The truck was not in great shape, and had a terrible whine when going between 50 and 60 mph. But the customer service was excellent: friendly and flexible when changes I requested at the website were not brought over to the location itself.

Check the inside of your trucks daily or at least lock them at night. A truck had a homeless person sleeping in the back. If the renter doesn't check, this may be a safety issue headed straight for the news outlets.

Clean your vehicles for the next customer. The previous user left ashes all over the truck which I had to clean myself. The smell was so strong it mad for a horrible experience. It made me nausea and gave me a headache my entire ride.

The uhaul I rented smelled of marijuana and cigarettes. i was told they have a problem with people breaking in the truks at night and smoking in them. Really! When I returned it they mistakenly changed me mileage to the tune of 200 miles when I only went 40 miles. A hold was put on my card for the original quote of 51.00 plus the mistaken amount of 173.00 plus what the real cost of 71.00 Then I was told I had to call my bank and tell them Uhaul had let go of the holds and for them to let go of my money. Ha Ha This is ridiculous Uhaul! I will never use this location again!!!!

The gas entered in your system and according to the diagram indicated the gas at 1/2 full. However, when we entered the truck, the gauge was 3/4 of a tank full, returned with 3/4 of a tank, yet charged for a 1/2 tank when returned the vehicle. Respectfully, Dr. Everett X. Garnett

I was verbally abused and hang up on by the female employee today September 5, 2022 @ 3:30 p.m I returned the truck and waited for the receipt, the male employee told me that everything was fine, I waited another 5 minutes, then one I leave I get a received with a $ 25 dollars cleaning fee, I proceeded to call the store And was verbally abused, screamed on and hung up, I had never had this experience with uhaul then I call customer service I have a 30 min waiting time I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THIS STORE OR UHAUL EVER AGAIN¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please ensure proper assessment and that equipment fuel gauge is functioning correctly., I used the truck for only 8 miles, put gas of over 1 gallon and I was charged for 2 gallons of gas usage. I wonder what is the mpg of the van I rented?

The staff here is fantastic, friendly & accommodating. The vehicle I rented was the worst I've had in many years. Broken cab light, broken truck light, no lock on driver's side, padlock was cut with bolt cutters. The staff solved the padlock problem and were quick to apologize for the state of the truck. I was informed about the driver side lock but I th k they didn't know about the lights. This is a convenient location with professional staff & should be restocked with updated vehicles.

Worst customer service I have received in years. First, I went to pick up the truck at the location selected, and they told me that I had to go to another one located 25 mins apart, which made me lose about an hour of my moving day. The location where I picked the truck was dirty and far away from my place, and they did not have furniture pads, which I had rented. To make it worse, the truck smell like weed. Finally, when I wanted to return the truck, the site and app did not work for a long time. I had to wait more than 30 mins for it to work and then return it. A total nightmare of experience, never gain with U-haul!

I was misinformed. I was told that I was paying for the truck and the auto-transport which wasn't true. The price of the truck was more then what I was initially told as well. I was also given the run around just picking up the truck which made me have to pay more to my movers as the truck was not available during the time I initially requested. I got sent from one location to another, which I didn't appreciate.

Parking lot too small and does not facilitate hook-ups and customer parking; not enough employees the handle the heavy traffic of customers; employee did not take a sufficient picture of the trailer hook-up and didn't listen to recommendations to fix it, nor inspect the final hook-up. However, the lone employee at the counter was knowledgeable and helpful but was running the shop single-handedly as the other employee was not helpful at all.

The truck transmission was acting funny and the gas gage was still on a half when I dropped it off, but it was actually down 3 gals. Which I got charged. I wold have gladly put 3 gals in it if the gage was reading correctly.

The phone call I got the day before pickup changed my location. My pickup time was for 830 am but the location doesn't open until 9am. The rep did not change my pickup time or set up off-hour pickup, so I had to wait outside until the location opened.
