There was no room for parking and instructions on what to do. You have to walk into office and there was only one person who was rather unfriendly who looked at the camera and said which one is yours,lock it up your done didn't ask to see any ID or any returning items, ask about gas or if there was any damage to truck while traveling (there wasn't) this may as well just been a key box drop location other than that all was goodLeanna S.

I waited in line for 45 minutes to get my uhaul. It took so long to get anywhere at this location. There was only one person working the desk area to check people in and the other person was getting people their trucks and whatever else they had ordered.Keara M.

Drop box at this location was hard to find, it was in a dark place, need a light bulb near the box took me like 20 minutes walking around the parking lot to find it, other than that everything was great, really good service.JOSE P.

Had a light harness put on my CRV. Scheduled service was there a total of about 15 minutes. Just great! Left plenty of lead to attach to trailer. A few days later picked up trailer another 15 minute procedure. Great again. Returned trailer two days later, this time it was less than 5 minutes. Tremendous! These guys know what they are doing. There were only 2 people working on a busy Saturday. The owner was curt and stepped away to resolve an issue while in the middle of getting me registered. I didn't mind that so much as the lack of appreciation for my patience as she didn't even acknowledge that she had left me mid-transaction for a solid 7 minutes. I felt she was rude and dismissive. I didn't say anything but a â€˜thank you' would have been nice.GRACE S.

I completed the rental application online. When I visited customer service to pick up the truck the customer service agent looked it up, then needed to go through the process again. I ended up paying for things I didn't need, or want like insurance. Then when I returned the truck I had a difficult time finding the drop box for the truck key. The customer service agent could have informed me where to find it after dark. To add insult to injury I then got tagged for an additional day because I was an hour later than the 2 hrs on the application. I know every U-Haul franchise is independently owned. I will rent again from this facility but I'm less inclined to advise friends or family to use this one. Gregg GehrigGreggory G.

Sweep out the truck, and remove dried mud from the driver's floor mats. I do not understand how it helps improve my wait time to check in online. I arrived 40minutes before my reservation time. It took 45 minutes to get to the head of the line so that I could check out at 10:09. Was I supposed to simply stop in the yard and check in with the truck handler? The online instructions (and email) weren't very clear.Gayle M.
Mobile check in was a complete joke, van had multiple spots where it was cracking and breaking from rust but had been painted over, van smelled awful. When returning the van the employees were very rude and nobody wanted to help or even talk to us.Spencer L.

When we got in the truck they gave us, it had a food container, dirty rag, hair pick & a cordless mouse, just to name a few things. We were checking the mileage from the link they sent us & before we even left the parking lot, it said we drove over 900 miles already & it wouldn't allow us to adjust it. So I went back inside to wait again, only to be told, ha-ha, oh they gave you the wrong truck!! It wouldn't have been funny if we just ignored it like they wanted us to, only to be charged for 900 plus miles that we didn't use when our entire trip was under 30 miles!! Try defending that when the odometer is against you. Then when we returned it, the guy in the parking lot said, you don't have to go in to say it's returned, but we did anyway. Come to find out, now they're trying to charge us for an after hours fee of $20 plus tax. We picked it up at 2:43pm on Aug 27, & returned it 11:23am on Aug 28th.. So we didn't even keep it the full time & returned it during business hours!! What gives? I totally don't understand how they operate.. Very frustrating experience that I truly don't want to have to go through again!! Then trying to contact them by phone is painful & non existent but you can call the customer service line, wait 45 minutes on hold, only to be told, I'm sorry some one will have to get back to you within 1-3 business days to help you. So. therefore, my issue still hasn't been resolved yet!! UGHHHMICHELLE H.

Had a 9:30 appointment, but they only had two people working and it was almost 11:00 before I was able to leave with my trailer. If they want to run with just two people, don't allow so many appointments so you can serve people at the time promised! Truck was in bad shape. A/C kept going in and out and the wheel was jerking constantly. Also, when I returned the truck the same day the person who took my keys did not process it so I had to come back the next day and check out. Luckily, Evan was very helpful in getting me checked out the next day and apologized for the inconvenience.Brice B.
In this instance I was returning a truck that I rented in Lawrence. The individual that received the truck from me was not very communicative and gave me the impression that they didn't know a 1 way truck was coming to their location. Not a bad experience, he just didn't seem very friendly. That said, I will still use this location in the future if I have a need for a local rental.Paul B.

If you state that you open at 7:00am on Saturdays you need to do so. People plan their day and coordinate friends to help move based on expected equipment pick-up times. You had several dozen pissed off customers standing around waiting until 8:15 for the doors to open. Very unprofessional.rick A.

This place was horrible I will not recommend this Uhaul to no one. Had reservations at 7AM to pick up the UHaul. No one was here, waited for about a hour and a half just for someone to show up to open he door and get our Uhaul. I will never come back here ever again. And horrible customer service!!!Johnny O.
When I received the uhaul it was at a quarter of a tank of gas, which is a little frustrating since you also have to fill it up before you return it. I couldn't even start moving when I received the truck because I had to take time to go fill up the tank. The employee that went and got the truck for me seemed like he didn't want to be working there either.Rebecca R.
Make sure there is at least enough fuel to get to a gas station in the vehicle; don't act like you are disappointed to see me as a customer (train your service reps or hire better people); improve the app experience (I had to download a new browser to pick up my truck even though I already had the app). It took over 45 minutes to troubleshoot and I was late meeting my movers; I pointed this out to the rep and he said â€œwe'll, there are only two of us working.â€ Wrong answer!Rachel L.
The person supposed to open the store was over an hour late, resulting in 10+ people waiting outside for an hour and a half. We asked another employee what to do and he said this has happened a few times in the weekends before as well. To find it wasn't an emergency and just a recurring poor work ethos is horrible, and it caused a huge waste of time for many people trying to get their houses moved before the heat.Gage S.

I reserved the truck at Olathe, the store closest to my home. However, they didn't tell me at that time that I may have to go elsewhere to pick up the truck. Then, there was only one person working at the counter (she was very efficient) and we waited probably 15 minutes for our turn. There was a line out the door when we left.AARON R.

There was old McDonalds food in the vehicle that I rented when I picked it up. The tire indicator/need service light was on when I checked it out and was told it was just the sensor. Worried the entire time I would break down on the side of the road. Received an extra $30 charge, not sure what for. Brought the rental back on time but there was a long line for check in and because the service light was on, couldn't get a photo of the mileage to do online check in.Jay Q.
