Very limited space for pickup/drop off of Uhaul, especially for cars dropping off/picking people up. Very clustered and easy to get stuck and not very clear where cars should go vs. uhauls.

Everything needs to be improved! The gentleman who was there and helped me this morning was great but he was definitely overworked and understaffed. No one else was helping (or maybe no one else was there working). All of the customers were complaining about having to wait over an hour for their rentals. The parking lot is small and cluttered. When I dropped it off the guy working was rude and incompetent. This was my first time renting with U-Haul and I must say if this is how all locations are I definitely advised against because I’ll NEVER use U-Haul again. THIS PLACE IS JUST A MESS!!!

People were great, but location was very small. When I arrived, there were trucks and private cars jockeying for space. Not enough space in the parking lot.

I wish to applaud Mr. Anthony Brown for helping me out as I was able to get a rental for my daughter's recent move. I had reserved a truck at Bu***t across the street 60 days prior as U-haul showed no reservations available to move her. Nonethe less the truck in the size I HAD to have was not available on pickup. U-haul was across the street, I have had rentals with them before, and all went well. Worth a try...big lot. Their front off needs help, they were slow. But Mr Anthony Brown helped me, alot. Uhaul had a 15', just what I needed, told him my predicament, and within 20 min. I was on my way. Good Job, Mr. Brown! Thanks Dr. I Sidwell. BTW , the truck return was smooth, also.

Person at the counter did not offer to check in the trailer being returned. The person unhooking the trailer did not indicate additional check-in information was needed. I called the facility after leaving the trailer to inform them that moving pads and a dolly were inside the trailer. The person on the phone took my drop-off information and was polite and helpful.

3+ Hours to have a hitch installed. Workers just bitch and moaned the whole time about how hard there job is and how “busy” they were. Before arriving I was told to call about my appointment, I sat on hold for 22 minutes to be told “just wanted to confirm the reservation”. This experience was bull shit. Also, because the works are more worried about personal phone calls and taking breaks, anyone could walk off with merchandise from the store. Sat there for 2 hours watching people come in and leave without being seen or helped. Also watched a trailer almost pull out of the parking lot with the hitch not secured. Someone else noticed it!!! Then the guy blamed it one someone else that wasn’t even there. I will never use UHaul again and I will never allow anyone I know to use you.

I had to go to this location and drive right by the one that was more convenient because my original location did not have the furniture dolly I reserved. This location was overcrowded and understaffed. There was no place to park in their tiny lot. The men working there were very nice and apologetic for the situation. After a 40 minute wait, they had me hooked up and out the door.

I never got my furniture blankets. The place was too busy to notice I guess. By the time I notice I never got them, the line was too long to get back in. My furniture was fine, but I threw money away which was annoying.

My pickup appointment was at 11:30. Even with no other customers in the building, it took until 11:50 for me to receive the keys and get everything from your employee. After that, it took upwards of 20 minutes to get out of the parking lot because your employees had parked other uhauls in ways to where no person could get out of the parking. It was an extremely frustrating experience just trying to get the vehicle and leave the parking lot which threw our moving time off by 30-45 minutes. I was extremely disappointed in the lack of organization at that establishment.

I did not reserve the truck at this location. My confirmation was at the location on 8th Avenue. It was only when I arrived at 8th Avenue was I informed that I had to drive to the 1st Avenue location for the pick-up. This was WILDLY inconvenient, as it was a rainy afternoon, during rush hour, on the biggest tourist weekend of the year in Nashville. Suffice to say, I was NOT happy, and it completely blew up my afternoon. The staffer at the 8th Avenue location was not helpful, and did not try to favorably resolve the situation. On a scale of 1-10, my pick-up experience was a 0.

Put a customer number system in. All I wanted to do is drop off my rented trailer and there were 5 people that came in after me and were helped. It literally took about 2 min. to get me on my way. Also, I didn't get a final receipt. I don't want to do business on my phone. Email is fine.

Was not aware of only being able to rent for 3 hours. Was charged almost $60 for 3 hours, not counting $20 worth has just to get back to 3/4 tank. I just think that is kind of extreme. In the past I was able to rent for whole day at about same cost. Other than that, glad I was able to get somewhat moved.

Vehicle had a broken rear left light cluster, which is below the standard I expect of U-Haul and possibly illegal for me to have used.

The two staffers there on the morning of 5/4 were very cooperative. Was able to swap trucks with another renter and they made it very easy during a stressful morning!

We switched truck size the day of the move, and they were helpful in this aspect, but they sent us to a different location to pick up the accompanying trailer. When we arrived at the second location, the trailer's directional lights were not functioning. We tried a second trailer and determined it to be an issue with the truck, which was already at this point fully loaded. We were sent to a third location to repair the issue with the fuse. The gentleman working wasn't sure how to fix the problem and it was my husband who ended up locating and replacing the blown fuse. With the truck working, we were directed back to the second location for trailer pickup. We were told would be allotted an extra day and extra mileage for all the back and forth driving we did before we could even leave town. This must not have been communicated, as we were charged for the additional miles at the drop off location.

I tried to return the left over packing supplies I had left over from 2 uhaul moves over the last several months. While the people here were nice the policy that requires the exact receipt fromt he purchase to be able to return the supplies makes it difficult to accomplish. This is clearly a policy to make it harder to return the supplies. Why advertise your willingness to return supplies then make it difficult? I was able to return some but still left with several I couldnt find the receipt for.

Lot is small with not a great deal of parking. Drive lane was blocked by U-haul van so there was no way to drive completely around the building. Just need to make sure employees manage the equipment and customer parking better to allow a one-way flow through the lot.
