Reservation was for 24/7 ride share pickup. When I arrived and checked in on the site said I needed to wait for the store to open and check out in person. It was inconvenient and frustrating.

Not only did the dolly we rented not work, but in addition to that we were told to arrive before 5pm Sunday to avoid self check in. We arrived at 5 and everyone had left. There was a woman cleaning trucks who told us to self check out. It took over 30 minutes to get the site to accept our check out. Then she came out and told us there was a paper override we could have used. The return process and poor quality of the dolly made it a poor experience overall. Disappointed.

The truck I was given could not go over 55 mph on the highway. Driver felt that the truck would be unsafe to go any faster. Also the lady who checked us back in after returning the truck was very short tempered and rude. She did not want to check in the truck at the time of return due to a line behind us. She was visually annoyed.

I had an appointment to pick up the truck at 9 (earliest available when booking online). Had to wait 20 minutes for a walk-in to be helped before me. Then I was told there is no customer parking on their lot which is absolutely ridiculous considering their suggested parking was across a 4 lane, busy, road that I had to “play frogger”. Get customer parking on location. 1. Not safe and 2. Completely inconvenient for customers who show up solo to pick up the equipment.

I have rented the cargo vans on several occasions in the past at a monthly rate, last year it was about $1200. This time, however, they didn't seem to know what the rate was before I rented it after asking several times. Even when I returned the van and was completely shocked at the almost $1900 price tag, no one seemed to know if I was charged the correct price !! The manager took care of my return and even after asking several more times if that was correct, her only answer was " I don't know, maybe they changed it" ...very disappointed that they don't even know what they charge for rentals on a long term ! I will have to look elsewhere when I have another need for long term rentals, apparently. Thank you.

the truck was fine...however, your FALSE ADVERTISEMENT about prices should be corrected...simply say minimum payment for ANY transportation is $116.00 instead of $19.95...LIARS!!!...I should sue yall for that...lol

Both ladies we worked with on monday were fantastic! You have some great workers and I'm looking forward to renting from this location again.

The employees used to have the truck pulled up and ready for the customer. Not anymore. The customer has to go out in the cold, rain or snow to inspect the truck and take any necessary pictures. Cell phones are extremely expensive and my phone got moisture in it because I had to take the pictures in the rain. Luckily I was able to get it dried out. I used to recommend uhaul to everyone I know, especially that location. Not anymore. They are not personable nor friendly and that has been for several years now. If for any reason I need to rent a truck, I will either use a different truck rental company or at the very least, a different location for uhaul

The staff was very kind and considerate. The steering wheel was very sticky. There was no knob in order to roll down the window making it difficult. In order to close the door you had to pull on the bottom compartment since it was to difficult to roll down the window.

Nothing, everything went great for me. In Canton, Ohio, this is the only place I rent from. I plan to rent a trailer again soon because we are moving soon and will use a trailer for many of our items. The staff is friendly and very helpful

Upon returning the truck the website would NOT allow me to check in the equipment which left me with the nice fee of 21 dollars. If it’s not going to work don’t recommend it. I will NEVER return to this location and i’ll be sure to tell my friends and family I was ripped off!!!

This is a great place to rent trailers but if you go on a Saturday there is only one person doing everything so there will be a huge line. I waited 40 minutes before even getting to the counter - at 10 AM - which really was unreasonable and wouldn't have been necessary if there were two people working. Really not a good experience. The lady at the counter was very nice but was under pressure to get things done and that just made it slower. Won't go back there EVER on a Saturday. And I had done the advance check-in the day before.

You only had one guy working and the line was ridiculously long and the wait was forever. Also, I did not think that things were explained clear enough to me about how you do your billing and how the charges appear on your credit card.

We drove this truck a total of 9 miles between pickup and return. Before returning the truck, I stopped at a gas station no more than 50 yards from the return location and put 5.1 gallons of gas into the truck. Before leaving for the 50 yard return trip, I verified the fuel gauge was at the halfway point. Upon return, we were charged a $16 gas fee because the gauge wasn’t exactly at halfway. My math says this amounts to 1.76 miles per gallon, which is ridiculous. I’d like to request a refund of the $16 fuel charge.

I was charged more than I should have been charged. Nothing was explained to me. I used a debit card so there was an 100 hold on the card and my refund was sent in the form of a check not put back on my card. Also I was charged 24 extra dollars. When I asked what it was for one person told me one thing and the manager told me another. She refunded me 15 of it but that was it. The manager was semi helpful. But whoever checked us in should have explained everything in detail
