Terrible all around I will never use you again for my move!!! One the last 3 years I moved over 5 times using UHUAL and to be treat the way I was for a trip over 1000 miles is ridiculous. This was such a wonderful rental experience! Fred got our trailer attached in minutes after our arrival and was so careful, kind and professional. When we returned Kimberly was a joy to speak with. They work SO hard at this location to keep everyone happy and shoulder so much personal ownership over customer satisfactionâ€"even with things beyond their control. There is a uhaul sign away from the location amd we thought we didn't get the right address or there were no trucks. Very confusing at 6:30am. At uhaul, the staff was very kind, efficient, and overall a hassle free experience. Location recommended, just remove sign up the road.MELISSA S.
The people who work here go out of their way to help you with your move . I rent trucks and vans a lot because I am renovating my house and it requires a lot of moving things of all sizes and storing them. I go out of my way to rent from this location because each time I rent they deliver excellent service. It doesn't matter who waits on me , they are consistently helpful, friendly and caring. Engine had a horrible squeeking noise for 9 hours - floor board was so hot on the passenger side you could not put your feet down.MARTI B.
I was initially provided the key to the wrong vehicle. After starting the vehicle with the key provided, the fuel and mileage check did not reconcile with the contract. When I returned to the desk with my issue, Zakiya treated me like she'd never seen me before, despite speaking with her 5 minutes earlier. She proceeded to insist that I got in the wrong vehicle although it was the vehicle that corresponded with the key provided and the key started the vehicle. Zakiya refused to accept U-Haul made a simple error by providing the wrong key. Another agent provided the correct key and no apology was provided by Zakiya. Zakiya's behavior was unnecessarily argumentative and unprofessional. Based on other reviews, this doesn't sound out of character for Zakiya. I will find another U-Haul dealer for my future rental needs.Edward B.

The manager is rude and speaks very nasty to customers. A lot of people standing around but not working. I waited for my trailer to be connected to my truck and was told only one person could connect it. I connected the trailer myself and then the manager wanted to argue with me about how I did it wrong. Although she was standing outside socializing when I hooked up my own trailer. I picked up from this location last week as well and witnessed her yelling at a customer who was clearly confused about the policy for clearing out his storage. The manager spoke down to him and was screaming so everyone could hear although the costumer wasn't yelling or being rude to her. I wouldn't recommend this location and U-Haul should look into new staff members for this location. I rent from U-Haul nearly every day but this experience was awful and troubling.ADRIANA R.

Last night when I was checking in the truck, the app was malfunctioning and kept on spinning for over 15 minutes and would not allow me to check my equipment in after hours. I called this morning to make sure truck was good and checked in and Chimi said she would fix but was very rude and hung up the phone on me. So I drove all the way to Uhual to ensure I receive a credit for the miles due to the employee who checked the truck out yesterday, not putting a dolly in the truck, I would already be over the miles, so Kim the manager told me I would receive a credit.for 6 miles. I called to explain and Chimi, an employee just hung up the phone, and when I drove to resolve issue, she argued me down, was yelling and cursing at me in the store in front of Chris and one additional employee, which was very rude and disruptive. She said she would credit my account over the phone, but when I arrived there was no credit. Chris, had to fix my bill as Chimi was still arguing and yelling. The customer is always right!! And she was def wrong for talking to me the way she did and for not honoring her word and adding the credit. She needs training on how to conduct business. I have been a customer at this particular UHUAL location longer than she has been an employee there and as of today, I may never return. Please feel free to contact me for deeper explanation. I use the mobile app to check in to pick up equipment. But at this location after you check in, you still have to go inside and stand at the end of the counter and they are always short on staffing helping customers in line. If they see someone standing at the end of the counter they need to understand it is a key pickup and take care of them. I waited over 10 minutes just to get keys. In addition I rented 1/2 doz moving blankets that were not in the truck and by the time I realized it, I did not turn around to go get themMark N.

Comment: The gentleman that assisted my family during the pick-up and drop-off was the same person. He was very helpful and had a great personality. Imprment: There is older UHAUL signage erected approximately 1/4 mile west of the actual active establishment. The older signage appears to be there from a prior establishment. The staff at this location are rude and work avoiding. I recently rented a U-Haul for transporting my belongings. I was highly unsatisfied with the vehicle I was given and was not accommodated when requesting another vehicle. This location's vehicle listings are not accurate. I originally requested a vehicle (truck) online to arrive at this location and be told in a disrespectful way that the vehicle was not available bc a key needed to be replaced. I was unsure of purchasing your services at all and was not met with any customer service to retain. I will never purchase any service from this facility again. I hav been storing my belongings at this location for almost six months now and am looking into other storage options as I am unhappy with how business is conducted here. Please provide your employees with customer service training and bathroom upkeep at this location!VALERIE G.

The Ubox was not dropped where I could retrieve the items as scheduled the morning of the 14th. I was unable to retrieve the items until 1:30 in the afternoon in the heat of the day. There was a hole in the u box and a dent to my furniture placed in that spot.Nicholas R.

Whoever the assistant manager there should definitely be fired. She harassed us the entire time we were trying to break the lock off our storage unit. This lady was rude, condescending, unhelpful, unprofessional, and had the nerve to run up on us with two other employees. The other two employees were no help. The assistant manager made threats to us our whole stay and also threatened to call there cops on us after we called a locksmith to help us due to them being completely useless! we rented a 24 hr truck and wer told that we could drop it off after hours with a drop box, and where to park it. the drop box for the keys was so hard to locate that we almost did not know what to do. i got lucky that i saw it. also, we bought the $28 insurance, which they tried to charge us $56 at first, and then the manager fixed it and told us that when we dropped it off, the charge would be $28. when we dropped it off and signed it in online like we were instructed to do, the charge was back to $56. also, inside the truck is a bag with moving blankets in and a dolly that is zip-tied to the wall. you have to pay extra to use those, and we had plenty of our own so we didn't need to use them. of course, the way they are situated or something, the zip tie breaks at some point when we were unloading because it is crappy quality and doesn't hold them on well, and then it looks like we used it, even though we used our own. so that is lame also. in the end, the charge was so much more than we expected or were told, and i would never use them again. it's a trick.GLEN T.

My experience with Uhaul was the worst. Moving is already stressful and my horrible experience added to this stress. The storage unit I was given was roach infested and I was accused of bringing them with me which is not the case otherwise I wouldn't have complained about them. I was then initially told I had to move my stuff out of the unit after I paid a company to move it in. After complaining about the situation, the manager there worked with me and reassured me she would take care of it. I appreciate everything that she did to make the experience less stressful and she was very helpful in getting my things moved to another unit while I was out of the country. However, the moving company that they hired destroyed my TV stand in the process. My door access code still does not work. I can only get to my unit during 'operating hours.' I stopped by the front desk in the first couple of days and was told that online move-ins are rarely able to complete properly and that corporate would need to fix my code as it all looked right in the system here. Finding the entry to the property with a truck for the first time was a bit obscure, but everything after was more than I'd expect at least from what I am used what I am accustomed to from other U-Haul storage facility.
