This was a vacant parking lot with no offices in a bad part of town. There were two guys working on equipment and again no office. The guy that walked up was very friendly but checked us in with his phone. We could not get a receipt which made me very nervous leaving the truck. However it all worked out it just seemed like a bad set-up with no store front.STEVEN L.

I got charged for seeing drop off location. I was asked by the manager from 506 Fesslers lane location to drop of my uhaul at the location. Also when I picked up my uhaul I did give the key west uhaul guy the address for the Fesslers lane location. How is it my fault that the so called uhaul location does not accept uhauls. The reserved appliance dolly was not able for us to use. They did refund us, it just put us in a difficult situation because I had to move my washer and dryer without a dolly, which was extremely difficult.Patrick H.
The guy working there was doing the best he could, but U-Haul is a mess. Very limited supplies. Line was too long. Couldn't promise there would be a truck for me or not. No call the day before confirming truck was or was not available. First appointment disappeared from the computer. Had to enter same information way too many times. What a mess.Christopher F.

After I returned my equipment, I had to go back to this location the following day so I wouldn't get charged late fees because they never actually closed out my order even though I handed my keys to the clerk. I tried calling several times and they never picked up. U-haul customer service's advice was to go back to the location in person. Terrible.ANDREW P.

This location is a disaster. Smell of weed in the office is unprofessional. There's a time and place for everything. Smoke weed off the clock. Again, the money we paid does not meet (even close) the level of service received.Christopher S.
The appliance dolly I ordered was not available. The 15' truck I was assigned had a flat front tire when I went to get into the vehicle. They were out of 15' trucks so I was offered a 20' truck. This truck had cigarette butts and ash in the cup holder, a broken A/C vent fan, and smelled like an ashtray. This made for a very unpleasant drive. Pretty miserable experience for an already subpar activity. The employee was very kind and seemed to be doing his best with what he had to work with.Robert W.
Made my reservation. Several weeks in advance. Two days prior to pick-up my location was changed along with the pickup time. When I arrived, I was informed that they had no furniture dollys, no utility dollys, no blanketsâ€¦.nothingâ€¦.just the truck. MAJOR problem as we had heavy furniture to move. Had to wait another hour for them to go to other locations to pick up equipment. This was not a walk-in reservation. This should have been taken care of prior to my arrival.JAMES M.

I understand it was just a rental truck, but it could have been a little cleaner. Had to kill roaches in the box. Office is in a trailer, better signage would help. Tried to use app,, kept freezing up, finally gave up and went to office. Office staff person was great, but app. never worked.Jack H.

The office is a storage container that smells of pot inside. The woman checking us out was face to someone on her phone while talking to us. Also, apparently I have a card on file even though I don't? The van we rented was not clean and a few things were broken. Also, the tires were low on pressure so we had to deal with that as well.NICHOLAS K.
I reserved my truck in advance. The process of picking it up was relatively smooth. The truck was clean and it was almost full. This was my first U-haul rental for myself. Half way to the destination, I was flagged down by someone on the interstate stating that the door on the back of the truck was unsecured, I pulled over and discovered that the piece of metal that the hook was supposed to latch to had eroded away. I had to stop at in Opry Mills to buy bungee cords and rig the cords in a way to keep the door secured. That was extra money that I was not expecting to spend. I had to fill the back of the truck up with new furniture and ride from point A to point B worrying about the furniture. When I returned the truck, I explained the trouble I encountered with the truck after I rented it. Sadly, one of the employees knew exactly what I was talking about. Why? Why was the truck even on the lot to be rented if it was in need of a repair?Ruby J.

Again, customer service was awesome. The location is quite difficult to access for your average driver, and it is quite difficult to find where to go, since it's just a shipping container. I received a receipt upon arrival with the accurate arrival time, but the day after return, I receive a charge for an extra day because â€œthe guy didn't know when you dropped it offâ€. Very unprofessional, quite honestly pissed that I even had to deal with this a day after moving my entire life across the country. No refund granted for the busted air conditioning either.Dalton K.

I went to three separate locations to drop off the trailer and none would accept it saying they had no room. Employees were very rude and unwilling to do their job. If I ever need a rental going to Nashville again - I certainly won't choose U-Haul.Michael L.

The supervisor or worker was very friendly and very understanding but they were understaffed and over booked I waited almost 2 to 3 hours just to get a truck And still was charged for the time I reserved the truck and returning the truck after hours was even harder to do â€¦. The general manager didn't show up to open the location until 9:35 am. He was 35 minutes late. The parking lot it is located in was way too small. There was no parking and you could not get that uhauls out of the lot. The general manager was rude and seemed irritated. He looked like he hated his job. There were probably 15-20 people waiting by the time he got there. I will never use this location again not will I recommend it to anyone I know. There was no apology for being late.Regan F.

One female employee was taking care of 10 people Saturday 8/7/21. She was great and doing her best, 2 employees didn't show. One-hour wait to check in and p/u vehicle should have taken 10 mins. ALso you were not able to check in online as offered after you fillled out information website froze. Heard the same from everyone in lineGLENN B.

Arrived at this U-Haul to drop off trailer, was turned away because their lot was full. Had to navigate a new city with trailer while trying to find different U-haul location. VERY STRESSFUL, poor service, shouldn't have been turned away like that.Christopher J.
Half of the equipment I ordered was not at the location. They were out of moving blankets and furniture dollys. I was not able to get my truck until an hour after scheduled pick up. The liftgate also broke during loading due to a worn coil. Delayed my move by 7 hours and caused numerous trickle down issues.James D.
Something about my reservation changed and it changed the location of pickup to this location from another (8th Ave/Melrose to this store). When I received the email notifying me of the change, the email still said to go to the 8th ave/Melrose store, so I went there. They informed me I would have to pickup the truck at this location, which was fine, but the email was extremely confusing and caused me to be ~30 minutes late picking up the truck, which was frustrating for me on a busy day.Alvin K.

Maurice Evans went above and beyond to assist me with backing and unhooking the trailer. I explained I signed up for self checkin but he said it was too hot for me to have to do everything myself so he ensured all was taken care of. Great experience.Reginald D.

The attendant was a nice guy, very helpful. However, the truck itself was in bad shape - every time I started it up, I got a "low oil pressure" warning and it took several minutes before the warning "ding" shut off and the truck reported the correct oil pressure. Also, I didn't appreciate having to change my pickup location at the last minute. It was 30 additional miles away from where I needed to pick up, and I was charged for the extra mileage incurred.LANE D.
