I hauled a BMW Z4 which suffered significant damage to the lower front bodywork due to insufficient clearance on the trailer. Some provisions should be mad to accommodate such vehicles. In order to rent a questionnaire is required asking about the tow and towed vehicles. Clearance issues should be noted here!Arthur I.

The 15 foot truck I rented was clean and whatnot but it had severe transmission problems. It took forever to Automatically shift. Once weight was added to the truck the shifting turned into a hard jerk shift.MARQUITA H.

When I got there there was only one worker and about 8 people in line. he had to check in all the trucks so it took awhile, which not his fault and he was supper nice and helpful. Since he had just checked in the trucks when I went to drive away the tire light was on and it wasn't completely cleaned yet. I then had to get help from another man that showed up and he was visibly annoyed and was trying to fix it. He had me back the truck up into the spot he need to fix it but I was moving slow and didn't move close enough. I was trying to move slow for precaution but it was clear he was annoyed with me and then I was getting anxious.Jessica D.
The general manager was very friendly and helpful. However, the overall rental experience was horrible! I made an online reservation three weeks prior to the date I needed the rental truck. I received an email indicating I would receive a phone call from U-Haul with instructions on where and when to pick up the truck. I never received a call and had to call U-Haul myself. After waiting over 45 minutes on hold I finally had a representative who was helpful in securing a truck for the following day at this location. This was not ideal as we had a reserved time to move into the apartment and getting the truck a day late put us behind on our move-in time.PATRICK M.
Wanted to pay cash for my additional mileage, not put it on my credit card. Only one person at the counter and there were customers ahead of me. Finally just left before she could check in my truck and agreed to have charges put on my card.Rebecca F.

Had a reservation at 430 for a 10' truck, but the person that rented it before me was late returning it. Ended up waiting until 6pm (I didn't mind, things happen, and it wasn't U-Haul's fault whatsoever. Richard, the guy behind the counter, is fantastic in every way and deserves recognition for his patience with every customer, his positive attitude during what was obviously a very busy day, and his kindness that made bad news feel like it wasn't so bad after all. Definitely returning to this location next time I need its services, and I hope Richard is CEO by that point because he deserves it.EVAN H.

There was a mixup on pickup location with the contract location not being the location of the trailer. The trailer was only a 10min drive away, but I could have saved 30min total by knowing/going to the correct location first.Dale C.

Sadly, it was quite a terrible experience. There was only one person in that site who was not only installing the hitch but also doing customer service for all other needs at the facility. I sat on the concrete waiting for the installation to be completed because they had no chairs. After the installation the hatch I'll stay back door would not close properly. The employee had not placed the back bumper back correctly. I had to help him plays the bumper back myself. It took 5 1/2 hours. Some damage did occur to the plastic portion of the bumper.It was truly a terrible experienceAndres L.
