DEBBIE EMaybe inspect the vehicle before giving it to the next person. How did they expect me to bring the truck back to half a tank when the tank was empty when I had it? I can see if they said it's at half a tank and what ever I used to just bring it back to half a tank but no that wasn't the case.

Gregorio BHad to find someone to un hook my trailer. When asked if I could have my receipt was told they could only email receipts.
JAY AThere was only one person in the store and people were standing in line waiting to get helped. The person waiting on people said he was alone and needed some help. He talked about having a 30-page report to do. I made my reservation two days in advance. We i got there to pick up my trailer. it was behind other trucks, and he had to move them. I'm not putting the person that was there on the spot, he was doing the best he could. I blame management for not scheduling enough help.

DOMINIC HTruck ran fine and was clean. "Check fuel cap" warning stayed on. "Check engine" light came on and stayed on. Called customer service and they said it was probably just a bad sensor. No probelm.
