Very clean and safe!
Was not told what the final bill was. The clock on the truck was set in CST and the truck was clocked in one hour late giving me a $54 extra charge which I want refunded.
I used the truck 1 day and drove 25 miles. It cost me $109. There $19,95 logo on there trucks is fraud and should be illegal. %#@& U-Haul

The girls were friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with.
Road is high traffic. Lineup has little room for more than one truck being returned at once. Huge lot and access from side street is poorly used Also, I was very upset about being forced to giveba photo of my driver's license. No online software is truly secure. It WILL leak eventually. The only good answer is to just not store or transmit sensitive ID info at all.
Have dolly's available that were offered at initial scheduling.
He was not wearing a mask and no social distance.

Friendly, courteous, and helpful sales representatives or associates are desperately needed at this location. Upon arrival, we entered to ask a few questions about our truck rental and were greeted by an associate behind the counter eating his McDonald's breakfast sandwich and drinking his orange juice. We asked him a question about the ease of checking in using the online tool versus in store with his help and he seemed too occupied with eating to want to help us expedite our checking in to pick up the truck. Later that evening during drop off, we didn't see an orange key drop box as pictured on the website during the self-return option. There was no signage, box or slot on the main entrance, nor any instructions on where to leave the key as indicated in the online instructions. We walked around in the dark and just didn't see where to safely leave the keys. Well I emailed customer service about our issue as I sat on hold for over an hour ans never got a representative to answer the phone. They responded and okayed us leaving the truck and just returning the keys the next day. I returned to the location the next day and encountered a rude representative wearing a name badge that said K***. She seemed upset that it took me so long to return the key and asked questions as to why I was delayed in returning the keys. I explained what happened and then I asked where is the drop box, she never offered to show it to me. There was a drop slot on the upper corner of a back side door, not near the main entrance and way above eye level and much higher than I would've been able to reach. Further the signage was really small, maybe two inches tall with most of that being a green background that wasn't visible in the dark. She then went on to state that the local store had called me as well. (All of encounter had been patronizing, just rude and unnecessary as it was irrelevant to my charges or anything else.) I has not received a call from anyone at Uhual, nor did I have a voicemail or any other email response from customer service. I shared this information with her and started to ask what number did they use to contact me and before I could complete my sentence, she said we used whatever number we have in the system and said very harshly, "Well, have a good day." I couldn't believe the intrusive, and then dismissive approach. They really need to rethink their staffing options. Horrible experience.
I don't recommend any body to go over this people, they lies to me and they tried to charge me over is just like someone who try to still your money!!!!!! This never happened to me before with any other rental company. Worst place and bad experience with bad people
I rented a truck and a storage unit. The truck was fine. However the guy you have working there , (I'm told he's been there 19 years) was an idiot and that's as nice as I can say it. On Thursday it took him forever to put my unit in the computer even though I had reserved online. Then I get there Friday with movers and the unit he rented me was in use already. So I go upstairs and inform him and he “fixes†it. I go back down , find the new unit only to find that is ALSO in use. Now I'm paying these movers by the hour and it took me an hour just to get all that fixed which had to be done by a different employee. I don't care what “issues†he has. He doesn't belong working at the computer, or with customers actually.

Make sure the assistant manager and lady that waited on us is professional and do their job and not have us find our on truck and have gas in the truck and not tell the customer you acting brand new
No one in the facility was wearing a mask and customers were not required to wear a mask. I felt very uncomfortable with the current state of our pandemic.
Danielle helped at this location and her attitude is excellent.
I am charged $30 for extra day for auto transport even though I submitted it a day before. I called in the office to make changes and was told that somebody will call you. Still I haven't received any calls. I am so disappointed, never recommend this location. No calls, no refunds till date.
The staff was courteous and helpful. The process was quick and we had no issues that wasn't quickly satisfied..
When I picked up the trailer and dolly, the gentleman was very helpful and friendly. Since I didn't know exactly how long I would need it he suggested a two day rental and added they generally don't charge an additional day if it's returned within a couple hours of the deadline. When I returned the trailer one hour and 15 mints past the 24 hour deadline she said , you're past the deadline and walked away. She was obviously very busy and didn't want to bother with going back inside to process a refund. I will not both going back to this U Haul business again.

The tire pressure was low on one of the tires. But it was not a problem when I was driving.
i would advise to only charge for the days used of your vehicle or equipment, or refund unused days.
I would have rated this Marietta site 5 stars but had a VERY UNNECESSARY glitch upon returning the truck. I had told Marietta that I was returning the truck to Marion, Al. I HAD CONFIRMED this was doable two weeks prior. Marietta insisted that MARION didn't show on their computer but there wouldn't be a problem. Well, it was a $400 problem. We were saved this unnecessary expense by the owner/manager at the Marion location. The Marietta people seemed to drop the ball with me when I tried to tell them that my drop off location would not be Selma, but Marion. I am thankful for Kim in Marion, Alabama! Fortunately, she was affiliated with UHaul in Selma and handled the miscommunication with a smile.

Everything was great except trying to check in after hours, but your folks took care of us anyway. We wrote down all the details and left the truck with the key in the key drop, and your team finished up the check-in for us in the morning. Great job!
They stick a $70/week junk insurance into a contract without any warning. No refund. Not a trust worthy compny. Stay away from them.
I did the online check in and you have to go to the desk to pickup key. I went to end of counter and the person working took 3 people in line before he even acknowledged me even after i showed him my phone. And when I returned it said to take key inside and the lady was rude and told me to leave the key in it.
Uhaul is always there for you moving needs. Could not imagine not having uhaul.

Kiya and Jesse were the consummate neighborhood professionals. Each time I needed space or assistance, they treated me like a long-time local friend, and made me welcome while quickly solving my problem. Trucks and rooms of the size I needed were available, and accessible as-needed. The facility is extraordinarily clean, and I felt safe no matter when I visited. Thanks U-Haul and the Roswell Street team!
Chris was very helpful and polite. He was very informative and great in assisting me! This is my first time renting a storage unit and he definitely made it simple and convenient. The prices are amazing and it didn't take long to get situated.

WHEN WE WERE UNLOADING THE TRUCK I NOTICED A SIGN THAT SAID "RETURN THE TRUCK CLEAN AND RECEIVE $25." WE CLEANED IT SO HOW DO WE GET OUR REWARD? I WROTE THIS ON BOTH BOXES AS I DIDNT KNOW WHICH TO CHOOSE. THANX.

Very efficient smooth transaction.
I was basically ignored upon walking into the store. I had to basically ask someone to help me out even though there were 2 people behind the counter.
All was Good.
Everything was fine except for the actual rental process. Its very slow and its not just this location. Its EVERY UHaul location I have ever conducted business at. It sees like the computer system that UHaul uses if ridiculously sow and the people working behind the counter ALWAYS struggle to use the computer. It seems that there are always problems with the UHaul computer system which slows the check out process down and creates long waits inside the store. I find it incredible hard to believe that a huge company like UHaul cant get a decent computer system that actually works. ITs the one thing that I hate about going to UHaul..The check out / rental process. Its ridiculous
Kiya Blair is the worst GM of any company that I've ever done business with.
My location for pick up got changed twice. I was told I would have unlimited mileage over the phone and then at pick up the clerk said there's no such thing with u-haul.
Quick check-in process. Large lot, so easy to navigate. Easy access from Aviation Blvd or Roswell Rd.

I had a great experience working with the staff who, convinced me to move my things from Extra Storage to U-Haul over a year ago.

From the time I set foot in Georgia this location helped me get moved into my storage with ease. Every employee in this location is very kind and truly made me feel at ease. Using U-Haul for my move from Chicago has been a horrific experience BUT thIs location in Georgia with the General Manager Zakiya leading her team. Gerald, Terrance and another young guy you would NEVER go wrong. The phrase “I CAN HELP YOU” is the definition of every one of them. Thank You Tobice Terrell

Arrived on July 5,2020 around 6:00 pm the door access to get in too storage was locked couldn't get into my storage. Another also had too leave due no access. The sliding and the Mandoor was locked.
Very helpful and professional I wish there were more people like her in the service industry it actually was the best part of my week even though my week was very stressful. Thank you for having her as one of your lead employees. Tommie Liott

The staff seemed to be confused most of the time. Always overcharged me so I am still waoting on a refund of late fees they say I owed every month even though I was not due to the last day of the month and paid early most times.
The team at this facility are fantastic!
We moved out on March 14, continued to get notices we had not paid our April bill, telling us we were being charged a late fee. Left two messages for Ms. Blair and also sent an email and never got a returned call back. This kind of management will run you out of business . I own a moving company and will never recommend this facility to our customers . The lack of customer service is unconscionable. No excuse for not responding back to me.

They charged me for a month of storage after I moved out over 15 days ago and didn't prorate the month I moved out in... I will never use them again.

Very well managed. Staff is terrific. Highly recommended for rentals and storage.
I wish we could access the facility later than 7pm. otherwise everything was ok apart from penalties fined the very next day instead of a week later.
The GM is very rude not only to the customer, like me, but to her employees, she has a power trip, and is like they don't reprend this behavior, and until they do not, it is going to be a cycle

The manager, DeAndre, was wonderful to work with. We were the first storage customer after the facility opened. He was as helpful when we came in as he was when we closed out our unit.
There was a guy who look out for me didn’t get his name. Black, dark skin, between 5’ 6 - 5’9. Slim. He gave me excellent service. Provided me with a lock for my truck.
