The lady I dealt with in the morning was rude and gave me the wrong truck. So it ate into time I would actually get to use it. And didn't supply the truck with a dolly that I requested and was charged for. They didn't have the trucks ready, I had to remove the advertisements from the windshield. Then, when I returned the truck, I told them I needed the refund for the dolly I was never given. That took them 20 minutes to figure out. And the thing is, I told them to just don't worry about giving me the dolly because they were acting like it was hard for them to add the dolly on to the order. This place was unprepared and disorganized.RICHARD D.

There was no truck available when we went to pick it up (made reservations so there would not be this problem). Sent to another location, then sent to another location, then had to go back to the previous location. Truck had a smell in it that was not right (we could never figure out what we were smelling).TARA H.

The cost estimate on the phone was much lower than the estimate that was calculated during vehicle pickup. Thomas the uhaul person during pickup had a lousy attitude! Additionally he would just keep repeating â€œthat's what the computer saysâ€. He ruined my experience. The young women during drop off was good though.Phillip S.

I rented a cargo van for $19.95 for 4 hours. It sounds like a great deal except you also pay $0.89 per mile and top up the gas tank, so it ends up being pretty expensive. Everything was all right though until I returned the vehicle and after walking out of the office I checked my receipt and found that manager Matt Brazell had charged me an extra $4.88 for gas. I had him come out to the truck again and sure enough he was wrong and refunded me the extra. I wonder how often he adds the extra. I won't trust him again.Kathryn H.

I was stranded for over 4 hours over 100 miles away. I broke down a mile away from another UHAUL dealership and it took nearly 4.5 hours to get me back on my way. I had to pay labor wages of over $300 for the three employees just sitting in a truck. I was 4 hours late to my clients house for the delivery. We had to unload the broke down truck and reload the new one. Nobody is talking to me about compensation! All they're concerned about is the â€œnew contract!â€ Meanwhile, I'm still meant to pay $300 for my rental! We didn't get back home until 8 pm!Jeremy A.
