I received the Uhaul truck. Told the attendant and she said it was a new truck so she wasn't sure why the light was on. She did not replace the truck. Also no customer parking at this location. The attendant told me to park across the street at a Motel 6, which had a no trespassing sign on the property. This location is horrible logistically, bad setup and no customer parking to rent a truck. What sense does this make?

Rental vehicle was parked on an incline showing a deceptive full tank of fuel on the gauge. Verified as full when completing the checkout process. After leaving the facility fuel gauge dropped to 3/4. In essence I was defrauded of a full tank that I was expected to return the vehicle with.

The women that took our payment was nasty to us. She had an unnecessary attitude and reminded us that it's time for them to close at least three times as if we were inconveniencing her and the rest of the staff. We had a reservation for 6:45 and was there at least 15mins early… Then as we put the equipment on our personal truck we found out the back break lights don't work on the dolly and there was no other dolly to use. They just suck at this location.

The workers were less than helpful and fairly rude. The app does not match what policies they follow and they are rude about it. The website said the keys were on the truck and when I asked about it I was degraded and told “They never do that” and then sent me to the back of the line to get the keys. Took us over 45 minutes to pick up a truck that was supposed to be a contactless pick up. Do not recommend this location.

I would not recommend this location. I didn't pick this location to begin with, the location I picked didn't have my actual unit on hand so they reserved this location. The build smelt like they were using blunt powder spray to mass the weed aroma. Smh then the clerk/ Sharon was rude from beginning to end, smh bad business. She didn't explain how to locate my actual vehicle / but made sure I was aware that “ I was almost out of a rental” lolz when I was calling and the other location's clerk down the road we're trying to reach the office. But no answer- and when I did arrive there to the “new location” she was not busy so I'm not sure why she was unable to answer the phone call. Plus she stated that she was unable to adjust my reservation time smh, lies… I won't rent from this location and if I'm sent there on another parties behalf- I will simply decline. But the customer service reps were great.

I set up an appointment to pick up a vehicle at a location near my home which would've been convenient. I was sent to this location after having my location change twice. At least the first time, my 2nd location was near my home. To have to pay the mileage for having to go back and forth to a location out of the way I believe is very unfair. What should've happened is a vehicle being transferred or transported to the location I booked in the first place.

The location was very busy on a Saturday morning. One worker (tall slim, with afro style hair) was on his personal cellphone and a personal call having a full conversation (about nothing it seemed like) while serving customers. Though he might be able to multi-task, it appears very off-putting to customers waiting in line to be served.
