The attendant was ride and unhelpful! Had to wait for 30/45 minutes before I was helped! Then had to go on a wild goose chase hunt looking for the rental, which still has the cardboard box in the window! Just awful and unprofessional! Never again!

This was my first time renting a uhaul on my own and everybody there both when I picked up and when I dropped it off was super helpful and quick to ask if I needed something any time I wasn't sure what I was doing

The customer service was horrible. The guy at the desk was so rude. I asked him a question and he told me to read the paper he gave to me no patient to answer questions and walk also in a rush. The unit I used had a strong cigarette smell and they over charged me I don't know why. I'll call them tomorrow to get my freaking money back.

Excellent customer service here!! The woman (I am embarrassed I did not get her name) was super helpful... walked me through the process of downloading the app on my phone.. and just really a pleasant personality. Make sure you keep her in your company!

I was almost hit by an employee when trying to enter the parking lot, and I waited inside the building alone for 10 minutes. Another customer had to go find an employee to help us. The employee refused to put on a mask when asked and was very rude.

It's my first time and I returned the truck well my friend and I returned the truck at 9:00 p.m. an hour before at 10:00 deadline but the store was closed and my phone went dead when I got home I turned it on and went to return truck and it says share location and it wasn't accepting my home location I'm just wondering how can I get my deposit back? I've been calling and I send up email and I hope to get a call soon but other than that everything went well I hope to hear from you guys soon thank you and have a blessed day

-The dolly in the back of the truck was not secure and bounced around like a pinball in the back of the truck (I had my own) -the lock on the back appeared to have been cut with bolt cutters and left but no new lock - the truck smelled very very strongly of marijuana the ENTIRE day

Have better customer service. The moment we walked In we were addressed with rudeness and terrible customer service. I have NEVER had such a bad experience with Uhaul in my life. I will never utilize this location again. I would've spent more just to go somewhere else because of the service here. Trash.

When reserving a specific piece of equipment dont allow the customer to select it at a location it isnt and then tell them there isnt a credit for the extra mileage that U-Haul added on.

I have rented from Uhaul w/o incident for decades and always perceived it to be an honest company . Yesterday while going through the rental process the agent asked me " about what time , do you think you will have the truck back ? " .... I gave him a rough guesstimate " I would say probably AROUND 4 pm ." ... I was operating under the assumption that I had until the end of business hrs or 7 pm . At no time did the agent suggest , insinuate or even mention , that the rental must be back by 4 , or I would charged a late fee . I did my move , over filled it with gas and pulled in to the parking lot at 4:35 pm . Please note that there were several other 10 ft box trucks sitting in the lot , so this was not an issue of rerental . Upon check out , I was told my charge was 86 dollars ??? Excuse me ??? Truck was 20 $ and 80. cents a mile for 16 miles ... how does that get to 86 dollars . I did not argue . I am stunned and speechless at the blatant policy of deliberately fleecing an honest repeat customer . There can be no other explanation for this other than they rip off many customers this way . I have contacted the customer service # to file a complaint and request an amendment to my charge . I will also be contacting MC to challenge the charge and file a fraud claim . I expect immediate action in terms of this situation . As you know Uhaul is not the only company providing this service ...

Interaction with your on-line pick-up and drop-of platform sucked both when picking up and dropping off. System crashed when uploading pictures required to move forward with the process. This was the most frustrating part as I needed to wait for the store to open and have the attendant help with the process manually. Manual process went smooth in both applications.

This location is making me consider never using Uhaul again. The people at this location were so rude, we went to go pick up the Van was told we didn't have one there and we need to finish it. Then the employee walked out of the room after saying he does get paid enough. No offer to help. While outside trying to figure out what to do, we observed an employee spitting on and around the Van's and trucks. I truly don't understand how this is okay and if this is how U-Haul is being represented i don't want to be apart of it.

The customer service lady was very thorough with explaining in detail all charges, asking if I had any questions when finished with the paperwork. She was wonderful and professional. Felt appreciated and welcomed during this moving experience. Highly recommend!

While the woman that helped me at the counter was wonderful, this was the first uhaul where I actually had a bad experience with the equipment. The truck I rented REEKED of smoke. The previous renter had obviously been smoking heavily in the truck. This was also the first pick-up truck I rented that did not come with a hitch. It was a pain for me to drive back home to get my own ball & hitch, before going to the location that I was moving at.
