The truck was not totally clean but it was acceptable. Staff is great. App is poor, there is no point why I have to create an account to log into the app and then have to provide my info all over again to be able to check out... billing info I can get it but not profile info. Check other apps to learn how they do and pleas upgrade your app, please get away from webview app, it sucks. Thanks

At this particular location, there was a ONE hour parking limit so I was only allowed to park my car there for ONE HOUR even though I rented the UHaul for the day. I've rented from other locations in the past and was allowed to park while I rented. It seemed to me that if I was using a truck for the day, that leaves an empty space for the day so why shouldn't I be allowed to park there??.... Because of this inconvenience, I had to Uber myself back and forth twice (upon pickup AND return of Uhaul)... an expense I was not happy about. I was never informed prior to pickup that I couldn't park there prior to renting and it was not listed on the website. Also, the truck I rented had an indicator light that came on (during my local move) regarding tire pressure... this concerned me. Lastly, the location did not have a lobby or sitting area and was small and tight considering there was a wait on this Saturday morning. Over all, I was not satisfied with this Uhaul experience and will not rent from this particular location again. Thank you.

Not everyone in the office knows how to close a contract. It took me almost 30' with 2 guys from the office in order to have my bill settled. I still had to come back next day to finalize it as I had a return to be reimbersed.

Would give zero stars if I could. We were given a faulty pickup truck that according to roadside repairman who came out after the front right tire blew out while going 70mph on I85, he said there was “no tread on the tire whatsoever” so no wonder it blew out. Also, a worker at Uhaul facility threw in the tidbit of info that they had just recovered said pickup truck from it having been stolen.

The only problem was that I did not receive a code to open the key drop box to get the truck key after hours. Luckily the employees were still there working and were able to help retrieve the keys!!!

If they tell you to go to the AUSTELL TROPICAL FOOD MART has a truck REFUSE this location.. Nobody showed up and it took me 2 hours on the phone with this company to find a location that had the truck i needed then I was charged $100 more than the advertised online price..

Communication!! The whole experience was bad!! The pick up location was changed and we missed our auction pick up time and ended up losing all we purchased - the whole reason we rented a truck so we are out $200 from the truck rental plus $200 from the auction - completely dissatisfied and compared to enterprise with a lift gate ... no comparison - HUGE mistake on our part trusting U-haul

African American female manager is extremely rude, lacks any customer service skills, and doesn't deserve her position. I would never say that but the company must be desperate to keep someone like that on payroll. There are plenty of more polite and professional individuals to choose from that are willing, able, and ready to work. I had to call all the way up to the U-Haul executive directors to report her foolishness. U-Haul should take pride in the individuals that represent their brand and clearly they do not if she is still employed.

Your representative deleted my reservation saying it was wrong when I went to pick it up. She said I did a one way and it should be a in town move. I told her did it that way twice before in just this month because I am dropping off the truck in a different city. She said that was fine i could drop it off in another city. Turns out I couldn't and had to drive 45 miles back to return it to the same location. I will never use UHaul again. And I am making this public because not only did you guys screw up, nobody apologized or tried to fix the issue. Uhaul is horrible considering we all have so many other options like Penzke, Enterprise etc.

The location is so small there was virtually no place to park. Then we had to wait 20-25 minutes because they were so slow and there were so many people waiting in line. The lady running the place was brash and rude. Then they gave me the wrong truck which added another 10 minutes to the process. The only positive was the return which was a breeze.
