The People were super great but the truck shook so violently the entire trip, the door sounded like it would break loose of the frame any minute. The constant noise gave all of us headaches and the shaking was terribly uncomfortable at every speed.

The windshield was very dirty,hindering my vision so I stopped and cleaned it . The truck is too loose in the front end/ steering wheel. It was a truck I hope I never see/ drive again. I have rented the trucks a few times ,and everything was clean and in good working order but not this time

Have the reservation ready and if you have to Reschedule another, make sure the rescheduled one doesn’t cause problems. Have better phone customer service with people who know how to do their job while being efficient.

When i got there the truck i need not there this happened last rime i rented to you all told me it be there and truck was not there had to rent a 20 foot needed a 26 foot had to make 2 trips making the mileage high becase i had to make 2 trips don't understand y they tell you there one there if its not there cost me more money this is mot taking care of your. Customer. The ppl at the place was surper nice do r rhink it was there faut i booked it using the 1800 number

The milage and gas were both different than my statement given as a receipt and the person assisting me said they would go back in the computer and correct it.. They were closed when I returned and my card was charged without the corrections

It took us 40 minutes to check out due to antiquated computer software. Process was cumbersome and laborious--I've never waited so long to rent a vehicle. The last time we came the system was completely shut down so after 2 bad experiences, probably won't be back.

The customer reps from both delivery/pickup were pleasant and communicated well. The delivery date changed by a week after checkout. This created a headache, change of plans, and extra expenses. Definitely, would have chosen one a different option due to this. It took 3 weeks for the box to arrive. And, then they were not able to tell me when my box would arrive to destination or give an update, that is until it arrived. I was out of town. The box also arrived with a damaged door/hinges making it difficult to close, and we had to improvise to lock.

I think you guys are doing all you can do. I have been to other locations and dont get half of the customer service that I recieve at Preston location. I live in an area to where their are 3 u haul sites, but I still drive to Preston and will continue as long as they treat me as they have been.. Thanks to you all, you are a great team.

If I could give U-Haul zero stars I would. I went out of my way to reserve a trailer at a location so that I could make my move in one trip. One I showed up at the location they did not have the trailer I reserved. I had reserved it more than two weeks prior to my move. They then recommended that I drive 45 minutes again out of my way to get this specific trailer. This is terrible customer service. I would not recommend.

It was terrible. I rented the truck and brought it back less than threwe hours later, only to wake up the next day with 170 dollars less in my bank account. There should be no reason, ever, to take 170 dollars out of my account. That's more than half the price I paid for my leather couch that I used the truck to go buy! I specifically bought that couch to save money because I am currently in college and that 170 dollars puts me right back in the hole. I was never told about the 30$ service fee they charged me for bringing the truck back with slightly less gas than it was supposed to have in it upon bringing it back. The people who worked there smelled foul and didn't seem to be doing their jobs right. They didn't tell me all the information i needed to know before renting the vehicle and they didnt warn me about the cost of the service fee. I had a horrible experience and will never, ever give any U-haul my business again.

The guy in the office lied to a co-worker of mine and told them in terms of the bill I said for him to "Do what he has to do." Which was not the case. I'm not sure why he said that but it pissed me off that he lied on me.

Reserved a pick up to bring my boat home from the lake had to wait approximately 30 minutes in the office When that part was complete I wound up with a filthy truck and the wiring harness to the boat trailer didn’t work at all I spent approximately an hour in the dark with a flashlight trying to figure out which fuse was bad

My rental was not there do to mistake by U-Haul. I was forced to use a smaller rental that was t big enough. Represent ice at this location was very professional but the person he called wasn’t. I heard the whole conversation since it was on speaker phone. She hung up and tried to say I was yelling instead of dealing with U-Haul mistake. Her hanging up put the representative at the store in a bad place. witnesses at the store stated that was rude and I wasn’t yelling. Again the gentleman at the store was professional. I immediately called to make a complaint but feel it has fallen on deaf ears.

I used the U-Boxes, it cost me $280 to rent them and there was alot that I was not told for example: there is a monthly fee for renting them, there was an additional fee for delivery.
